Iwona (7/5): Raczej tam nie wrócę - Wielkość apartamentu,lokalizacja blisko lasu Budynki są zbyt blisko siebie,w związku z tym brak jest intymności,gdyż zagląda się okno w okno.Zdjęcia na Booking są przekłamane. Drzwi nie mają od wewnątrz zamka,zamyka się je tylko na klucz,więc przy jednym komplecie kluczy jest to problem,jeśli ktoś chce wyjść,a ktoś zostać w mieszkaniu. Dzwonek do lokalu nie działa. W łazience brak jakiejkolwiek półki,szafeczki,w kabinie także brakuje półeczki. Nie ma żadnej ściereczki,nie ma tabletek do zmywarki na start. Generalnie-skrajny minimalizm wyposażenia,nie ma się wrażenia,że gospodarzowi zależy na dogodzeniu klientowi,a raczej że liczy tylko na zysk. A konieczność opuszczenia lokalu do godz.10 to już przesada. Na pewno nie skorzystam już z tego biura,zwłaszcza,że jest w czym wybierać w Świeradowie.

Andrzej (8/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja apartamentu, blisko stoku narciarskiego i gondoli. W sąsiedztwie bardzo dobra restauracja. Zapewnione miejsce parkingowe na zewnątrz budynku. Bardzo czysto, przepiękny widok na stok narciarski z okien i balkonu. Możliwość pobytu z psem za dodatkową opłatą. Wyposażenie kuchenne wymaga uzupełnienia, a wręcz wymiany. Mimo że była zmywarka to przydała by się gabeczka do naczyń i ściereczka do przetarcia. Zabrakło deski do krojenia pieczywa.

Apartament już trochę zdemolowany, dużo elementów jest popsute badź zużyte, niesprawne niektóre rolety zewnętrzne oraz widok sąsiadów okno w okno. Brak klimatyzacji, nie było upalnych dni a w apartam nie było gorąco.

Michał (9/5): Generalnie świetne miesce, polecam. - Piękny widok na góry, przestronność apartamentu, czysta i w miarę nowoczesna łazienka, super lokalizacja (blisko las więc idealne miejsce np. dla biegaczy lub na spacery z psem), zaradny personel na ul. Zdrojowej. Choć apartament był dla 6 osób, wcześniej brakowało informacji o tym, że dostępne jest 1 miejsce parkingowe na apartament + na dedykowanym miejscu parkingowym brakowało blokady co umożliwiło osobie postronnej zajęcie nam na parę godzin tego miejsca. Brak windy, która przydałaby się przy 3 piętrowym budynku.

Tomas (8/5): - - Apartmán krásně čistý - Apartmán v poměrně novém příjemném domě - Krásný výhled - Extra pohodlné postele - Velký prostor pro 5-ti člennou rodinu - Asi 500m od Lanovky a sjezdovky a bobové dráhy - Parkovací místo k dispozici - Pronajímatel komunikoval - V létě musí být skvělý balkon (ten jsme nevyužili vhledem k ročnímu období) - U předání klíčů byla milá a nápomocná paní - Předání klíčů na vzdáleném místě v centru města (pěšky cca 1,3km , autem tak 2,5km). - Na místě se platí městský lázeňský poplatek, což za 5-ti člennou rodinu činí asi 90 zlotých za 3 noci - Nefunkční jedna okenní roleta - člověk který spal v obývacím pokoji (na rozkládací pohovce) ráno nemohl spát kvůli světlu. - Nefunkční dveře do jedné z ložnic. - Nedostatečné vybavení apartmánu. Především nám chyběl velký smeták na úklid a pak kuchyňské utěrky, kuchyňské hadříky, Nebylo tak snadné udržovat pořádek. - Jen 2 role toaletního papíru na 3 noci pobytu. - Ovladač od TV se smazanými popisky - poměrně obtížné se orientovat v ovládání.

Martwe muchy na podłodze w salonie, brak wentylacji w łazience, uszkodzona wersalka, brak instrukcji kominka nieuporządkowanie w skrytkach. Po odebraniu kluczy nikt nie odbierał telefonu z recepcji.

Klaudia Machowska (8/5): - To widok mnie zachęcił aby zarezerwować ten apartament i nie zawiódł. Cudowne góry jak z plakatu;) jednak żeby mieć takie widoki trzeba się trochę powspinac - z centrum idziemy stałe pod górę a potem jeszcze na ostatnie piętro budynku. Nam to nie przeszkadzało ale zwracam uwagę :) Apartament czysty, łóżka wygodne. Ogólnie fajna przestrzeń Warto przeczytać maila powitalnego od booking bo klucze do apartamentu odbiera się w biurze zarządcy w zupełnie innej lokalizacji. Zdaje się że apartament swoje najlepsze lata ma już za sobą. Wiele elementów podniszczona - klamka w łazience, krzesła w salonie, podłoga w salonie, część rolety dyndająca na wietrze, awaria zmywarki, posadzka na balkonie). Zazwyczaj mi to nie przeszkadza ale jak na każdym kroku coś jest uszkodzone to już zaczynam to dostrzegać. Warto naprawiać to na bieżąco aby uniknąć takiego wrażenia gosci.
Roksana (10/5): - Świetna lokalizacja, piękny widok z balkonu, wygodne łóżko, apartament był dobrze wyposażony (pralka, zmywarka) Brak zasłon - zaciemnianie możliwe wyłącznie za pomocą rolet zewnętrznych, co powoduje, że w mieszkaniu jest duszno. Grube, zimowe kołdry niezbyt sprawdzają się w temperaturze +20 stopni.
Daniel (7/5): Chętnie wrócę do Świeradowa-Zdroju. - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, apartament z pięknym widokiem na Świeradów-Zdrój, bliskość wyciągu oraz lasu i tras turystycznych. Nie wykupiłem śniadań, ale w pobliżu są restauracje, a i do sklepów jest kilkanaście minut spacerem więc nie ma problemu. Apartament trochę zaniedbany, w salonie uszkodzone obie rolety zewnętrzne (nie działające), uszkodzona lampa w salonie nad stołem (ale działająca), zapychający się odpływ w umywalce, nie działająca zmywarka. Po zgłoszeniu nie działającej zmywarki w ciągu godziny od przyjazdu, pani z recepcji przekazała, że wyśle osobę do naprawy, bo nic o tym nie wiedziała, a jeżeli nie uda się naprawić zmywarki firma w jakiś sposób to zrekompensuje. Zgodnie z prośbą wysłałem wszystkie zauważone usterki SMS'em na podany numer telefonu ale w dniu wyjazdu zmieniła się pani na recepcji i oczywiście nic nie wiedziała o rekompensacie. Trochę szkoda stanu technicznego apartamentu, bo jego położenie i widoki są świetne.
Dorota (10/5): Apartament wart polecenia :) - Apartament czysty, dobrze wyposażony (pralka, zmywarka, piekarnik, itp.). Zabezpieczone w kapsułki do zmywarki, prania i dodatkowe worki na śmieci. Lokalizacyjne w miarę ok. (1800 m. do centrum). Odbiór kluczy w biurze (odbiór kluczy do godz. 21, więc każdy na spokojnie powinien je odebrać). Zwrot kluczy do skrzynki na kod. Ogólnie brak uwag, ale miło byłoby gdyby na stanie było troszkę soli i cukru :)
Robert (5/5): The place has potential, but it’s let down by poor equipment and a lack of attention to detail. The Royal Apparts could - It’s a modern, neutral design with nice and functional furniture. It had a balcony with a nice view. An allocated parking space is right in front of the building. It’s on the top floor with no lift. When we arrived, there was no hot water. It was only after several phone calls and a fair bit of insisting that we managed to get it sorted over the phone with their maintenance team. Luckily, I’m fairly handy—otherwise, we’d have been left without hot water until the following day. The living room, which had also been advertised as a bedroom (with a sofa bed), had no blinds or curtains. With the large skylight windows directly overhead, it was nearly impossible to sleep once the sun came up. The sofa itself was covered in white flakes, which turned out to be the sofa cushions shedding. The kitchen was rather sparsely equipped. For example, there was no oven glove or even a simple kitchen cloth to handle hot dishes, and the oven only had a single shelf, making it difficult to cook more than one thing at a time. The bathroom looked modern but wasn’t very practical. The way the shower screen was fitted meant water splashed out everywhere, leaving the floor soaked. The mattresses on the beds were far too soft, so none of us managed to sleep well. Even more concerning, the duvet covers and bed sheets in both bedrooms had what looked like blood stains. While the bedding had clearly been laundered, the marks were still visible and quite off-putting. Finally TV remote didn’t work, so the television was essentially unusable
