- lynn (8/5): - My first time at this hotel. Big rooms, very clean and quiet. Several things to mention; the room was quite humid, the outside lights were very bright. The breakfast was not monitored properly with all the guests present young hungry men. I asked for eggs but none came and all the added items, were mostly gone. Dishes stacked up. Told the front desk but had to leave for the airport.

- Guadalupe (2/5): - The hotel didn’t honor our reservation. We made the reservation called to ask about airport transport they confirmed we just call when we are outside and they would pick us up. Lo and behold, we call and they tell us we don’t have a reservation. At 12:51 am we are stuck in this small regional airport, no other hotels in the are other than by the hour hotels and they insist we don’t have a reservation. Later in the conversation they “put me on hol” but I can hear the guy on the phone speaking to someone else.

I could literally count the French fries, about 6 . If you expect a free breakfast I would not recommen this location.

The only bad experience we had we’d the tv, we didn’t had clear instructions on how to it worked. I know it’s funny but there was an option to connect to internet and never worked, but also cable but it was never mentioned to us.

The staff was welcoming and helpful. This is a great place. If you need to rest before heading out to your destination.

- Martin (8/5): - Conveniently accross from airport. Free transportation to it at no extra charge. Rooms were clean and had a modern look. Only problem is that we only had two towels but Ibooked for 3 people. Other than that it was good. Free breakfast included too wich was good. Overall 8.5 out of 10. Affordable too. Getting to it it's a little challenging if you havent driven in Mexico. The road is a two way road with bumps but thats not their fault. Im just saying you may feel like youre goin the wrong way for a while but once you see the red lights that mark the airport, you're almost there. There also an oxxo outside and another store that was open around 10pm. We ate tacos Don Luis at Albaro Oregon which is 5 minutes from the airport. Good spot and we drive there at around 10pm. Just so you know. Google ot if youll like. Safe travels y'all.
- Albert (10/5): This Place Is Great - This is just an awesome place. Anytime we're in Morelia, we stay here. The staff is so friendly and very helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. A reasonable free breakfast is offered to each morning. For people coming later the hotel offers food available to order until 10pm. My favorite hotel in Michoacán.

- Monica (6/5): - It was very clean. There were only 2 things I want to point out. The receptionist needs to be more polite and professional. It didn’t seem she was working at a hotel. Also there is a bar/Cantina next to the hotel. There were a lot of drunk guys and were very loud. Other than that, the hotel is clean and the taxi guy was very nice. Very clean hotel.

- Mark (10/5): Great resting place for travelers - This simple hotel is surprisingly nice, especially for the price. It's well-located just off the toll highway between Guadalajara and Mexico City, so it's a perfect place for a night's rest for weary travelers.

- Ingrid (2/5): - Shower has no water pressure and water just finished. Legit no water coming from shower and when it did water was very very cold and had no pressure. Also property had no WiFi, just spend the extra money and stay across the street at the hotel next to the airport.
