Helena (1/5): Not recommended at all! - Nothing was like a 4star hotel! Very poor cleanness , not standard mattress, very dark interior, and very bad location The reception could not even talk English a few word! We had to cancel and leave the hotel! Not recommended at all!
ben7658 (5/5): Very budget but you get what you pay for - Room was ok for the prices. Nice view Room smelt of smoke. Second time I have had this issue there. Hotels rooms are starting to seem rundown . Used this hotel a few times before but will be looking elsewhere going forward.

Halay (1/5): - Konum olarak iyiydi. Odamızın desingi da çok güzeldi. AMA kesinlikle bir kez daha kalmam. Kimselere de õnermem. Öncelikle oda çok kötü sigara kokuyordu. Yerler toz ve saç ile kaplıydı. Ailem ile kalmaya gittiğim bu hotelde hiç rahat etmedim çünkü iğrendim. Salondaki koltuk okadar pisti ki üzerine otururken çarsaf ortmemiz gerekti. Koltukta sigara yanıkları vardı. Dediğim gibi çok güzel design edilmiş bir odamız vardı. Temizliğe gerekli özen gösterilse bu şekilde yorumlamazdım ve bir sonraki istanbul konaklamam kesinlikle burasî olurdu. Ancak okadar kötü bir deneyimdi ki kimseye önermiyorum.

Haci (3/5): - Alleen het bed De schoonmaak was slecht en mijn kamer is de hele week vies gebleven. De hygiëne was onvoldoende. De shampoo en lichaamsshampoo waren gebruik van anderen Ik heb dit gemeld, maar er is niemand gekomen om het op te lossen. Mijn oortjes zijn ook gestolen echt jammer dit.

ben (4/5): Will look elsewhere next time. - Good location lots of food options near by I tend to use this hotel when in the area. On entering the room it smelt heavily of cigarette smoke. The sofa had multiple cigarette burns in it. The jacuzzi bath wasn't well kept and on the last night the plug broke into prices. The prices was expensive for the condition of the room.

There should be easy roll in from street level. Otherwise good price for descent comfort

It was neither clean nor beautiful like the pictures on the website - I didn’t like anything about it; it was a big mistake The air conditioner in the room was not working properly. I went to the reception several times but nobody cared, and only on the last day after many requests they tried to fix it, but it still didn’t cool. The bathroom door was completely broken, the jacuzzi had only one button working, and the bed was very poor quality and uncomfortable. I asked the reception to clean the room, but they only sent me a few clean towels

Makbule (8/5): Genel olarak iyi ve güvenilir otel - Otel gibi değil de ev konsepti olması ve manzarası çok hoşuma gitti, dizaynı çok iyiydi. Mini dolap yerine tam bir buzdolabı olması, klimanın çok iyi soğutması, yemek masası olması artı puan. Ancak bazı detaylar puan düşürüyor. Şampuan olarak konulan sabun çok kalitesizdi. Havlular temiz görünüyordu anca tuhaf bir koku vardı. Kanepede biraz koku vardı. Ve mutfakta sünger ve sabun yoktu. Öneri olarak belirtiyorum; tvler netflix gibi uygulamalar içerse, odada ütü bulunsa dört dörtlük otel olur. Eksiklere ve havlu, kanepe kokusuna rağmen genel olarak memnun kaldım.

Banyo da duş jeli şampuan yoktu. Servis inanılmaz yavaş. Çarşaf değiştirme talebinde bulunduk 30-40 dakika da anca geldi. Cityloft kalitesine yakışmayan bir yer. Diğer Cityloft şubelerinde böyle sorunlar yaşamadık.

Ali Ihsan (6/5): No maintenance, no clean - The hotel is clearly intended to be a modern day business chic hotel. The design of the premises is good. Sadly that's where it ends. Rooms are not properly maintained, not very clean, towels were stained and torn. There was literally a hole on the wall the size of my fist with the insides showing. There was no place to hang hand towels. No tissues inside the room. It doesn't even have an internal phone line, you have to call the reception on an outside line. The door did not have a physical lock, only an electronic button not sure if it really locks or not.
