• Rasa (10/5): - We stayed here for a few days and would like to sincerely thank Aldo for the wonderful hospitality. Aldo welcomed us late in the evening and took the time to show us everything in the apartment. The apartment itself is in a perfect location, right in the heart of the old town, with almost everything reachable on foot. There is also a metro station nearby and a grocery store just a few steps away. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. We were pleasantly surprised by the very large bed — it was extremely comfortable. It was also a nice touch to find water and coffee capsules waiting for us. Thank you very much, Aldo, for your care and kindness. We highly recommend this place!

La camera è pulitissima e ha tutto il necessario per una comoda vacanza. Aldo, il nostro ospite è gentile e disponibile e ci ha dato delle dritte per alcuni locali dove ci siamo trovati benissimo. Inoltre ci è stata data la possibilità di lasciare fino a sera i bagagli in deposito...meglio di così...! Nulla

• M.del Mar (9/5): Excelente ubicación y limpieza. Muy recomendable - La ubicación y la limpieza. Estaba todo limpísimo. Detalles como botellas de agua normal y con gas, la cafetera y el hervidor de agua con cápsulas de café e infusiones de cortesía. Bonita decoración, habitación grande, detalles cómodos como muchos armarios y lugares donde dejar las cosas. Cuarto de baño amplio. Cama muy amplia y cómoda. Ubicación muy buena, al lado de la plaza Dante, del centro histórico y del barrio español. Fuimos andando a todas partes. Tiene ascensor. Aldo fue muy amable y nos reservó un taxi para las 4,30am hacia el aeropuerto lo que fue muy de agradecer. Habitación con detalles estilosos y bonitos. Totalmente recomendable. La cama está subiendo unas escaleras (los techos son muy altos y han sacado un piso arriba para la cama), si tienes mal las piernas es incómodo. Pero, aún así, hay un sofá cama en la parte de abajo que podría usarse sin tener que subir escaleras.

• Éva (10/5): Struttura ideale per passare qualche giorno a Napoli - La posizione della struttura è ottima, a due passi da via Toledo e dalla metropolitana Linea 1 (piazza Dante). È vicinissima a tante attrazioni, trattorie, pizzerie, musei. Sebbene l'appartamento si trovi al quarto piano, ma c'è ascensore!!! Aldo, l'host è stato gentilissimo, super disponibile. L'intera struttura è esigente, la camera doppia è bella, pulita, grande, con letto matrimoniale spazioso e comodissimo. Il bagno pure è supercomodo, grande, elegante. C'è anche una terrazza arredata, ma non abbiamo avuto tempo di provarla. Il wifi ha funzionato benissimo. Consiglio vivamente a tutti questa struttura, ci torneremo... Il frigo non raffredda abbastanza per i nostri gusti...(o forse non abbiamo potuto impostarlo bene?)

Le lit est très grand et confortable. Il y’a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un très bon séjour dans la ville, la localisation est excellente dans le centre historique et proches des lieux animés. L’établissement typique est plein de charme ! Nous avons passé un très bon moment. 100% recommandé d’y séjourner !

Spacieux, propre et bien équipé, il offre tout le confort nécessaire. Aldo, l’hôte, est toujours disponible et attentif aux besoins de ses invités. J’ai un peu moins apprécié l’intérieur sombre de l’immeuble ainsi qu’une légère odeur d’humidité dans les parties communes, mais cela reste un détail mineur.

Tussen verschillende wijken in waardoor je op loopafstand bij fantastische hotspots bent. Als verbeter punt willen wij aangeven dat de douche niet heel warm werd. Wij stoorde ons er voor deze dagen niet heel erg aan maar warmer had fijner geweest. Daarnaast hebben wij de koelkast nier gebruikt omdat deze niet koud werd.

• Iantir (10/5): Beautiful apartment in central location - Beautiful apartment in a central area. Served with lift since it is on the top floor in a typical building. Aldo was very helpful and available also on whatsapp for whatever we needed. Took care of our luggage since we arrived ahead of the check-in time and left late after check-out time. Easy to reach the apartment using the Alibus to Garibaldi and then metro to Dante which is a couple of minutes away!

• Giannis (10/5): Tutto perfetto - Everything was perfect. The location is excellent near the Metro Station - Dante. In walking distance you can visit all the essentials, eat and drink. The two level room was very nice, clean, renovated and spacious just like the photos with all the necessities (even coffee capsules and tea). The little terrace ideal having your breakfast. The owner was helpful and discreet. No problem at all. In general, Naples is a loveable, vibrant city, full of noise, lots of monuments, hidden beauties and tasty food. Surely we will return.

There owner helped us also to reserve a taxi to the airport. It is located nearby Via Torino and infront of Piazza Dante that has a metro line. Via Torino crosses all the city center. There were 2 disadvantages that didn't concern the room. It is located in an area that, although it is central and just infront of the entrance of centro storico, is filthy and a little bit scary. Breakfast is not served in the building but in a café nearby. I would suggest to avoid breakfast and going by private car.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the beds were large. If you're staying in the room with the loft, be aware that the loft space will be warmer than the rest of the apartment. This isn't a significant problem, though.

The terrace is nice but without any view to the city or anywhere else. Room was big with all the main facilities. The second day of our stay the hot water was not actually hot, but warm. Nothing else to mention.

Comfortable bed and pillows, towels and bedsheets were of good quality. Not really a complaint, as we were aware of it, maybe a heads up for those interested, this isn’t hotel regimen (where for example, cleaning is done every day) so you need to keep your room clean if you want it like that for your stay. We stayed for 3 days, maybe cleaning or bedsheets changing is done for a longer stay.

Its is very clean and well equipped.Our room was cleaned every day,breakfast was at bistro across the street,which we haven't tried as slept in one day and went on tour another.Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.
• AJB (10/5): - Zeer net appartement met een vide voor het slaapgedeelte met een kingsize bed, alles super schoon. Minibar met drankjes voor maar € 0.50 per stuk. Centraal gelegen ten opzichte van bezienswaardigheden en maar 2 minuten lopen vanaf metrostation Dante. Supermarkt 2 minuten lopen. Ontbijt, naar Nederlandse maatstaf, beperkt(keuze uit 1 x koffie/thee en 1 (lekker) broodje.

You would not know from the street that it is a bright newly renovated property.Thank goodness for the new windows that kept out the Naples street noise. Aldo was very attentive and helpful, the room comfortable and spotless and the new bathroom fixtures were fabulous.
• Homero C (8/5): Gostamos da estadia. - Parte externa bastante antiga, porém ao entrar encontramos imóvel myito conservado, materiais de qualidade. Ótima cama, banho, cafeteira e freezer.Sugiro sempre usar a praça Dante como referência, principalmente para taxis na estação ferroviaria.

Innerhalb weniger Gehminuten ist man in der Altstadt und auch die Metro- Station ist sehr dicht. Wir hatten einen sehr freundlichen Empfang und einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt! Das einzige, was wir nicht ganz optimal fanden, war das Frühstück. Die Idee, es in einem externen Café zu servieren, finden wir toll, die Bar, in die es geht, lässt allerdings qualitativ etwas zu wünschen übrig (Cappuccino teilweise lauwarm, Briochebrötchen etwas zäh) . Ansonsten aber alles wunderbar!

• Verified traveler (4/5): Eisig Kalt die Bude..... - Zimmer und Bad ist gut. Große Dusche. Öffentliche sind gleich um die Ecke. Gute Verbindung überall hin. Altstadt und Einkauf vor der Tür. Zimmer ist sauber und wird täglich gereinigt. Internet ging am 1. Tag sehr gut, ab dem 2. Tag war es Tod ! Frühstück 08/15 und ca. 15 Minuten entfernt. Bei Anreise war das Zimmer eine Eisbude ! Angegebene Heizung 0,40 x 0,30 cm ist ein Witz für 37 qm. Diese läuft auch nur so ab 7.30 Uhr und ab 19.30 Uhr für 2 Stunden ! Klimaanlage zum Heizen falsch angebracht. Im Obergeschoss/schlafen vor Hitze nicht auszuhalten und unten Aufenthalt und Duschen/Bad eine Eisbude !!! Fensterläden dürfen nicht geöffnet werden, wegen Wind, also ständig dunkel oder künstliches Licht. Angebliche Aussicht auf Stadt ist auf eine 3 Meter entfernte Hauswand ! Fernsehen, kein deutsches Programm ! In der heutigen Zeit absolut schwach ! Klimaanlage wird einfach ausgemacht, so das es Abends wieder beim zurück kommen Eiskalt ist in der Bude. Das geht nicht !!! Es war FEBRUAR !!! In Neapel schien zwar die Sonne und es waren so Spitzenwerte von 15 Grad, aber da ist keine Sonne rangekommen !! Die laufen da in Pelzmantel rum bei 15 Grad und da wir ja kältere Temperaturen von zu hause kenne, reichen ja 10 Grad auf dem Zimmer. Das geht überhaupt nicht und schon gar nicht mit Kindern. Wollten wohl die 10 Prozent Saison Rabatt wieder einspielen.
• Stef-R-San (10/5): Very good place to stay - The place is very convenient as it is 3 min walk from Dante Metro station (line 1). Aldo the very nice host, was super kind he waited for us although we were late from the airport (5hours after check in time limit!) The room was very confortable and very clean, with coffee machine, kettle, well furnished and modern. The only improvement point would be to add a “softer second thin mattress” to make the bed a bit less hard. But we did sleep well anyhow. About the breakfast place, the sales person was far below customer considerations too.. to be told to them as well! I recommend highly!
