• Soumaila (9/5): - Local Equipements Confort La caution exigée et pour laquelle on ne m'avait pas prévenu. Manque d'accueil pour la première installation Les draps n'ont pas été changé. Pour 14 +2 jours c'est trop
• Mobina (6/5): - The neighborhood is very noisy and crowded, and due to the proximity of the unit to a club, it is very noisy at night and it is difficult to rest.
• Deyan (9/5): - Top center location. Windows need more insulation. Being in a central location there are noisy people on the street all night and windows do not isolate from the noise enough.
• Andrea (8/5): Great central - The apartment was very central and we were able to walk to all the main sites easily. The host met us at the apartment- please note that there are extra charges if you arrive later in the evening. The apartment is very clean and spacious and the beds are comfortable (apart from the pillows which are very thin). There is airconditioning in both bedrooms but none in main sitting area. There are shutter blinds which block out light at night. The kitchen is well stocked with implements and jas a washing machine if needed. There is no dishwasher. There are lots of shops, bars, restaurants nearby. Would not recommend if you’re a very light sleeper- there is some street noise. We stayed during the week and there is a pub below which may get loud at the weekend. The first night there was a lot of noise from the apartment upstairs- talking, singing and moving furniture at 1am. There is no window in the main living area- didn’t bother us. The shower was good but didn’t manage to provide enough hot water for 3 consecutive people using it. Not wheelchair accessible- there is a flight of stairs on entering then an elevator if needed. Again not an issue for us.
• Joke (7/5): Fijne verblijfplaats. Jammer van het nachtelijke lawaai. - Alles was netjes. Gelegen in stadscentrum. Het appartement lag boven een bar, waardoor er in de nacht heel veel lawaai op straat was.
• Piyer (10/5): Be sure to explore Madrid... - Thanks to its central location, you can easily get anywhere... It’s a great apartment for young people... It’s clean, and if you have even the slightest issue, they take care of it right away... I definitely recommend it... ....

• fabio (10/5): - Flat in wonderful position in the Gran Via, inside was everythings and the flat was very clean and comfortable, good choise for 2 people or a family with small childs. This flat is in Gran Via near theatre and movida so if you can't sleep with noise i suggest to don't choise it They charge for late check in even if is self check in

• Maria Clara (5/5): La ubicación vale la pena - La ubicación Demasiado chico. Éramos 3 y si se armaba el sillón cama con sábanas NO se podía comer porque no había lugar para sentarse. Muy muy chiquito

Tout y est pour passer un séjour agréable. Le bruit dehors, mais c'est le prix du centre d'un capitale métropole comme Madrid. C'est un choix à assumer...

• ana (1/5): Nefasta - Donde estaba ubicado Falta nos a pasado de todo le el de mantenimiento entro alas 10 de la mañana a reglar un enchufe yo estaba acosta mis hijos durmiendo tengo una adolescente ósea fatal salió mi marido del baño y se asustó le dijo que haces aquí el de mantenimiento dice agrégalo pues te esperas que nos callamos del hotel cuando le invitamos que se fuese al cerrar la puerta la lámpara del techo explotó se le calló todos los cristales encima a mi marido corriendo llamemos tengo fotos bueno cuando viene el de mantenimiento llama a recepción y la chicas dice limpia cuando se vallan yo le dijo estás loca tengo niños pequeños eran las 10:30 nos tuvimos que ir ya que tenía pagado ala 1 un desastre muy mal personal no Nos sentimos engañados ni si quiera nos an preguntado estáis bien os habéis cortado (pues si nos emos cortado )

The apartment had a double bed, we had to open the sofa, but there was no bedding for it. On the emergency phone, the woman said that there was nothing she could do until morning. We found the sheet ourselves in the area with the rags. The children were sleeping with me, my husband covered himself with a jacket on the sofa. The next day I corresponded for a long time until they explained where the bedding was stored. It was in an inaccessible place, in a box under the bed, which was leaning against the bedside table.

• Garytwo (10/5): Great stay and price for the location - Location was convenient and met my expectations. Walking distance to many restaurants and attractions without relying on the metro, though the metro is very close by. I requested for early check-in and the whole process went smoothly. TV had internet access and I was able to cast videos for my toddler. The street can get crowded with people and noisy in the evening, but I didn't have any issues with it.

• David (6/5): Overall, enjoyed Madrid but next time will stay somewhere else. - Location is great. Madrid is a big city and this unit is right in the heart of it. The partying on the streets into early morning hours didn’t really keep us up. ;-) Building and unit are old and tired.

The electricity fell off every time we opened the oven. Very loud noises from outside from 5-8 a.m (its not the apartment fails but need to mentioned.)
