I consigli dell host su dove andare a mangiare sono stati utilissimi e suggerisco una pausa pranzo al loro bar, esattamente di fronte. Focacce calde e loro gentilissimi. Grazie.

(9/5): Soggiorno pro Maratona - Il voto è positivo ma nel mio caso che ero lì in occasione della maratona di Pisa è molto alto perch rispetto alla piazza del Duomo luogo di partenza/arrivo é a soli 300mt e quindi il top della praticità. Super consigliato Unico piccolo neo non c'è il bidet

• Lee (9/5): Great stay, Stefano was brilliant at communicating with us. The room was spacious and clean. Fantastic location right - Brilliant location, clean and very comfortable.
• Anastasia (7/5): A good option for a short stay in Pisa - - the location: 5 min walking from the Pisa tower in one direction and 5-10 min in another direction to the central part of town. The way from the airport is no longer than 30 min by public transport. - the room was quite spacious, cozy and clean, the bathroom as well - blackout window blinds - the owners have a little cafe in front of the house entrance (on the other side of the street), we haven’t been there, but it seemed like a good option for a quick meal or a cup of coffee - A little noisy in the morning from about 7 am, as our room had the window to the side of the street. - If your neighbours don’t close the door to their room fully – you will hear everything, we could hear our neighbours kids very loudly and clearly. However, with their door closed the walls proved to be soundproof enough. - A green led-light on the ventilation, that was very noticeable in the full darkness after putting down the blinds, we had to put some tape over it. That is a small and easy to improve thing though :)

De kamers zijn HEEL erg gehorig, we dachten dat het raam openstond maar in realiteit was dat niet zo. Je kan zo meeluisteren buiten. Andere kamers kan je ook zo meeluisteren Veel stof, doucheputje erg vies. Je moet de gang over om naar je badkamer te gaan (maar dat is ok)

• Aisling (10/5): Lovely Accommodation in the centre of Pisa - Excellent location right by the Tower. A short walk to many bars and restaurants. Spacious, clean rooms. Stefano was an excellent host and we had a very easy check in and check out.
• Olufunmilayo (8/5): No regrets at all. A good choice. - The location was perfect bcos it was less than 5mins walk to the Pisa Tower complex and about 10 mins walk to the main shopping areas of Corso Italia and Borgo Stratto. Even the central train station was a walkable 12 mins. The accommodation is in a quiet street and there were many restaurants and cafes nearby. The property manager Stefano is a very pleasant man. We had a room with a private external bathroom and toilet but I would not consider it an inconvenience because it was directly opposite our room and it was quite spacious . It would have been nice to have the option of breakfast but then, there was a cafe directly opposite on the street.

Didn't realise that I hadn't booked breakfast and had to leave at 7 30am for the airport but that due to lack of availability of taxi so would pre-book taxi next time .

We were a little late arriving so Stefano sent us the check in info, which was thorough and detailed. Host was very nice and helpful, he let us leave our bags before check in, and also pick them up later on the last day. Would definitely come back if I go to Pisa again.

Very nice attentive host Stefano was easy to communicate and to give check-in, check-out instructions. The only thing , that would make it better for me , would be a possibility to make a cup of morning coffee with croissant or Italian bakery 🥯 , but couple of delicious cookies and hot tea was nice too . We highly recommend this place for travellers to Pisa town. Alla & Steven Dimech Position, spacious size, modern furnishings and quality of bed .
