Recommend for families with kids as there is a pool and quality free breakfast with variety. Parking fees were reasonable considering the location. Very clean and even the sofa bed was just as comfortable as a the bed (great option for a family of 5).

Das Hotel ist neu und modern eingerichtet, die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und die Betten sehr bequem – ideal für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich top. Insgesamt ein empfehlenswertes Hotel für alle, die Wert auf Komfort, gute Lage und faire Preise legen. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist das Frühstück, das recht einfach gehalten ist und nur das Nötigste bietet.

Nothing felt clean or sanitary. We were in town to visit family. We checked in at 3:30p, and checked out around 5 hrs later and drove back to Jacksonville. I would have rather slept in my car. I do not consider myself a hotel snob, but this place is a mess now.

Gostamos muito do café da manhã americano, com máquina de waffles e uma boa variedade. A localização é maravilhosa a apenas10 minutos da Universal e próximo ao outlet e ao shopping. Estava com carro alugado e o estacionamento era cobrado à parte, no valor de $13. Usamos o estacionamento público mas dispõe de poucas vagas. Fizeram cobrança a parte no meu cartão de crédito, mesmo eu já tendo pagado pelo booking.com, me decepcionei.

Philomena (8/5): Good location, very nice and safe hotel in walking distance to the Mall at Millennia. - The lobby was large and clean. Breakfast was included, which was good. It also had an on site restaurant in the evening and a 24 hour mini shop which sold drinks and snacks. Walking distance to the Mall at Millennia. The cleaners never came, unless I asked for my room to be cleaned at reception - very odd! Became rather irritating after a while - we stayed 10 nights.

Patricia (8/5): - Very comfortable beds. Nice storage and spacious suite. Good hairdryer and shelves in the bathroom. The only thing I didn’t like was the awful lighting in the bathroom. Those fluorescent mirror lights make you look dead/anemic. Please give us back better bright lighting in the bathroom!

Emily (6/5): - I really like the hotel and appreciated the clean and organized property the only critique I would give is it would have been nice if there was complimentary water or coffee for guests after breakfast for guest in the main lobby.
Nicole Olivia (10/5): - Really great property. Very close to Universal Orlando and many dining options and great mall. Great area and conveniently located near expressway to get to Disney Sprinds quickly and anywhere else in Orlando
NO FLEX ZONE (10/5): - The location of the hotel was very awesome love the pool staff was very good breakfast was good just a little crowded but it was smooth What I didn't like it took two days for housekeeping came to our room until I called the front desk asking why no one haven't come in to clean the rooms
MARCELO (2/5): Incompetent manager with low educational attainmen - My 13-year-old daughter has a service dog. The dog barked and we were kicked out of the hotel. My daughter tried to say she would do everything she could to stop the dog from barking, but the manager told my daughter that if she didn't leave, she would call the police. A hotel that hires incompetent people can't be a decent place.

Valerie (10/5): Hidden budget gem. - You literally cannot beat the location or the price. We were looking for a hotel near Universal, and most hotels around were expensive for the quality. I can’t believe we found this hotel AND it was exceptional in value. Only about 13 minutes or so from the parks, and there were tons of stores and town centers near by. Not to mention it was also in a pretty affluent area, so the vibe of the place was really luxurious. This wasn’t really an issue that I had, more just a little nitpick, but even though the breakfast was good I wish there was more consistency between the days since the breakfast would have something I loved one day but then they wouldn’t have it the next day. Like they had this EXCEPTIONAL crumb cake for breakfast the first day we arrived and then didn’t have it for the other two days of our stay. :( Other than that, everything was absolutely amazing.
