• Eisuke (9/5): Superb - Friendly staff, and a super comfy place with a reasonable price. I would recommend it to others! You can also directly go to the station. Not a lot, but little ants inside the room. And you cannot watch videos with this wifi. But that's it. Other than this, perfect.

They were prompt in their replies and I m thankful that they assisted in my queries of venues / places of interest directions. The aircon was awesome and able to chill the duplex place as the weather was so hot. There was a fan in the room too. Bathroom, room, kitchen, hall and balcony was fine. Simple, neat and comfy. There is washing machine, iron, hair dryer and extra mattress. Tv with multi cable channels too. Feels safe as their security guards always around 24hrs. To enter venue and lift must use access card. We were on a leisure trip so most of the time out but when back its was comfortable and relaxing. Value for money. Nothing in particular to frown about. It's a matter of adjusting and accommodating.

• John (10/5): Good and convenient place to stay. - The area is at a good location with easy access to the LRT. The room is good and comfortable to stay in. The washing machine, dryer and wifi connection proved very useful as well. The sliding door that could not be locked and may be a safety issue if kids are around. More shelves in the bedroom as well as a nighstand for both residents. A lack of place to put in your own toiletries (limited)

• Hillsinterail (8/5): Very good - Modern apartment with good pool and gym. Washing and drying machine a godsend after 2 weeks travelling, if you find it. Directions and communication difficult. They rely on WhatsApp. This is a problem if you have just arrived in Malaysia and have no mobile data or wifi. We received check in instructions just before boarding our flight from Hanoi. If our flight had been a few minutes earlier we would have had no instructions as wifi in KL airport wouldn't connect. Property is not at KL Sentral

• Tatiana (6/5): Pleasant - Great location! We are not sure if that is common for bookings in KL but we had to give quite few deposits for the place. One deposit for a key that you never use and one deposit for the apartment. Because we ended up leaving earlier It was just a little inconvenient to give deposit and then receive it back. The place is not cozy but its really worth the money and the location is great. The staff were great and helpful though!

Also, - clean and have everything I need, i only need to bring my cloth to the unit to stay the balcony door has no lock which I understand that it’s on the 19th floor but would feel more secure with the lock

I love it I think the price is a bit pricey but since the experience is good and located near with public transport. So it convenience for me. Still worth it tho

• Journaling (10/5): i would come again to hang in kl bcuz this is a very strategic hotel that i ve been into. the room is clean, the toilet - everything is there, the lrt is connected to the hotel, so its easy to walk, and i love the room

Checkin was very smooth and very very friendly staff. The property is directly connected to LRT so it’s a very good location. Would definitely recommend to stay here
