• Alexandre (1/5): - Room was clean. Breakfast was ok. Room was old and empty. There was only way to put intense lightning or not at all. Sink is small, bath area around sink is small but the shower is enormous. Horrible price/quality ratio.

Атмосфера спокойная и комфортная. Расположение удобное, рядом всё необходимое. Обязательно вернёмся сюда ещё и будем рекомендовать этот отель своим знакомым! Все понравилось

Номер был чистый, светлый и комфортный, с удобной кроватью — отлично высыпалась. Персонал вежливый и доброжелательный, всегда улыбчивые и готовые помочь. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные. Расположение отеля тоже очень удобное — всё рядом. С удовольствием вернусь сюда снова и с уверенностью рекомендую Arai Plaza всем, кто ценит комфорт, сервис и качественный отдых 💖 Отдельно хочу отметить SPA-зону — это просто находка! После насыщенного дня было невероятно приятно расслабиться: чисто, спокойно, приятная атмосфера, всё продумано до мелочей. Отличный способ отдохнуть и перезагрузиться.

• Berik (6/5): Цена / качество совсем не соответствует. Не рекомендуем, очень дорого! - Здание отличное, помпезное. Богатый вестибюль, отличные лифты! Персонал хороший. Полотенца уже не перевод свежести, подушки жестковатые, похоже дешевые. Двухспальные кровати обустроены двумя отдельными матрасами, имеется щель между ним, очень не комфортно. Система кондиционирования - шумные. Завтрак неплохой, но кофе подают растворимый, хотя в рекламном ролике по монитору, который установлен там же, показывают дорогую кофемашину , откуда льется качественный дорогой кофе! 😅Хотели позавтракать на террасе, там было очень пыльно и на столике, и на креслах.
• Berik (6/5): Цена для такого сервиса далеко не соответствует качеству. Мы посчитали, что лучше мы остановились в других отелях! Не - Отель в целом презентабельный, но не все соответствует тому что написано в booking 1. Кровати не соответствуют двуспальным, так как матрацы раздельные, и их объединили и посередине есть большая щель. 2. Нет халатов после душа; 3. Полотенца уже не первой свежести; 4. Кофе при подаче на завтрак- растворимый, а в завтраке в ТВ ролике - из кофе машины 😂; хотели позавтракать на террасе, но столик и диваны покрыты толстым слоем пыли, вернулись в внутрь;

• Magda (2/5): Avoid at any cost! Disgusting breakfast!! - If you'd like your room to have 28C then you should choose this hotel. If you'd like the reception to completely ignore your calls (you can get downstairs to watch how 'she' is not bothered by the call and instead is playing with her mobile phone) - then it's your place. If you'd like the manager to completely ignore your request to meet you - your place to stay. Food in this hotel is remarkably disgusting!!! One should try very hard to get terrible quality, not testy food in Taraz - these guys managed that perfectly! Even bread is always old and dry but they will look into your eyes and tell you that it's not. The staff (very young, low IQ, poor quality plastic surgeries..... you can guess the functionalities) is remarkably rude. Wrong place to be! seriously? the fact that I left this place and will never come back!

Request for extra duvet and pillows was promptly met. No bedside lamps. Bar not open. Little bit far from centre of town.
