Lindy (10/5): So relaxing!!! - Everything!!! This resort makes you feel like you’re away from the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg!! The SPA is just the cherry on top! Highly recommend. It’s hard to turn left when leaving.

Only complaint I guess would be trying to pull out and go left towards pigeon forge. Not easy at all. We just went right to aquarium and used the turn around to go back to red light to go to pigeon forge. Not bad at all.

candacem922 (10/5): Wonderful staff and fun place to relax and hang out. - The employees here were the most friendliest I've ever seen Andy husband and I travel quite a bit. Michelle was the best of them all, she went above and beyond to chat while cleaning our room. Bartenders were friendly, place was beyond beautiful. Best staff ever!!!!! All the front desk employees were wonderful as well.

He always helped us unload and load if need be and always so happy and polite and willing to help with anything. The housekeeping staff was not good. Rooms were very clean and all of the extras like lotions and facial cleansers were nice to have. The refrigerator and microwave were nice to have. The bathroom has a huge shower and 3 different shower heads were so nice. And then the separate bathtub was a bonus. Definitely a great way to relax! The coffee shop and the bar was a nice way to grab a quick drink or bite to eat as well. The pool and outdoor firepit and fireplace made it feel cozy. Had to pay for parking which used to be free with your stay.

Hotel was spotlessly clean! Staff was very professional and accomodating. Enjoyed every minute there and can not wait to return! Nothing... We loved everything!

The rooms are clean and spacious (get the pool facing room…it will not disappoint), the showers are lovely, the staff is friendly and accommodating (Millie at the front desk is great and so are the food service team, cleaning team, and maintenance team), the food is delicious (the paradise burger melts in your mouth), the bar is welcoming (James, Samantha, and the servers are kind and helpful), and the St. Somewhere Spa is top-notch (book early for a mani/pedi and have Jen or Stacey take care of your tired hands and feet)!

719marylw (10/5): Wonderful vacation, wonderful resort! - If you want to enjoy a beautiful resort and be pampered, Margaritaville Gatlinburg should be your choice. It is beautifully decorated and guest rooms are large and comfortable. The maid service daily was excellent, furnishing clean linens and coffee. The valet service was wonderful, handling our luggage and vehicle with much care. We cannot wait to go back again!

Big spacious rooms with a balcony, a large swimming pool outdoors with a smaller child's pool. There is a small cafe and a bar inside. Valet parking. It's close enough to downtown/ shopping that you can walk most places. Definitely worth the money!

Our room was very very clean staff was so friendly, and it was in a perfect location. We will stay there again. I recommend the pool view side. There was nothing to dislike about Margaritaville
Becky (8/5): Excellent location and a really nice resort - The location was perfect and the staff was so nice. Each staff member that I had contact with went above and beyond to make my stay great. The bed was so comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom is beautiful. I loved seeing the bear and liked the flowers so much I went to a nursery and bought that exact rose bush on my way home! I was traveling solo and it was perfect for a solo traveler. I really enjoyed my stay and will be back soon. I truly cannot think of anything that coukd have been better.

Staff is always very friendly and helpful in any questions that you have or needs. Wanna give a great shout out to the girl that is the waitress in the bar/pool area she doesn’t exceptional job, always checking your needs and making sure to keep the area clean.

Rooms were spacious, comfortable and had the biggest showers I’ve ever seen all just a short stroll from downtown Gatlinburg. Staff were friendly, especially the ones working the bar. Would absolutely look up this chain anywhere after my experience.
