The beds are hard woke up with a sore back everyday. You Pay a lot of money to have to take your own rubbish bag out. The water in the spa made my togs white and nails went yellow. There aren’t a whole lot of facilities

There was no internet available, this was not clear in the advert and in the welcome pack advised that they are hoping to get starlink…be aware and check if they have got internet again as phone reception can be patchy. Very basic cooking utensils and many of the cups and glasses were very dirty and not cleaned properly prior to our arrival. No car parking at the apartment but plenty of spaces in the free public car park.

- Kerrie (6/5): This unit is in a spectacular location with amazing views. Unfortunately it is not well maintained. - The location and views are spectacular! The building, apartment and pools are all super impressive. You could spend hours on the balcony watching the ocean, Rock wallaby's and ferries come and go. Super convenient to the ferry stop. The main bedroom has a long term issue with a leaking air conditioner vent (not simply a condensation issue). It drips onto the main bed constantly making it impossible to sleep. We had to move the bed to get any sleep. The ensuite light didn't work, the main shower didn't function without intervention (head slipped down), the main toilet sprung a leak & flooded the bathroom overnight. This was repaired swiftly the next morning, however it did mean accommodating trades in the apartment during our stay. Regarding the air con, the office requested we keep the air con to 25 and above which is not condusive with the environment. I can assure you their comfortable office was not running at this temp. And no wifi. Not what you would expect for the price.

- Paul (3/5): Overall enjoyment of stay dragged down by not having WiFi it’s not that expensive to supply. Other apartments in complex - Good Airflow through the property so we didn’t need to use the air conditioner. On some days you couldn’t open the front window as the wind started to blow the pictures off the wall. Right on the ocean so a good view of the ocean. Beds we’re comfortable and set up as we arranged. Property was meant to have Wi Fi and even had a smart TV but no WI Fi. Managers were apologetic but it’s up to the owner to supply. In these days it really detracts from the overall stay. No sun at any stage on the balcony which could be good in summer but not what we were after. Also very windy and made worse by the positioning of the property.
