- osami (10/5): お風呂…最高ォ〜です。 - お風呂が最高です。 昔々の銭湯を思い出しながら、小樽市内を散策できました。 特に無しですが、レストランの入口とお風呂の入口がすぐそばなので、風呂上がりはちょっと気不味いかなぁ〜という感じです。
- Georgina (9/5): - The staff was wonderful. Since I checked-in early, they transferred my bags to my room. I loved the location, it is a short walk to all the attractions. The hotel parking only starts at 3pm. If you arrive earlier, you will be charged for 2 days. Thank goodness, there is a public parking across the street where you can park for 24 hours at a cheaper price than at the hotel.

- 啓子 (3/5): ガッカリです。 - 事前に障害者用の椅子がお風呂にあるか聞いたら あります。 と返事があったので安心してお風呂行ったら椅子は無いし湯船のお湯が少なくてガッカリ！ ウェルカムドリンクのコーヒーも無かったし 多分2度行かないと思います。

It's a lovely hotel in a great location and we booked last minute for a very reasonable price. - Renate (8/5): Perfect location and a nice room - We absolutely liked the location. The hotel is just a few steps away from the canal, restaurants and shops. Our room was quite small but the bed was comfy and the room was clean and nice. Breakfast was very nice. The hotel has a parking garage which was very convenient for us.

- Lim (7/5): Nice affordable place for a night stay. - We like the location. It was easy to make our way to all the key sights. They were kind to put our luggage inside our room so it was good service. The refrigerator was very bulky. No free water were given. We wanted to park our car inside the ground level car park. We were there at 2 pm and the whole car park was empty. But we were told to go up the multi storey car park because they want to reserve the lots for bigger cars. It is not right to make it so inconvenient for us. We saw a few small cars were allowed to park inside the ground level car park when we returned after our dinner. We felt very slighted. The man who spoke to us was also unpleasant in tone. We did not feel welcome. The other aspects are fine.

- flyyates (6/5): Japanese Only Accomodation - Staff were polite efficient, helpful. Buffet Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean. Room was small. Bed basic not very comfy. USB connectivity average. No Coffee supplied, only green Tea. TV only available in Japanese language unable to convert to English at all. High bath, low bed. Fridge minimalistic, 500ml water bottles had to be laid down. Very few staff spoke English.
