• Andrea (9/5): Ottimo - Staff gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Per fare un esempio, il parcheggio non era incluso ma comunque è riuscito a trovarci un parcheggio. Locale molto pulito e ben dotato con terrazza.
• MARIA JOSE (5/5): Limpio y cerca del centro, pero solo recomendable para 1 noche en Split. - La ubicación, estaba a escasos minutos del centro de Split, para una visita rápida. También que se podía aparcar en la zona de forma gratuita, la limpieza de las camas y baño. El apartamento estaba dentro de un parque de bomberos, en un segundo piso sin ascensor, que puede resultar algo incomodo si vas con equipaje. Al mover la tv para buscar un enchufe, se cayó una galleta de detrás de esta. La cama supletoria bastante incomoda, se hundía bastante hacia la mitad.

De sleutel werd gebracht en we kregen tips over de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden en de leukste eettentjes. Een heel fijne plek. We komen hier graag terug.

La saleté de mur de la Clim, la saleté de la salle de bain: miroir non nettoyé de cheveux un peu partout, pas de rideau et l’eau se projette en dehors du bac. Le Mini bar est très bruyant et gênant.

• Nayara (8/5): - Eu, meu esposo e a nossa tia nos hospedamos por 1 noite. O quarto era muito limpo, banheiro limpo e a localização para quem está de carro foi ótimo. O único problema é que uma das camas estava bem desconfortável, acredito que a cama era um sofá cama e não era confortável. O que não foi muito legal e que pela manhã quando acordamos não tínhamos mais energia, então não conseguimos usar a chaleira para fazer o café e estava bem quente e não tínhamos energia para o ventilador. Como Ficamos só uma noite, não sei se isso acontece com frequência. Mas eu indico o local, é muito seguro e silencioso.

• Sivasubramanian (7/5): Decent choice for a short stay in Split - The room was comfortable and adequate for our three guests to stay for a night. Not very spacious, but not cramped either. It was a functional unit which served our needs well for a short stay in Split. Our host was very helpful and responsive to requests about check in time, and arranged for us to leave our luggage after checkout to complete a tour of Diocletian's Palace, before returning to the apartment to pick them up. That the unit was on an upper floor - and each floor was quite a steep and hard climb with luggage. This information is NOT very clearly mentioned in the description - and I feel it should, that Booking.com ought to make sure this is done... because it is definitely something that would have made us choose another alternative. Whenever there are two flights of steep stairs to climb, I feel it's unacceptable to bury that fact in the small details, or in a review. It should be highlighted - as it's an important deciding factor. All other aspects of the listing were fine - just this significant fact of the stairs (and absence of an elevator/lift)

• Cherylms1 (9/5): Great location but lots of stairs - The staff are exceptional here. They are so kind and helpful. The room is basic, clean And comfortable. Very helpful staff helped me with my bags. AC works great and I appreciated the fridge. Many steps to the room! 5 sets of stairs which were very difficult for me but I understand it's zn old building except I did not find any information about stairs. I should have written in advance. Also the bed is very low so also difficult for an older person.

The location is convenient to the old town, as others have pointed out, just a few minutes walk. It's listed as 4-stars, but this is more like a 2-star accommodation. The location is funky. You arrive on a street covered in graffiti and walk through an alcove into a parking lot to a flight of stairs, carrying bags up two flights to get to the rooms. There are no services--no breakfast or real coffee, just a kettle with Nescafe packs. Just a little more basic than I was expecting.

• Dean (9/5): Great stay near Old City - This is not my first time staying in Split, and I wanted to be very close to the Old City. This location was perfect—just about a 15-minute walk to the Old City. My second requirement was secure parking for five motorcycles, which was also met. The parking area was gated, and the local firefighters are located in the same building, so I felt completely safe. We rented three rooms, each equipped with a private bathroom, a small fridge, and air conditioning. Overall, we had a very good stay at a competitive price.

There was also the possibility to store luggage for a longer time after check-out. Easy communication with the manager via WhatsApp. No elevator, which made it difficult with heavy luggage due to lots of stairs. We booked a double room but received two separate beds instead — not a big issue for just one night.

Mit wenigen Schritten ist man in einem belebten Viertel. Das Zimmer ist sehr gut ausgestattet und entspricht der Beschreibung. Unser netter Gastgeber war sehr kommunikativ und hat uns viele Informationen zur Stadt und Umgebung gegeben. Danke für eine gute Zeit in Split. Alles bestens.

The apartment is above the fire station which seemed a bit weird, but it was quiet and very well-situated to get into the town. Good to have a fridge. Nice big windows with blackout curtains. Easy check-in and good communication. The entry seemed a bit seedy but the building itself is fine and secure.

• Joanne (9/5): Lovely spot in good location - The room was clean and cool, the bed was comfy. Gianni was very helpful and friendly, and the room was always a releif to get back to after a day walking Split. The location was also very good. I admit I ended up taking an uber down to thw Riva a few times (about €7 a time) but for most people it is a very easy 10minute walk, a lot of which is in beautiful old town. Lots of stairs up to the rooms, and not much of a view, but for the price and location I really woulsnt complain!!!

• Martin (8/5): Sauberes Zimmer in Altstadt-Nähe. - Sehr schönes, wenn auch kleines Zimmer. Es ist eher ein Hotelzimmer, als ein Appartement. Super sauber und modern eingerichtet. Löskaffee und Tee + Wasserkocher am Zimmer, es gibt auch einen kleinen Kühlschrank. Nicht weit zur Altstadt und zum Supermarkt. Es riecht recht stark aus dem Abfluss im Badezimmer.
