• Eveline (6/5): Nice riad but ground floor room to noisy - The receptionist Mustafa is there 24/7 and makes sure your visit is the best possible. The riad is also very well decorated and the ground floor rooms are nice and cool without ac during the warm days of Marrakech. It can be very loud, especially when you're room is at the ground floor next to the reception. People coming and going, the doorbell ringing in tje evening (because you can't open the front door yourself), the noise at the reception. For a light sleeper not the best rooms to be in. Also: for me the bed was way too hard. I ended up putting a big blanket underneath it to make it more soft. That's why I give a low mark to comfort.

• Jane (8/5): Friendly family guest house close to main square of Marrakesh. - Very helpful staff, assistance with transfer from airport and local navigation. Location close to main square. Breakfast and evening meal fresh and good quality. Price compared to other accommodation is a higher than average for the area.
• Lubaina (8/5): Last minute booking! - This was a last minute reservation, as our initial reservation at another riad was incorrect, and this one was the only one we could find at a reasonable rate on New Year's Eve. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good too. The front desk was kind, and so were the servers at breakfast. The riad is very traditional looking. Bathroom was very small, and toilet paper was just kept on ground. There was a very strong fragrance in the bathroom from the candle. The room was very small, yet had space for 2 large luggage.

• Angela (10/5): Beautiful accommodation in a fun and vibrant city would definitely go back and stay there again ! - Staff were super friendly and helpful particularly Janan who spoke good English and made up feel so very welcome. Property was a beautiful traditional Moroccan style but was airy and very clean and comfortable. The air con which was fairly essential in summer months was a little ineffective but that was all I could really say.

• Natalie (1/5): A very hostile, hostel-like riad - avoid! - Riad Luzia was in a good location in the Medina of Marrakech. The room quality was poor. They were dark, dingy and shower drainage wasn’t working so flooding occurred. The walls were so thin you could hear every cough. The rooms looked like a hostel, not a 4 star property. The rooms were so much worse than the photographs provided during booking. Owners was hostile to feedback on rooms. She said we got the last 2 rooms. I said, the last 2 rooms should still be at the same star level as the other rooms. We left before official breakfast times, but they promised us at least coffee, fruit and cereal at 6:30 am. But nothing was provided - guess they did not like our complaints. The very worse? After we complained to Booking.com, the manager/owner said we broke their TV. Booking.com asked for proof and the manager said never mind, the tv is okay. I couldn’t believe they would tell such a lie.

I received a welcome and a smile at the reception from Hassan, Mimoun and MS. Wafaa, the manager of the riad Luzia. It's a very clean Riad. breakfast, I would like to thank Hisham, Younes and Mohemad for all the Breakfast they gave us. I hope to return soon
• Sofia (4/5): Was okay, but does not match the photos and description. - Nice rooftop with a good view, super helpful and friendly staff and owner. Pictures are deceiving, the current condition of the house no longer looks like this. Poor maintenance, especially the baathroom. No TV, desk or hair dryer in the room as advertised, bad lighting (most light bulbs were broken.)

Hisham gave us ton of useful information about area and accommodated after dinner teas in terrace and good company. Wafa was good in recommending places and restaurants. Clean rooms everyday, next door to art museum. I loved it and will stay again
