• Daniel (9/5): Very very nice place, definetly will chose again when I go back !! - Very good cordiality from Layla, always willing to help !!! The Riad is very weel situated and strategic, very close to the main square. The water temperature is excellent to bath (very important). There is lovely terrace to enjoy the view also although the spent most of the time in the market ;) ! Also the street close to the hotel is full of people which is very good when coming back at night and we felt very very safe. This is not a complaint, just an advice ! There is a mosque very close to the riad so you may expect loud voice through speakers calling for pray, the earlierst one at 5am, this is part of culture and it is something you need to accept and embrace (mosques are all over town) ! I recommend you bring a white noise device (ie rain) to compensate and sleep well.

• Carolina (8/5): Boa relação qualidade preço. Muito boa localização. - A localização é muito boa e a senhora que nos recebeu, apesar de não falar inglês, foi sempre atenciosa. Chegámos tarde porque o voo atrasou, e recebeu-nos sem problema às 2h da manhã. Na chegada ao Riad (2am) foi difícil encontrar o Riad, tivemos ajuda de um local que nos pediu dinheiro depois. O Riad não está identificado por fora. Não tem isolamento sonoro, se os hóspedes forem mais barulhentos pode incomodar. O chuveiro tem muito pouca pressão de água. Pequeno almoço razoável. Era bom mas não em grande quantidade.

• Alexandre (7/5): Logement au calme malgré proximité de la place Jema El Fna - Proximité du centre, calme du logement malgré proximité rue très fréquentée, gentillesse des hôtes, terrasse agréable. On a pu prendre le déjeuner en terrasse ce qui était agréable. Nous avons eu un vol annulé et les hôtes ont été très arrangeants. Douche très petite et on met vite beaucoup d’eau dans le reste de la salle de bain. Bruit à l’intérieur du logement, tout s’y entend. Globalement une bonne expérience tout de même ! Merci

Laila the staff is the sweetest ever, always smiling and obliging. I cant thank enough the owner Rasya who went to the trouble of accompanying us to the taxi stop to make sure we got to the airport on time for our flight home. Makes you feel like home. Would definitely stay here again if I visit Marrakesh again. Thought really hard but cant find any

Le Riad est dans une petite ruelle dans le centre de la médina et donc très calme même si un peu difficile à trouver. Lits très confortables et bon petit-déjeuner marocain. Riad un peu difficile à trouver la première fois.

• Mandy (9/5): Ruhiges und schönes Riad mitten in der Medina. - Top Lage. Mitten in der Medina, 2 Gehminuten zum großen Platz. Sobald man das Raid betritt, bleibt der laute Trubel draußen. Außer die Gebete vom Minaret sind sehr gut zu hören, da 20m Luftlinie entfernt. Toller Innenhof. Die Zimmer einfach, aber sauber. Das Frühstück ist marokkanisch (Omlette, Pancakes, Butter, Schmelzkäse, Marmelade, Brot, Kaffee, Tee, Orangensaft), aber mit viel Liebe gemacht. Leila hat sich immer liebvoll gekümmert, trotz einfacher französisch Kenntnisse. Schöne Terrasse mit Blick über die Stadt bis zu den Schneebergen. Beeindruckend. Wir mussten mehrmals nach warmem Wasser fragen. Warum es manchmal nicht gleich funktionnierte, konnte man nicht sagen.

• Verónica (10/5): Increible - Puffff!!! La verdad excelente, desde las chicas que atienden, super amorosas, la limpieza, la ubicación, a metros del zoco, pero una tranquilidad estupenda. Amé el aura del lugar, te reciben con mucho amor, la música de fondo, los pajaritos acompañan todo. Si la naturaleza está presente en algún lugar, es porque ese lugar tiene algo especial. Lo recomendaría mil veces. He leído por ahi que debes llamar a la puerta cada vez que queres ingresar, no es cierto , te dan una llave e ingresas las veces q sea necesario sin molestar a nadie. Lamentablemente me hospede sólo un dia porque el resto lo tenia con un paquete de un tour contratado. Me olvidé sobre el desayuno, es genial 😁, muy completo, muy prolijo. Me fui super feliz. No hay nada q no me haya gustado.

Le personnel est très aimable et attentionné, en particulier Layla, Houda et Mohamed 😊 La prise derrière le lit est un peu gênante, il faut déplacer le lit pour y brancher un appareil. Je recommande d'utiliser une rallonge.

• Maureen (7/5): Eenvoudig maar prima, locatie super centraal - De locatie is perfect. In een zijstraatje van een hele leuke straat met allemaal food stalletjes en op steenworp van het grote plein. Je bent overal in 20 minuten loopafstand. De dame (volgens mij was haar naam Leila) die alles regelt in de Riad is mega lief en maakt heerlijke ontbijtjes. Het ontbijt is lekker met Marrokkaanse pannenkoekjes, omelet, vers brood en zoet beleg, thee / koffie en verse jus. Uit de douchekop komt amper water en duurt heel erg lang voordat deze warm is. En het is heeeeeel krap. De kleedjes op onze kamer waren vies en het dakterras lijkt op de foto’s super mooi maar valt in het echt tegen. Er is heel wat moois van te maken maar heeft wat liefde nodig. We hadden via de riad een transfer geregeld vanaf het vliegveld maar deze kwam helaas niet opdagen. Op dat moment was er niemand bereikbaar. Omstanders hebben ons geholpen en uiteindelijk hebben we zelf een taxi genomen. De communicatie op dat moment verliep stroef. Riad Radia heeft later excuses aangeboden en aangegeven dat de chauffeur een ongelukje had gehad en gecompenseerd met een kosteloze transfer terug naar het vliegveld.

The lady there was so nice and friendly. I even asked if they offered laundry service, and she kindly washed all my clothes after I came back from the desert. I had a lot of laundry, and it only cost 50 dirham, which was very reasonable. I loved everything about the hotel and the room. Nothing at all – everything was perfect.

Obligé de partir et reserver ailleurs en urgence. Tres mauvaise expérience. Pas de place dans la salle de bain pour se doucher, WC sous le lavabo. Petit déjeuner thé froid, pas de spécialité marocaine.

• Sasha (10/5): Parfait ! Et merci Leila 🙏🏻 - L’emplacement est idéal, un tout petit peu compliqué à trouver car pas de panneau mais une fois trouvé c’est parfait. Le Riad est beau, la terrasse est magique (vue sur la Koutoubia) ! Le petit déjeuner est parfait et traditionnel : thé, café, crêpes trouées, msemen, pâtisseries, omelettes. L’accueil et la gentillesse de Leïla est un +, nous avions eu des excursions très tôt, elle a quand même tenue à nous servir le petit déjeuner. Pas grand chose, si ce n’est le changement des serviettes et du tapis de bain, il était trempé car la douche était petite et il n’a été changé qu’1 fois sur 6 nuits… idem pour les serviettes. Le reste RAS.

• marcello (10/5): ACCOGLIENTE E PULITO - Personale a dir poco accogliente, appena arrivati ci ha offerto un the caldo tipico e una bottiglietta d’acqua. Camera pulita e accogliente, aria calda funzionante (periodo di dicembre spoiler fa freddo anche in Marocco), acqua calda funzionate asciugamani puliti e letto confortevole. Colazione buona, abbastanza internazionale rispetto agli altri riad, comunque discreta. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo ci ritornerei. Situato in un angolino della Medina alla sera poco raccomandabile ma niente in tutto.

• Claire (10/5): Small beautiful riad that will treat you like family - I liked the location. It’s tucked into the souks in the Medina. I felt very safe. I was exhausted all four nights and slept very well. Excellent service from the employees. I was able to check in early and I was able to store my bags my last day (10 pm flight). I had tours booked each morning so I didn’t experience the breakfast, but they want to host and serve and I almost felt bad that I couldn’t (I was out the door around 7 am each day).

L'allotjament és confortable, molt tranquil i còmode. Pots entrar i sortir a qualsevol hora, tu gestiones lliurement. Sempre hi ha una persona que et pot atendre amb amabilitat pel què puguis necessitar. Altament recomanable. L'esmorzar ha estat correcte, la veritat és que bé. Però potser hauria estat bé que hi hagués hagut alguna de les boníssimes pastes que són pròpies del lloc.

• Raquel (10/5): - Good location and value for money. The girls were very attentive to our needs and take care of us from breakfast till we came back at night time. Yousef was also very responsive to our concerns, made himself available anytime.

• Carol (3/5): - The rooms need serious attention and updating. The shower curtain was filthy….I mean….what does it take to buy a new shower curtain? There is no housekeeping….4 days there they never make your bed or clean the bathroom sink. There is a musty smell in the rooms too. The rugs are filthy buy new ones. The bedspread, which is actually your blanket, is gross as well. The soap offered in the bathroom was some otherworldly thing but not really soap. The breakfast is uneatable and consists of some bread offered with jam….thats it. No eggs, yogurt, nothing. Basically, this place is dumpy. The two women in charge were sweet but not terribly helpful. Who ever owns this place needs to step it up big time. I would never come here again.
