- Andrew (10/5): - This location is just a quick walk away from Shinekai Market and block from the Imamiyaebisu Station that takes you to Namba. The room was clean and simple. It is small, perfect for solo travelers.

- アヤ (8/5): - 泊まった日が真夏の暑い時だったから仕方がなかったのかもしれませんが、チェックインして部屋に行くと、部屋の壁が濡れていました。恐らく隣の部屋がエアコンをガンガンつけていて温度差で結露したのかなと思いました。そっち側の壁のところにベッドがあったので、お布団も湿気ていました。恐らくこんな時期じゃなければ、とてもいい部屋だったと思います。 朝食などはありませんでしたが、ロビーにコーヒーのサービスがありました。

Just remeber Osaka is a busy city and not as clean as others, but the hotel and its location was great. Its on a busy street which I think makes it safer. Not noisy at all inside hotel.

Did not vacuum the room as well even we requested to clean up room with signage. Dusty under the bed. Basically, they top up tooth brush and toilet paper and replace towels.

- ASHRAF (10/5): - The rooms were very clean and cleaning service was also very efficient and regular. The front office staff were also very friendly (as is the case overall in Japan) and helpful. Very convenient to subway. Not much in terms of restaurants in the immediate vicinity but a huge choice at Osaka Shinsekai if one was to walk the 10 minutes plus. Overall, very happy I chose this hotel and would definitely choose the same again.

- GYEONG GYU (8/5): 직원 분들 진짜 다들 친절해요ㅠㅠㅠ - 역까지의 거리를 생각하면 혼자 여행가기 조금 불안할 수는 있을 것 같아요! 역이랑 거리가 10분정도있는데 그 거리가 인적이 없는 곳이 있는데 저는 주로 거길 이용해서 살짝 불안함은 있었는데 그래도 숙소 근처는 밝아서 괜찮아요! 저는 실수로 흡연실로 들어갔는데 탈취제 뿌려주셨다고는했는데.. 그래도 담배냄새는 남아있더라구여ㅜㅜ 창문 열어두면 냄새는 금방 빠져서 그 것도 괜찮았어여! 살짝...아주 살짝 침대의 불편감이라던가 냉장고에 냉장기능이 안 좋은거 말곤 시설은 괜찮았어여!! 직원분들 너무너무 친절하십니다!! 제가 이것저것 많이 부탁드렸는데 다 너무 잘 챙겨주시고 신경써주셔서 너무너무 감사했어여~ 도톤보리랑은 좀 멀 수 있는데 그래도 자인언트 돈키호테랑은 또 가까워서 좋아여~ 다시 이용할 생각있습니다!! 직원의 친절도에 좀 더 초점이 맞춰져 계신분들이라면 추천드립니다!!

- Verified traveler (2/5): - 部屋が掃除されておらず卵の殻のパックや髪の毛が冷蔵庫の中に入っていました。ポットでゆで卵をしたようでポットも汚れたままでした。 掃除機も全くかけておらず床にゴミが落ちていたし泊まっている客は外国人ばかりで日本人向けのホテルではなかったです。 今までで一番ひどいホテルでした。 返金レベルです。2度と泊まりませんしここには泊まら無い方が絶対にいいと思います。
- ponpon (8/5): 多数駅利用可能、便利な立地。 - 今宮戎のすぐ裏に位置する、非常に便利な立地のホテル。御堂筋線 大国町、環状線 新今宮が徒歩圏内なので、どんな場所にも行きやすいすばらしい立地だと思います。中国系のホテルのようでホテルスタッフの方達は多国籍言語対応。もちろん日本語も問題ないので、海外からのゲストが多そうですが、滞在に問題はありませんでした。お部屋も新しくきれい、アメニティも問題無し。場所と値段を考えると、費受に魅力的なホテルです。

- Karen (4/5): - 酒店鄰近南海電鐵站，交通方便。街口即有超市及便利店，亦十分便利。客房的面積十分狹小，遠窄於一般的連鎖酒店，而且客房清潔服務的素質十分一般，我甚至可以嗅到床頭有頭油的臭味，明顯客房清潔員沒有仔細清潔。最讓我不能接受之處是，這間酒店沒有「被套」。我想是為了方便職員清洗，只有一張「被單」蓋於棉被下，我無法接受這樣的做法。

- Verified traveler (8/5): 깔끔하고 직원도 매우 친절함 - 일본여행에서 3일을 숙박하였으며, 싱글 및 금연룸에서 혼자 지냈다. 우리가 흔히알고있는 우메다역이나 난바역에서는 약간의 거리가 있다고 느껴질만한 거리에 위치헤있다. 허나 도보로 충분히 가능한 역들이 많으며 주변에 또한 편의시설등이 많아 걷는것을 좋아한다면 절대 나쁘지않은 위치에 위치해있다.(큰 도로변에 있어 심야시간에도 무섭지않음) 시설은 최근에 건설된 호텔이라 그런지 깔끔하며 편리하였다. 직원들또한 외국손님들을 많이 응대해본 티가 났으며 친절 그 자체로 응대를 해주어 기분이 아주 좋았다.

- Taeho (10/5): 난카이 남바 역이나 도톤보리,신사이바시 근처랑은 조금 멀지만 조용하고 편했습니다~ - 제목 그대로 중심지랑은 조금 멀지만 걸어가기 충분했었고 주변에 로손, 세븐일레븐 타마데 슈퍼등 편의시설이 근처에 있어서 좋았고 중심지가 아니었기에 조용하고 한산해서 좋았습니다 다이코쿠역이나 에비스초 역을 이용하면 신사이바시나 남바역 ,신사이바시는 1~2정거장이면 가니까 크게 불편한점은 없었고 오히려 역까지 걸아가면서 일본 특유 거리분위기를 느낄수있어서 좋았습니다 그래도 위치가 중요하다! 하시는분들께는 추천드리지 않구요 생긴지 얼마안된 호텔이다보니 엄청 깔끔했고 어메니티도 좋았습니다 ㅎㅎ 아참 그리고 조식이 없다는게 조금 아쉽군요 방도 혼자쓰기엔 평범했습니다 그리고 한국말할줄아시는 직원분이 있었습니다 결코 이 호텔을 예약하셔서 손해볼일은 없다고 봅니다.
