• Paige (8/5): Very good - The property was in a great location and it was cleaned every day. It was modern and fine for our weekend stay. The building itself just had no vibe it was very dark until you got to where the rooms were . You had to check in at the hotel facing and have breakfast there

Checking in across the road as it was not clear where to do it. The beds and pillows were so uncomfortable.

El alojamiento queda dentro de un edificio donde hay otras residencias y nos costó encontrarlo, el nombre estaba en el portero eléctrico/intercomunicador y la recepción en el hotel al cruzar la calle así como el área de desayuno

The staff were super friendly and always willing to help. The location was also amazing and very convenient. The breakfast was okay, but nothing special.

• Fouwad Jamil (7/5): Everything is perfect except for a hot shower - The location is perfect, staff is helping, it was clean. The water pressure in the shower, especially in hot shower was horrible. Secondly, they charged 25 euros for lost card key while policy said 5 euro fine

Muri sporchi, angoli rotti , battiscopa scheggiati, pittura che si scrosta, scricchiolii la notte, cuscini troppi bassi , saracinesca bloccata , etc
• Sharlene And Vesa (4/5): Would not recommend. - The breakfast included was excellent, and the location was good. There was no warm water for the shower, and there was black mold in the shower (see photos). The bed was very hard, and not comfortable.

The breakfast was excellent with lots of food choices. Location to many restaurants was good No hot water. I mean none! Coffee Maker in room did not work. Shower door was broken. The bed was very hard.
• Thomas (2/5): - Das ich schlafen konnte! Ich habe kurze hell braune Haare und habe lange Schwarze Haare im Bett und auf dem Boden. In der Dusche fehlt das Oberteil der Duschrinne, dann ist oberhalb der Dusche, alles vollgespritzt mit keine ahnung was!! Überall ist das Zimmer irgendwie kaputt oder schlecht überarbeitet. Das Frühstück!!!! So etwas dermaßen schlechtes, habe ich noch nie erlebt!!! Milch Stücke in der Kaffeemaschine, restliche Eier, so wie es Scheint, mit Ei pulver und Wasser vermengt. Es gibt nur süßen Scheiß, der nicht mal annähernd nach was schmeckt. Dem Küchen Personal, ist es wirklich egal, selbst nach dem ansprechen. Sorry aber im großen und ganz, hat das Hotel, vollkommen versgt!!
• David (2/5): could not wait to leave, very unpleasant room. - best thing about this hotel is the location, quite close to an active plaza. The hotel rooms were well below expected standard. No hot water in the evening. No ability to heat room, very cold. No proper curtains, room was always light. Electricity meter in cupboard clicked noisily through the night. very poor stay at this hotel.

We had a trough running through the middle of the shower. I think the grate was missing on the top. Bed was extremely hard. Buffet breakfast is across the road which is a little inconvenient. Luckily we only had 3 night stay. Wouldn't go back

• Laura (10/5): Estancia maravillosa que repetiríamos al 100% - Lo que más nos gustó del alojamiento fue lo bien situado que está. Está a dos pasos de la Arena de Verona y tienes todo cerca. La cama era muy cómoda y el personal muy atento. El último día hicimos el check out a las 4:00 a.m. y nos tenían preparado el desayuno en una bolsa, cosa que agradecimos mucho. Sin duda, repetiríamos. La televisión no funcionaba bien

• JJ Tan (4/5): - Location - Near to the old town and shops. The check in was opposite from the lodgings. Had to drag the luggage to and fro. The suites are in an old building. To reach the lift to bring the luggages up, you have to carry your luggage up some stairs first, after lugging it across the street. The room is huge - but the toilet takes up a large part of the space, which doesn't make sense. What's weirder is the shower. There are 2 shower heads in an excessively large space. In general, a very bad room design and poor use of space. While we are on the topic of the shower, the temperature control of the water is erratic and the water flow of the rain shower is very very low. Would advise to just use the handheld ones. Lastly, be careful of the metal room numbers on the room door. They are sharp and the room door doesn't soft close. My shirt was torn because of it. The sleeve was caught on the room number and it ripped. If I was a bit slower, it would have cut my shoulder instead. Be careful - you've been warned.

• Olivia (9/5): Favoloso - lo consiglierei - Struttura centralissima, appena fuori dalla porta ztl. In due minuti a piedi sei all’Arena di Verona. Comodissimo il parcheggio che l’albergo mette a disposizione. Camere molto spaziose e nuove. Bagno enorme con doppio lavabo, doppia doccia e vasca. Unica pecca é il dover attraversare la strada per fare check in e per fare la colazione. Il tutto avviene nell’hotel Mastino che si trova davanti

• Amy (8/5): Excellent location, great stay - Great, comfortable room with balcony. Excellent shower. Automatic shutters for big window and had a very comfortable stay. Is very safe as you need to open front gate with a key, then need the key card to get to the hotel rooms. Excellent location, 2 minutes walk to the Arena, 10 minutes to the train station. Breakfast was included and there was an array of foods on offer but not great quality. I had breakfast the first morning but opted out the other mornings. Excellent bakery right across the road for espresso and brioche and lots of other options available nearby

• Klara (7/5): - Hotel se nalazi na odličnoj lokaciji u samom centru Verone, svega 3-4 minute pješice od Arene. Cijena od gotovo 180 € može biti opravdana jedino na temelju lokacije jer je soba pomalo dotrajalog izgleda. Također, smetao nas je intenzivan miris koji je očito bio našprican po jastucima, a poplun se stalno izvlačio iz navlake (što baš i nije higijenski).
