- Gabriele (9/5): - Sehr hübsche Unterkunft (einzelne kleine Häuser auf einem Grundstück mit Pool). Wir hatten das Haus mit Blick/Terrasse ins Grün. Sehr hübsch und gemütlich zum Verweilen. Per Auto zim Meer ca 10 bis 15 min. Brandrodungen ggü des Grundstücks und am Weg zum Meer. Der Geruch der (unkontrollierten) rauchenden Brände war zu riechen. Es werden wohl sehr viele Luxus-Unterkünfte in der näheren Zukunft errichtet (riesigen Einfahrten sind schon vorgesehen). Der Regenwald ist dort schon verloren / verschwunden.
- Lenka (9/5): - Pěkný areál s bazénem a posezení u něj. Postel velká, pohodlná, slušně vybavená kuchyň a wifi. Ke krásné pláži San Juanillo dojedete za pár minut. V koupelně byl spadlý závěs, u postele nejsou nočni stolky ani lampičky, takže si večer není kam dát třeba sklenka s vodou nebo knížka.

- Andrea (10/5): Una estancia muy relajante - El lugar es hermoso, estuvimos en los 2 chalets grandes y nos encantaron, tiene una terraza con vista a la montaña, están muy bien equipados para cocinar y pasar bastantes días, muy cerca de la playa San Juanillo, una playa espectacular.

- Karola (9/5): - Kleine Anlage mit 5 Häuschen und Gemeinschaftspool. Sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, das Bett war super bequem. Don Luis ist der Kümmerer und seine beiden Hunde hatten wir auch gerne zu Gast auf unserer kleinen Terasse. Der Weg zu den Chalets ist etwas abenteuerlich, aber auch nur kurz. Für unseren Jimminey 4WD kein Problem.

- Katherine (9/5): Excelente llena de naturaleza un paraíso y atardecer espectacular - Muy cómodo Tienen todo lo que necesitas para cocinar y estar cómodo , Tiene 2 playas hermosas una a 8 minutos San Juanillo un paraíso para ver atardecer y la otra a 20 minutos Marbella una belleza grande perfecta para bañarse con restaurante frente al mar y agua dulce para ducharse. Nada todo perfecto para descansar.
- Zianny (8/5): Nice Chalets - Huber is a great host. He was pending on us, in case we needed something. He even left a gift for us, and kindly allowed the family who couldn't rent a chalet to come to visit us the last day we were there. We picked this place because the location was convenient for a wedding celebrated only 7 mins away by car. The beds were very comfortable. The access to the Chalets is in very bad conditions, but actually we can say the same for the access to San Juanillo beach. If you are lucky and have calm people renting the other Chalets it is a quiet place. We were lucky because the noisy people renting 2 chalets left two days after our arrival. I recommend to rent the Chalet Jurel and the one in front of it; which are more comfortable than the others. The small Chalets we rented (Marlin and Vela) don't have a dining area inside, therefore the heat can be unbearable at certain hours. The big chalets have way more space, a dining table inside, and a nice terrace. I regretted I didn't rent the Jurel one. Another issues that we had were a couple of water cuts and obstructed toilets (for both Chalets rented). Would have loved to have more comfortable pillows, as they were too high for us, but the bed was very comfortable.

- Ricardo (7/5): Instalaciones excelentes , camino dificil (últimos 150mts antes de alojamiento) - Los chalets muy bien equipados , camas muy confortables , una terraza muy bonita. La llegada a los chalets, los últimos 150mts son para carro 4x4 al menos durante mi estancia (Agosto 2025) , me parece que sería recomendable en la descripción del alojamiento, recalcar que 150mts antes hay un paso donde un carro tipo sedan difícilmente pueda accesar, yo iba en un carro alto pero 4x2 y tuve q hacer 3 intentos para poder subir porq el camino estaba aparte de zanjas (no se si se apreciará en las fotos pero eran de 15 a 20cms de profundidad) , con mucho barro por las lluvias por lo que era dificilísimo para un carro 4x2

- Timo (10/5): Top nutch!! - We had an amazing time in San Juanillo. The beach is within walking distance. Had a flat tyre, staff immediatly helped us to get it fixed. Everyone was superfriendly. We also appreciated the flexibility because we needed to delay our vacavions, was no problem! Pool is very chilled and clean. An appropriate car with high wheels is recommendable, but it is not the Residence' s fault. Roads are challenging in Guanacaste.

The pool was fantastic, but above all, what was incredible for me was that I was able to bring my dogs. They were free to roam on the property and on the quiet road outside. That was the cherry on top for me:)
