- Ambra (9/5): Ottima posizione - Il B&B si trova in una posizione comodissima per potersi spostare a piedi in qualsiasi parte della città. Le camere sono molto belle, caratteristiche e spaziose. Colazione presso un bar nei pressi della struttura. I tuoi gestori ci hanno condiviso una lista di ristoranti in cui cenare e ci siamo trovati sempre benissimo. Possibilità di lasciare le valigie in hall nel giorno del check out. L’unico lato negativo è che la colazione sia esterna e limitata ad una bevanda calda e ad un prodotto da forno. Tutto buonissimo, però talvolta sembrano quasi infastiditi dal fatto che sei ospite di un B&B e non paghi.

- Claudia (10/5): Perfetto soggiorno nel quartiere di Chiaia - Posizione strategica nel vivace quartiere di Chiaia, poco distante dal mare e da una bella passeggiata verso il centro storico. La struttura è molto bella, all’interno di un palazzo storico ed era tutto molto pulito. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo nel venirci incontro in un inconveniente dell’ultimo minuto. - Eugenio (10/5): Good central property! - The host is very helpful and kind and he was available to help us with many things as, recommend places to eat, arrange the parking of our car in a private garage very close to the property and keep our luggage on the check-out day. The location is really nice and central and felt safe with a very local vibe around. Walking distance from Plebiscito Square. Recommend property to stay to visit Naples!

- Alexander (10/5): Ideale Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip nach Neapel - Super gelegen, sehr sauber und perfekte Lage in einem sauberen Stadtteil von Neapel. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sehr schönen, stilvollen Haus mit Lift. Es gibt jede Menge Lokale in unmittelbarer Nähe. Historisches Zentrum, U-Bahn, Schrägaufzug, Hafen, etc. alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt organisiert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter funktioniert unkompliziert und sehr zuvorkommend über Whatsapp. Insgesamt eine absolute Empfehlung.

- David (9/5): - This place is in a great location in Chiaia, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, and our host Marco gave us some good recommendations too. The definite stand-out of this place was the wild decor in the Folklore room. 🌶️ Being right in the centre of Naples, it's noisy and busy (but our room - the Folklore room - thankfully faced into the courtyard and away from the bar outside). Also, the WiFi was quite unreliable, and kept kicking me off it.

From the moment we booked, he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed — and then some. He was always quick to respond, offered fantastic local recommendations, and even helped us out personally when we needed support during our stay. It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares about their guests’ experience the way Marco does. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described — but what really made our trip memorable was his hospitality. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again and highly recommend staying with Marco to anyone looking for a five-star experience!

- Amber (9/5): Perfect Napoli experience in the midst of a great social hub - It was really cute and perfect for our weekend in Naples. The location was unbeatable, the room was picturesque with an amazing view. Aircon and elevator access were fabulous and having a little tea/coffee area and free waters were such a good detail. The staff were really helpful and sweet and I could store my luggage after checkout. Will definitely be coming back! Only thing would be the shower was a little grimy but honestly not bad and that didn’t overshadow the place at all.

From the start, the staff was friendly and always easy to reach. My room was spotless, roomy, and had a great shower. The bed was super comfy, and I heard no noise from other rooms. The neighborhood was safe and full of nice cafés, restaurants, and shops all close by. It was easy to get around by walking or using public transport. I also appreciated the free water, coffee, and tea available anytime. Breakfast was included and really tasty, which gave me a great start to each day. -

The room is beautifully decorated and super clean with a daily cleaning service and changing of towels. Breakfast was at the café right next to the building. The host was very responsive and helpful! If you are a light sleeper you should beware that you can easily hear street sounds being right next to cafes and bars.. We recommend this place and will gladly be back!

Sound insulation should be improved. All the noise and talk on the street was in the room on weekend nights which made sleeping very difficult.

Nothing, everything was 10/10. Perhaps the addition of a full length mirror would be helpful but that’s all!

We particularly liked the comfy room, friendly welcome, convenient breakfast, and great location with many restaurants, shops, and cafés nearby. The bars/cafés downstairs get a bit noisy at night, but the special windows really block out the sound. We would definitely return here. Thank you!

Step out your door into the nightlife and walk the narrow bustling streets to shops, cafes and restaurants. Our room was decorated in a theater theme and we had a balcony overlooking the street below. It is a loud street, but with shutters closed and ac on, the outside noise was not a problem.

- Stefan (10/5): Beautiful B&B, very clean and secure, great host! - Located in a noble area (Chiaia) of Naples, the Designer Stores around the corner, in a beautiful house, next to some bars and cafés, the entrance of the house was supervised. With a beautiful old elevator you enter the B&B City Soul, it has several rooms on one floor. We were in the Theatre Room, very big, with one bed and one sofa bed. The room was very tidy and clean, enough closet space, a nice bathroom and a balcony with a view. Breakfast was in a nice Café below, with coupons. The host Marco was so nice, took time to explain everything and give some nice recommendations. He even cared about a taxi to the airport for us. —

Nice simple breakfast in a coffee shop next door. Everything was very nice. Would stay here again. Would have been nice to meet the host.

- P7944BMlynnl (6/5): Be aware. It may say breakfast included but plan to get your own. - The room itself was fine. Just a few oddities. But the location is central near Castel Nuovo. Very noisy street and not much rest here. Breakfast was included but consisted of a bun wrapped in plastic and Melba toast. Very unsatisfying and no protein. No thought out into it

- Pamela (9/5): Loved it! Very comfortable. - The staff were very helpful and the room was a very comfortable size. Comfortable bed and good air con. It was walking distance to the main part of the Napoli. The hotel sits on a street with some great bars. We happened to stay on a Friday and Saturday night so it was a little loud. The other nights were very quiet. It was not an issue for us but something to keep in mind.
