- Lale (8/5): Top locatie en aardig personeel - De locatie is top! Op loop afstand van Anitkabir. Dichtbij AnkaMALL en metro. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en helpen graag met elke vraag. Ontbijt was goed. Heel fijn dat er een spa bij zat. De klassieke massage was erg goed. Paar kleine dingen: De kussens in de kamers waren voor ons iets te dik en stevig. Het putje van de douche liep bijna niet door. Het binnen zwembad was koud.

Also not related to the hotel itself but the location indicated on Booking.com when using Map is wrong (it locates the hotel at number 122 while the actual one 135).

- Monika (8/5): - Staff members are good and helpful people and good location. The carpets are with stains. Even though we do not smoke but we could feel the smell of cigarettes coming from somewhere. The breakfast could have more fruits and meat options.
- Juzbayeva (7/5): В целом отель оставил хорошее впечатление: удобное расположение рядом с Музей Ататюрка, Ankamall и Мечеть Коджатепе, отз - Приехали на пару дней и остановились в этом отеле (номер 707). В целом впечатление осталось хорошее. Персонал на ресепшн очень отзывчивый — на все возникающие вопросы реагируют быстро и стараются помочь. Локация у отеля отличная: примерно в 700–800 метрах находится Музей Ататюрка, в паре остановок — крупный торговый центр Ankamall, а также недалеко расположена главная мечеть города — Мечеть Коджатепе. Завтраки неплохие: есть овощи, сыры, кондитерские изделия — можно нормально позавтракать. Несмотря на небольшой языковой барьер, проблем в общении не возникло, при необходимости выручает переводчик. Отдельно хочется отметить оперативность персонала: в номере была неисправна лампа, но после обращения её быстро заменили. В номере (707) в некоторых местах требуется ремонт (см. фото). Также не совсем корректно организованы завтраки: они заявлены до 10:30, однако уже к 9:00 отсутствовали некоторые позиции, в частности каша.

- NANDINI (10/5): Comfortable, beautifully decorated and great location - The hotel has a very luxurious décor and facilities. Our room had a fascinating view of the mausoleum of Ataturk which was a bonus. There was tea and coffee in the room. Breakfast spread was delicious and generous. The location just a short walk away from the metro line 1 Maltepe station was perfect. There are also good eateries nearby. If you like walking then most sights are within half an hours walk. There are good bus connections as well.

Valizimin çekme kolundaki vida düştüğü için arıza vardı. Ben hiç bir şey demeden görevlinin bir yerlerden vida bulup valizi tamir etmesi şahaneydi. Bu küçük detaylar tüm olumsuzlukları gideriyor. Olumsuzluk dediğim odanın banyosunda ufak sorunlar vardı. Genel olarak memnun kaldık. Kavsiye ederim.

- Sheida (8/5): Good but could be better - The staff were really helpfull The first night I was on the 6th floor room was quite but the air con did nothing to cool the room and the pillows were hardand lumpy. I had to ask for soft pillows. When my mum arrived we realized that the bed was very noisy when two people sleep in I had to ask reception to change my room the second room had the same problem with the bed the third one on the third floor was comfortable and quite but as we were closer to the road it was very noisy. The first morning there was not much put out for breakfast there was a plate covered with 3 bits of cheese and some cucumber and tomatoes and a boiled egg I was shocked by this. I asked for a mug for coffee I was told they don't have one but there was two in our room so I took them and from. Day two they put out breakfast properly so that fixed the issue

- jose (8/5): - Es un buen y céntrico hotel. Muy cerca de la estación YHT , que nos facilitó la llegada con el tren desde Istanbul. Limpieza de la habitación, mejorable. No nos gustó que a las 9:30 de la mañana, dentro del horario del desayuno, al volver del bufé comedor ya nos estaban limpiando la habitación, y tuvimos que esperarnos a que el servicio acabara su trabajo.

- Maria (1/5): Bad - Location. Hotel to avoid! I had a reservation for a room with two beds and breakfast. For the first time in a hotel, I couldn't sleep on one of the beds, because it had a very old and deteriorated mattress with stains, so much so that you could feel the rough covering through the sheet! (There wasn't even a mattress protector). We had to sleep in the other bed, sleeping horribly... The receptionist was very unpleasant, he didn't even greet us upon arrival. When I said I had a reservation, he simply said: "Passports?" Both he and the spa employee tried in every way to prevent us from using the pool and sauna, saying first that it was full, then that it was closed, then that we had to reserve!! The truth is that we saw on the surveillance screen that there were only 2 people in the pool! Finally, breakfast was by far the worst we ate in a 3-week trip to Turkey (the little bread there was was old, the coffee was horrible, old fruit...). We just didn't leave the hotel because we were very tired after a long trip. Run away...

- Brian (4/5): - Positives: very nice staff, big TV, clean and good location Negatives: the advertised hot tub does not exist; the pool is only available by reservation, and reservations are hard to get, even though it seems hardly used at all; bathing cap required to use the pool; pool was not warm at all; the beds are so old and creaky we had to change rooms to find a bed we could possibly sleep in; the lamps by the bed did not work; the breakfast was very disappointing - choices were ok, but the hot items were barely warm (ever had cold french fries or cold mercimek?), and the coffee machine was not working properly; the bathroom had issues - toilet was not affixed to the floor, the shower head barely attached to the wall, a cracked sink... So, good staff, clean, and good location, but specifically booked because of the advertised hot tub and breakfast, both of which were not as promised.
- Manu (7/5): Please read my review .. - There are some good and bad things to say I will start with good Excellent location - very near to major train station and metro Reception staffs was really great- helped with my travel and even arranged some food for me even I was checking out very early in the morning Helped me to get a taxi on time to reach airport Rooms are spacious with all the basic facilities If you are looking for a quick stay for one night , wanted to reach major train station or metro or even airport in the morning- this would be a good option Not really recommended for long stay Really not feel like a 4 star hotel Not valued for the money we spend Denied our access to the pool with some simple excuses that pool was under cleaning , which the staff can do in the time when the pool is closed I have read some reviews from other people saying the same issue with the pool - kind request for the management that , people book the rooms in hotel with swimming pool to use it when they need really spoiled my last day in turkey . Carpets in the room really need some attention
