• Elizabeth (6/5): - Pros-Convenient to places we wanted to see , cleaning done regularly . Cons- We were moved at a different hotel and was looking for the city view as per the description of the room. We got the luxury triple room by the way, but there was no city view . Wifi was poor and slow .

• Kimberly (2/5): - A warning for travelers. The hotel owner tried to pull a bait and switch scam on us when we arrive to check-in. Initially, he claimed our room was given to another person. We had booked it over a month before arrival. He proceeded to take our luggage down the street to a second building named the Hoang Hotel, which can not be found on any booking site or Google Maps. We clearly told them we refused to stay with them and requested a full refund. They refused, so we did call the police who came pretty quickly. The police officer confirmed the hotel was in breach of contract and told them to refund us. The hotel owner called his wife to deal with the situation and they kept making excuses on why they could not give us our money. They blamed it on Expedia not paying them for a month and we would be gone by the time the money became available for a refund. We are conducting business in Vietnam, so we did give them the option to deliver the refund to our lawyer's office which they balked at doing. They also told the police officer that the room was given to a tired female traveler, so it was unavailable to us. The police officer saw through their lie. At which point, they changed their story again and said it was immediately available for us. It was late and we left to stay elsewhere. The next day we followed the police officers instruction and reported the hotel to the People's Committee and attended the local police station to make a report. The hotel is still being investigated.

• Brett (8/5): - Safe snd clean. Small hotel in a good location. This is basically a no frills hotel. 24/7 front desk and securiy. Definitely get a room with a window.

Room is simple, not fancy and wall is a little thin but it does that job since we're out majority of the day. Location is price, walk across the park to Bus Vien for fun, few local shops nearby as well.

I would recommend choosing a deluxe room. The superior rooms do not have a window and are a little cramped. I had a deluxe room at the front of the hotel and did not find the street noise a problem as it is only a small street . I stayed here twice in January 2023 and will stay here again when next in Saigon (HCMC).

• ElePo2019 (2/5): Very unpleasant experience with the hotel - I booked a Superior room at the hotel for three nights. What I saw when I opened the door, could hardly be called a room and never a superior room - about 5 sq.m. without a window! The info provided by Hotels.com where I booked it, gave no hint that the room could be of that size and have no window. I do not want to advise you the details of my "negotiations" with the staff, but their behavior was very rude and unprofessional. They deliberately kept me in a non-conditioned room for two hours in Saigon mid-afternoon. It was deliberate cheating - when I booked the room I sent a comment to the hotel that I request a quiet room, no noise from the cars. The answer was - we confirm that you will have a quiet room!!! In the end when I entered a room of the hotel which they classify as deluxe though it is a standard room of a moderate size, the safe was locked and it took time for the staff to unlock it. The safe is not fixed and can be easily replaced. They do not provide a remote control to an AC - no chance to adjust the mode to your needs. In Saigon downtown there are accommodations which are managed in a better way.

First, I booked for 4 nights only but then I liked the location, the staff and cleaniness, I decided to stayed in this hotel 2 more times in March 2019. The hotel was about 1 year old. I stayed in room 401 and 501. AC worked fast. Room was clean. Lots of restaurants around including a vegetarian one. There was also a catholic church near by. Staff were super nice and friendly (especially Bich Lai). The owner of this hotel also has 2 more older hotels near by (Bloom hotel 1 and 2). I stayed at the Bloom 2 (Or Hoang Hotel) for 3 nights due to the Saigon Park was sold out. (Both hotels were few steps from one another) However, I don't like the Hoang hotel much since it was a bit dated. Overall, I liked the Saigon Park hotel, but I can't give it a 5 star rating. There is no tissues in the room and no free daily bottle of water. Also, the AC does not automatically on after you insert the key card into the slot. You have to remember to turn it on all the time.

• Geoff696 (6/5): Reasonable Priced Hotel - I stayed in Standard room, was really small, no window but i was aware of this before booking. You can only get in and out of one side of the bed. To get to safe deposit box (which is not anchored down)you have to stand on the bed. Bathroom area is very good with plenty of hot water. Very clean. No free bottled water. Ladies on reception very charming and helpful.Location is perfect, walkable to all attractions in District 1 Found rooms to be quiet for sleeping.

• Tracey (10/5): - We enjoyed our stay at Sai Gon Park Hotel. The staff on reception were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. Particularly Lan Anh and Lai. We liked the location with easy access to places of interest. The room was small with no window, but we excepted that so no surprises. Very clean and quite. Great value for money. Thank you.
• Roberto (10/5): Excellent value hotel in Ben Thanh/District 1 - Excellent professional, attentive staff, excellent well maintained facilities and within walking distance to everything the Ben Thanh/District 1 has to offer. Shopping, Markets, Restaurants, Bui Vien Street, Nightlife, Entertainment! Rooms are super clean and the facilities are new. Super Great Value Hotel! Have no qualms in recommending this hotel.
• Paul (8/5): - An ok hotel for the price, not 3star in my opinion. The room was small with no window, we found it a bit claustrophobic. The exterior let's it down. But all in all for the price it was ok for the 2 nights we stayed.
• Verified traveler (2/5): NOISY! - Possibly the noisiest hotel ever! Alarms fitted to every door that beep loudly when open for more than 3s. Cleaning staff woke me up at all hours, never again
• Nora C (6/5): - Is a good value hotel, our stay was cheap, the facilities are rather new. The hotel is close to a street with a lot of bars and restaurants so it is convenient if you want to find a place to get a beer.
• PHL (8/5): Nice little hotel, close by to almost everything. - I would definitely come back to this hotel, it's quiet at night, everything within walking distance, room is very clean, staff are great and very helpful. If you don't need a lot of space, then this is your hotel!
• Verified traveler (8/5): Close to the heart of D1 - The small budget rooms (I don’t know about others) have no window, though open onto a corridor with windows . The room was advertised as non-smoking on Expedia but stunk of heavy smoke when I arrived. However staff were soon able to change rooms for me. Overall, staff are very helpful and friendly; some have no English, but at least three that I dealt with are fairly fluent. The hotel is a reasonably priced access point to all the activities of the D1.
• VEERASAK (8/5): Trust Google Map - Everything is great except location in website map not correct. i went the wrong place and take cost.
