- 범 (8/5): - 버스정류장에서는 조금 걸어야 했으나 위치자체는 나쁘진 않습니다. 객실내 노천탕도 좋았고 숙소분위기도 조용하고 좋습니다. 라운지,바 도 좋았고 웰컴드링크도 맛있게 먹었습니다. 공용온천도 잘관리되는것 같고 만족했습니다 전체적으론 숙소가 깨끗했으나 화장실이나 구석에 거미줄이 있었고, 전등은 아예 청소가 안되어 먼지가 가득했습니다. 카운터에 얘기하니 외출중에 청소해준다는 답을 받았으나 결국 청소는 안해주더군요. 식사는 2박동안 조식,석식 이용을했는데 하루메뉴는 약간 애매했습니다.

- chiman (5/5): - 員工態度好，餐食尚可。退房後有免費小車送到米子車站。 設備太舊，冷氣不足，房間陳舊，到處有霉味。房間沒有淋浴間，需要到大浴場洗澡，而每人要另付150円溫泉稅。大浴場洗手間沒冷氣，受不了天氣熱的朋友，千萬不要夏天來！！！以這個價錢，可以選擇別的地方。

- miyagi (9/5): 大変満喫できました。 - 4拍5日朝食付きで宿泊しましたが、毎朝お盆に入り切らないお皿と炊きたてのご飯、温かい味噌汁の付いた豪華な朝食でお腹いっぱい頂きました。地域特産の煮物野菜や海産物等とても美味でした。部屋から見える大山も素晴らしかったです。浴衣も柄が様々で選ぶのが楽しかったてす。 配膳式なので仕方ないですが、和食中心なので幼稚園児や小さい子供のいる家族向けではないなと思いました。

Beautiful gardens, various Japanese artifacts and kimonos to try on for fun. Japanese family room was huge at 60m2 and beautiful modern Japanese style. Onsen relatively small but also perfect with sauna, cold bath and onsen bath outside along with the inside one. Nothing.

Also had fun with the choice of yukata and free coffee in the lobby. The food might be too Japanese for some. Even my Japanese husband was “meh” on it. But we knew what to expect going in. My Japanese kids would not have enjoyed.

- Verified traveler (10/5): 방도 온천도 만족. - 아이들 둘과 함께하는 가족여행이었는데 아주 넓고 예쁜 곳 입니다. 목욕탕도 좋았어요. 가족탕을 예약해서 사용하실 수도 있으며(아마 2200엔, 50분) 남탕, 여탕을 사용하실 수 있습니다만, 추천은 프라이빗한 가족탕이 꼭 필요한 것이 아니라면 공용욕탕을 추천합니다. 탕이 넓고, 노천온천과 자그마한 사우나를 이용할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 최상의 극이라고 할 수는 없지만, 가이센온천지구에서 타 숙소대비 저렴한 가격대로 예약하시게 된다면 충분히 만족하실 것 같습니다!

- Gunnar (8/5): Traditional, high class, conveniently located close to the sea - The hotel is traditional Japanese styled. However we stayed in a very spacious room that felt much mor like an elegant hotel room. All was clean, a public bath with outdoor pool area and sauna is available. The location is in walking distance to a lot of restaurants and his a very nice of its own. The sea and beach is within a five minures walk. Free drinks with a view into a Japanese garden is also included. The staff was available but somewhat less forthcoming compared with other locations. The walk from our room to the bath was quite a distance. The hight of the ceiling beams in some areas was too low for a standard european male - ouch!

- James (8/5): Nice old trad stay - Nice overnight stay in a traditional old ryokan. Last-minute booking ended us up in an awkwardly tiny room but the Onsen was lovely and good breakfast. Hostess was very helpful finding us a dinner spot. Handy location near the beach.

- Shogo (8/5): - チェックイン時にエアコンの不具合があるということでしたが、部屋にはエアコンが複数あり、問題ありませんでした。ただ、その伝え方には配慮が必要だったと思います。 食事の際の仲居さんは、親切にしていただきました。 食事は美味しかったです。朝ごはんは、炊き立てご飯と、手作り、おもてなし感のあるおかずがあり、最高の朝ごはんでした。 子供用の夕食は、カレーしゅうまい、ハンバーグは、子供もあまり喜ばず、大人料理の少なめにしてもらえたら嬉しいです。

- MAKIKO (10/5): お世話になりました - 3世代で海水浴目的で米子に行き、こちらの宿を予約しました。 新しい宿では無いですが、とても清潔感がありました。 部屋も掃除が行き届き、サービスも良いと思います。 大浴場も掃除が行き渡っていて、シャワーヘッドも切り替えモードが付いている物でした。 女子はテンション上がります！ 浴衣も自分で好きな柄を選べるのが良いですね～。 朝食付きプランにしたのですが、釜だきご飯がそれぞれに準備されていて、お料理も美味しくいただきました。 ただ、孫の小学生低学年にはお米の量が多くて、残してしまいました。 勿体なくて申し訳なかったです。 こんなに素敵な宿なのに、お値段もリーズナブルで感動です。 次にまた皆生に泊まる際は、風雅さんにお世話になりたいと思います。

- Phillip (9/5): Wonderful traditional spot near the beach - We booked just a room at the last minute, and it was in the older traditional part of the ryokan. Fantastic room and very comfortable. Great ofuro and lovely grounds, right near the beach. Check in was confusing.

- Jacqui (10/5): Fantastic onsen hotel on the coast - We had to book a room at short notice because our travel plans changed, so we spent one night here in August 2023. It was very good. The staff were so welcoming, we really felt at home. The hotel is a stone’s throw away from the ocean and parts of it are lit up at night, which was an amazing sight to see, on the stormy night we were there. The bathhouse is also fantastic. There is an outdoor bath as well, which was great to visit at night. The room was comfortable and spacious with a clean and well-equipped bathroom. Thank you for a lovely stay.

- Verified traveler (10/5): 和モダンの素敵な温泉旅館 - 施設はとても大きくて古いですが新しくされてる所もあり、和モダン的な感じてとても素敵な旅館でした。浴衣を色々選べるのも楽しかったのですが、11歳の男の子がサイズがなくて キッズの次が大人なので120cm～150cmのサイズが欲しかったです。 館内はジャズが流れてゆったりとした気分になりました。ウエルカムドリンクは日本酒とカルピス、お茶飲み放題は嬉しかったです。敷地内もお庭が素敵で日本家屋で田舎に帰った気分になりました。良い思い出になりました。
