Any complaint that was relayed was addressed instantly. I will definitely book again in these hotel . For the value of my money this place was very good . Was quite at night . Slept well . There wa no smoking , but only in designate area , which I like . No rowdy people were noticed .

There were ants in the room and toiletries were incomplete. Staff didn’t seem to care much about fixing the issues. Not worth the money.

• Fermelinda (7/5): - Localização perto do monumento nacional e dos transportes publicos. Funcionários simpaticos. Um alojamento muito básico mas pelo preço não se pode exigir mais. A rua onde fica o hotel é muito má! Tem canais de esgotos a céu aberto com aspecto e cheiro nauseabundo. O dasassossego muito cedo e à noite, barulho feito por crianças que brincam no corredor a correr e a gritar como se estivessem em casa.

Queda en una zona como muy rural pero que queda en central jakarta a 5 min a pie de avenidas grandes con hoteles y rascacielos. Las toallas estaban raidas con agujeros por todos lados. Un mejor mantenimiento de las habitaciones. Era muy cutre, entiendo que barato pero lo de las toallas con agujeros que podias meter 2 puños... es too much

Good value for money. The walls are very thin and you can hear all the noise coming from outside. Wi-Fi was terrible! Almost no connection. The hot water wasn't working during my stay and the bathroom sink was clogged up. The air conditioning was dripping water all night, leaving a puddle of water on the floor when I woke up.

Si tiene tan buena nota es por el chantaje que hace de que te dan una botella de agua gratis a cambio de Cinco estrellas en Booking. La nota real sería un 3.5 pero para compensar todas las 5 estrellas injustas le ponemos una. Mi compañera se encontró un cepillo de dientes usado y las habitaciones sin más.

• Edwin (8/5): Great location for a very good price - Basic room, with a bed, hot water and air-conditioning. Nothing more, nothing less. Clean enough, friendly staff. Location is great, close to the Sarinah mall, and with lots of eateries and restaurants around, and close to a bus stop for Kota Tua of Glodok . Friendly, safe and quiet neighborhood, in the middle of busy central Jakarta, perfect startpoint for exploring the rest of the city. Very good price for this location. Very small window, no view.

The only thing i concerned is if you plan to stay for about a month. they have no breakfast included. i wish they include breakfast as for foreigners they don't know where to eat.
• Didi Paris (4/5): Okay place to stay for short term, be aware that they won't help you in person or by email prior. - Very cheap place to stay, not closely to or easy walk in the heat to places nearby, but Grab service is great here. Shower not hot, barely warm, I wish I would have known this. You only have 2 choices: no pressure, or some pressure, there is no choosing warm or hot water. There's a sign you can put on the door saying you don't need to have your room cleaned, as all places have. I didn't put it, & although I wasn't expecting a huge cleaning, I was at least hopeful I'd get new toilet paper (since the size of the cardboard is about the size of the paper you get). But I didn't get anything. Air conditioning kind of works. The screen on my remote was completely black, even the worker I asked for help had trouble seeing it with a cell's torch shining directly on it. People at reception aren't too helpful, don't speak much English (asked about a popular place to visit & they knew nothing). I should have expected this, since online, they never answered any questions, just sent a link that never helped me (all other places I've booked have always been helpful). There's a sign on a big bottle of water that's for sale in the room in exchange for a 5 star review. I just filled up my bottle at the station downstairs. It's not quite near anything for an easy walk in the heat, but Grab is able to get here no worries.

• Laura (5/5): If you're a low-budget traveler OK, otherwise think twice - The location of the hotel was good for me. It's in a narrow street in those tiny neighborhoods that are very characteristic of Jakarta. It has quick access to the main street. The pictures of the rooms on Booking are outdated. They look clean and tidy, but actually the one I stayed in had dirty walls, wasn't cleaned properly and the sheets & towels were worn and dirty. Also, I messaged the hotel team for a recommendation of the best and safest way to reach the hotel (I used the Booking chat for this) and they never replied.
• Thomas (8/5): Pleasantly surprised by this great find. - The room was clean and well presented. a good size with a desk and open shelving, the shower was a good pressure and the water hot. water was available at a small cost for large bottle and clean towels were available. There was a lift to all floors and with heavy suitcase this was a great help. The location was within walking distance of the main shopping malls and cafe's with street venders of food also close by. There was no chair at the desk and a suitcase stand would be a bonus.
