• MaMMariscal (9/5): Una estancia maravillosa 100% recomendable - Habitación muy amplia, con camas grandes, todo muy limpio. Muy amables, te ayudan en todo lo que necesites. Muy cerca de la zona de ambiente y de la playa pero lo suficientemente alejado para que esté súper tranquilo. La ropa de cama olía tan bien y tan a limpio que hicimos la colada allí y nuestra ropa olió igual de bien el resto del viaje. Muy agradecidos por todo, tuvimos una estancia maravillosa. El desayuno, aunque muy rico, era un poco escaso en comparación con otros guest houses en los que nos alojamos, pero no fue un problema. Escribimos al alojamiento un par de veces por Booking con antelación para preguntarles si ofrecían excursiones, transportes y demás, pero nunca nos contestaron. Al llegar nos lo ofrecieron todo, pero ya habíamos contratado por otro lado. Una pena porque nos consta que sus island hopping son muy buenos :)

J'ai fait durant mon voyage le super ultimate tour a Coron, qui est hyper touristique mais j'ai prefere de loin celui de Port Barton, beaucoup plus authentique et convivial, et plein de petites attentions, nous avons adoré.
• Wing (10/5): Perfect stay in PB - Such a cute little place, room was just as we expected - clean and cosy. Staff were so down to earth and friendly. Unlimited tea, coffee, water any time of day. Breakfast was lush - fruit pancakes especially were the best we have ever had. I highly recommend this place!

La habitación, pese a ser correcta, se encontraba en una planta diferente que el baño, y para ir al baño por la noche, debias pasar por una zona común donde había un par de colchones con gente durmiendo. Fue bastante incomodo encontrarse esto sin saberlo previamente

Plusem jest klimatyzacja niestety rano sa przerwy w dostawie prądu wiec rano i w nocy nie dziala ale ten problem dotyczy calej miejscowości i nie jest to wina obiektu. Jest dostepny wspolny balkon i woda pitna z dystrybutora to duzy plus. Łazienka z bierząco wodą co jest dużym atutem bo w Port Barton wystepuja czesto problemy z cisnieniem, tutaj nie dotyczylo to nas. Śniadanie było bardzo dobre mielismy dzień wczesniej kilka dan do wybory jak omlet, filipinski ryz z jajkiem, pancakes czy naleśniki.

• Giulia (8/5): One night in Port Barton - We had a room with 4 single beds and en suite bathroom. The bedroom is cosy and comfortable for a short stay. Breakfast is also good. The family running the property is welcoming; they allowed us to refresh before departing. It is in a dark road, but really close to the beach and bars/restaurants/local markets
• Olivia (3/5): Overall, the stay was disappointing and did not meet our expectations. - The only positive thing about this accommodation was its fairly good location close to the beach. We were also very satisfied with the laundry service, which smelled very nice. The room had air conditioning, but it worked very poorly, making the heat almost unbearable. I had injectable medications with me that should not be exposed to high temperatures, which was very concerning to me the whole stay… Another issue we didn’t like was that the toilet was located in a separate building. Each time, we had to go up and down the stairs and walk past the residents of the house to reach it, which felt quite uncomfortable and awkward. On top of that, the lady who was assisting us was not particularly friendly or welcoming, especially compared to the usual local standards.

• Melissa (8/5): Lovely stay at a family house at a central location - We enjoyed our stay at Ferranco Tourist Inn. The location is very good, an easy walk to the bus station, the beach and the restaurants, but just outside the hustle and bustle. The staff were friendly, WiFi worked well and we even had airconditioning in our room.

• Agnieszka (8/5): Clean and comfy homestay - Clean and comfy homestay, we had a 4-bed room for the two of us for 3 nights so it was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was fine, many to choose from, water and tea available 24/7. We booked a boat trip with them which was nice. The place is just a few min walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. It was quiet and the owners were nice and helpful. The last day we could leave our luggage, but also take a shower (they have a bathroom in the common area) which was super nice taking into account the long trip we had to do to reach Manila the same night.

It took us so long to shower only because it literally dripped. A lot! of mosquitoes, even though the room had a double door(one net one regular) there were around 10 mosquitoes at any given time.

• Mirko (7/5): Posizione fuori dal caos, ma vicina a tutto - La posizione non è proprio centrale, ma è sicuramente in una zona tranquilla e a pochi minuti dalla spiaggia. I gestori sono stati cortesi e pronti a rispondere ad ogni domanda. Anche il tour in barca organizzato da loro è molto bello e professionale. Colazione inclusa a scelta tra tante varianti super ricche.
• Lubos (10/5): Veľmi príjemné prekvapenie a príjemný pomer výkonu a ceny - Túto recenziu píšem ako backpackerská rodina, ktorá nehľadá luxus a ani ho nevyžaduje. Veľmi milé prekvapenie po nemilých skúsenostiach v rámci Filipín. Tichá lokalita, upravené prostredie, čistá izba s poriadnymi posteľami a matracmi. K dispozícii aj pracovný stolík a veranda. Raňajky v cene boli veľmi príjemným bonusom. Odchádzali sme so smútkom, že to bolo iba na 1 noc lebo tento typ ubytovania nám počas pobytu chýbal. Jediné mínus, ktoré by som mohol napísať je, že v čase našej návštevy netiekla teplá voda, ale toto sme zvládli.

• Marcin (10/5): - Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Spędziliśmy kilka dni w pokoju rodzinnym z prywatną łazienką i z pewnością dobrze będziemy wspominać nasz pobyt. Personel bardzo miły i uczynny, pomogą załatwić wszystko. Wycieczki organizowane przez chłopaków są niesamowicie dobrze zorganizowane i jedne z lepszych w Port Barton. Śniadania dobre, nie mam się do czego przyczepić. Gorąco polecam! Wszystko super

• Jeannie (3/5): Terrible experience, ruined our trip with their "trip booing" services - Location is off the main road so quieter than some places. A/C was noisy, mattresses not very comfortable, we booked and paid for a room for 4 people and were only given 2 towels (pet peeve). My main complaint though is that I asked two months before our stay for a private tour guide, which was only responded to a few days before our arrival, when I asked them to book this for us. The night before our trip, they explained that their crew was taking out a group, and they had called around to find us another guide. I asked for reviews, they didn't have any. Our options were to cancel or just go along with it, which we did and was a big mistake. This is the only private tour we had booked in the Philippines, because it is obviously more expensive, and we went over our desired itinerary with the host the night before, who assured us we would go to the 'turtle spot' first thing. In the morning when the "guide" showed up, he was an old fisherman who didn't speak English and was apparently "the only one left" to offer us a boat tour that day because they hadn't called ahead of time to find us a tour! This experience ruined our stay in Port Barton, which is what we had come for. He did NOT go to the turtle spot first, he went at the same time as everyone else and there was one turtle surrounded by about 20 snorkelers. We couldn't ask him about the itinerary because he didn't speak English. Not only that, he ANCHORED TO CORAL, STOOD ON CORAL, AND BROKE OFF A PIECE OF CORAL WITH HIS FINS! It was a terrible experience, and when we complained, this accommodation did nothing. We should not have had to pay full price, but they offered us nothing to compensate us for a ruined trip. I would never stay here again, staff not friendly, breakfast not that good, terrible experience.

Ti chiedono la sera prima che cosa vuoi mangiare (hanno una lista con 4 o 5 opzioni, sia per il tipo europeo che filippino) e a che ora. Acqua sempre disponibile nei dispenser. Ho utilizzato la loro barca per il tour in mare. Tutto ok, cibo molto buono. Letto comodo, aria.condizionata e ventilatore. Presente in camera anche un piccolo lavandino, visto che il bagno è in comune. Molto consigliato, per chi viaggia low budget Nulla

• Remi (10/5): Fantastic time at this lovely guesthouse - Lovely stay at this charming guesthouse. The staff and family who run this guesthouse are incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are also great. Can recommend highly enough. Nothing.

• MEVA (6/5): Too many insects in the small room. Helpful staff - The location is ideal, in the city center but in a very calm environment. I did a tour, not with them because there was not enough people, but with people that they know and recommended to me and it was one of the best tours that I did. I really enjoyed it. The bathroom is common and shared but it was often cleaned. There is hot water. They were very punctual with the time of the breakfast and were always ready to help me if I asked them. They also helped me at the check out by driving me to the terminal. The room is small and you should keep in mind that the bathroom is downstairs and shared with everyone. However, the biggest problem was the presence of a lot of insects inside of the bedroom : lots of ants and over insects. I finally asked them a spray because it was too uncomfortable to have insects on the bed and everywhere in the room. So, the room did not feel clean and comfortable for me. Moreover, as indicated in the previous comments, they are very pushy for tours.

• Emilie Bl (9/5): Bon rapport qualité prix, super accueil - Très bien situé dans un petite rue à l'écart de la rue principale. Tout accessible facilement. Petit dej dans salon familial très bien. Accueil chaleureux et sympa L'accès par route sans bitume qui devient difficile d'accès quand il pleut, boue et rivière d'eau à traverser.
• Isaline (10/5): - Petite guest house charmante tenue par une famille, les chambres étaient confortables avec Clim et ventilateur, petite déjeuner délicieux préparé le matin typiquement philippin ou plus occidental, et ils proposent des tours en bateau pour visiter les îles. Nous en avons fait un avec Toto c’était génial ! Et ils nous ont aidé à prendre nos billets de bus pour les étapes d’après ! Je recommande 100% pour un séjour authentique à Port Barton.
• Christine (9/5): Great stay - Comfortable, spacious and very clean room. Location is great, just a bit away from the noise and bustle of the main street but an easy walk to everything. Nice extras like mobile clothes rack outside to hang wet stuff, hose to rinse off dirty feet after a day out, easy access to water coolers, hairdryer in the room. The staff were always helpful and even kindly moved our clothes that we had hung outside out of the rain one time while we were out. Delicious breakfast - highly recommend the eggplant, fried chicken, or tocino options with fried rice! One disappointment was the advertised "kitchen/cooking" facilities - there was a 2-burner stove in the room and some plates and cups but no pots and pans and no cutlery - apparently you had to ask to borrow these as needed, so in the end we didn't end up cooking. Not a big issue though as there are plenty of nice eateries around, but one of the reasons we had chosen this place was for the option to cook.

We went on the tour through the hotel with Benji and Sanny and there was only a small group of 10 so it was nice and they were both great. Pancakes at breakfast were the best, and they had the regular Nescafé sachets without added sugar.

• Silvia (8/5): Mixed experience overall - Spacious and comfortable stay overall. I stayed alone in the large family room, which was very spacious, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The location is quite central and close to the beach. Breakfast was filling and always served exactly on time. The patio is lush and nicely green, adding to the relaxed atmosphere. The last day’s tour was fantastic and showed how beautiful Port Barton marine life can be. My first 2 days were unfortunately the worst tour experiences of my trip, for reasons the staff said were beyond their control. Although this could arguably have been avoided by working with more competent and professional operators. Still, it was very unlucky, especially given that Port Barton has excellent reefs and marine life (better than El Nido or Coron). Breakfast options were repetitive with little variety, but filling. Shower pressure was low (expected in the area). The road leading to the property can get muddy, so arriving with a suitcase is inconvenient unless you take a tuk-tuk.

• Ekaterina (10/5): Отличное место для остановки в Порт Бартоне - В номере есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Завтраки по заказу. Хозяева организуют лодочные туры, мы воспользовались их услугой( брали приватную лодку) и остались очень довольны. Цена получилась даже ниже, чем предлагают на пляже. Если будут дожди, то к отелю будет непросто подъехать, т.к. дороги грунтовые.

• Imant (9/5): Freundliche Leute und Top Ausflüge. - 1. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilft einem 2. Das Frühstück kann tatsächlich was Highlight war die Inselhopping Tour die wir bei den Leuten vom Hotel gebucht haben. Die Tour wurde auch vom Hotelpersonal durchgeführt. Die Inseln waren sauber und es waren quasi keine Touristen dort. Das Mittagessen war der Wahnsinn. Die Jungs haben Fleisch und Fisch gegrillt, es gab Salate, Nudeln, Reis und jede Menge Obst. Der Preis für die Unterkunft und für die Tour war sehr, sehr fair. Die Unterkunft ist recht zweckmäßig eingerichtet - dies entsprich aber dem Preis und ist darum ok. Der Wasserdruck ist schwach.

• Tobias (10/5): - Very clean room, nice bathroom, relatively new air condition. Quiet at night but you are still just 3 minutes away from the beach and bars. Friendly owner and great breakfast. Best accomodation we had on Palawan so far. We had a quadrouble room for two of us and took two matress each cause it's a bit hard otherwise.
• Christina (9/5): Convenient stay and I loved Port Barton's chill beach vibes! - Nice people, spacious room (though it might get cramped if all 4 beds were in use), and helpful to have breakfast included. The owners kindly helped me organize my tuktuks to the station. They also helped me book an Islands Tour (we didn't go on the owner's boat as he was booked for a private tour that day but we went with a different company). Port Barton was a great choice for a chilled beach vibe - be sure to visit the beach bars like Barton Bistro which had great live music when I visited Saturday night! I couldn't get the hot water to work but maybe I just wasn't patient enough. The AC worked well but was a little on the louder side, but I didn't actually need it at night anyway. The property is on the edge of beautiful nature- I kind of wished I had booked a place overlooking the beach to just really max out the beach town vibes. But everything is super close walking distance so it's still a good location!
• Jan (10/5): Perfect verblijf - Alles beviel ons. Een aardige familie die alles mogelijk maakte. Ruime kamers, goede bedden en schoon. We hebben een dag de boottour gedaan met hun eigen boot. Dat was heel goed verzorgd. De boys op de boot deden er alles aan om alle bezienswaardigheden te laten zien. De lunch op de boot was subliem. Het was werkelijk heerlijk en goed verzorgd. Een lunch zoals deze hadden we in 2 weken reizen in het land nog niet gehad. Goede smaken van vis vlees, noedels etc.. Perfect!! Eigenlijk hadden we hier langer willen blijven maar ons reisschema liet dat helaas niet toe. Niets
