• MAIKO (10/5): 最高！こんな機会を与えてくれた宿のスタッフの方に感謝。 - 15階でした。2人で宿泊。部屋は広いし綺麗で眺めが最高。ロフトも広さ充分。夜景も綺麗。安全面も特に心配無かったです。ロッテマートのすぐ近くで何度も買い出しに行けました。近くの２４時間営業カムジャタンのお店も美味しかった（辛くないカムジャタンがあった）し、カフェがあったり、オンシミの店があったり、飲食も不自由しません。大変快適でした。少し足が悪い母と滞在しましたが、宿からソウル駅、ロッテマートまでの道のりは、エスカレーターやスロープがあるので大丈夫でした。シャワーとトイレの間にガラス戸があり、床が濡れることは無かった。ゴミの分別は最初戸惑いましたが、一度ゴミ捨て場に行って内容を理解すれば、大丈夫かと思います。日本にいる時からLINEでスタッフの方とやり取りできて安心でした。レンジで汁物など温めに使おうと思っている人は、サランラップが無かったので、隣のコンビニで買うと便利です。 強いて言えば、備品類の補充が最初から無かったり少ないものがありました。備え付けのファブリーズが空だったり、ペーパーモップのシートが無かったり。でも掃除機あるので問題なし。

• Xiaolu (10/5): Great location, a great place to stay in Seoul - Literally 3 minutes walk from Seoul station, everything is easy to find and it’s really convenient. Apartment’s very clean, equipped with microwave, toaster, vacuum cleaner… our host is quick to respond when we needed help. The upper floor is pretty low, one can’t stand up straight.

• Arely Sarai (10/5): Spectacular stay! A true gem in the heart of Seoul. - This was my first time in Korea, and I couldn't have picked a better place. The location is unbeatable—right in front of Lotte Mall and just two blocks from Seoul Station. Having a Starbucks downstairs and a 7-Eleven right next door was incredibly convenient. The hosts have thought of everything. From the slippers at the entrance to the separate shower area (a huge plus in Korea!), everything was perfect. The bathroom was fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We were also impressed by the hallway closet, which had plenty of extra toilet paper, trash bags, and even umbrellas—which saved us since it rained for two days! The apartment is very well-equipped with a washing machine, drinking water, a microwave, and a full set of dishes. There's also a cute vanity area with a hairdryer and plenty of towels. The living area features a massive TV (it looked like a 65-inch screen!), which was amazing for relaxing. We stayed on the 13th floor, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. The layout is great for families; the main floor has a double bed, and the loft upstairs has another double and a single bed, plus extra blankets in the closet. The AC and heating worked perfectly. Safety was a priority for me since I was traveling with my niece, and I felt completely safe and at peace the entire time. Please note that this is a quiet residential building with strict rules, so it's perfect for families or tranquil travelers like us. The hosts were so kind and attentive. • Claudia (8/5): Perfect starting point for exploring the city - The apartment is located directly next to Seoul Station. From there you can go everywhere in the city. There is also a Bus stop right across the street. We used it a few times. If you need over lines you can walk through Seoul Station and there is a Metro station for lines 1 and 4 and another big bus stop. There's a Starbucks right next to the house and a few doors further away is a 7/11. The apartment was the perfect stop to explore the city and it had a nice view of the N Seoul Tower and some cool media walls. In the apartment was everything we needed. And I slept very well. Unfortunately the shower wasn't watertight so we had to mop the floor of the bathroom after every shower. And be aware that the pipes in the house are old and tight, so you aren't allowed to flush toilet paper. For this case there is a bidet installed. But since we're Europeans we needed some time to get used to it. It wasn't a problem but you should prepare yourself for that if you aren't used to it.

The kitchen could use more kitchen utensils like a colander for example. Our room could accommodate up to 4 people but there were only 2 plates and we paid for 3 people. Also the walls are very thin so we can hear doors opening and people in the corridor.

• Emily (10/5): Great for small groups - A comfy little apartment with all the necessary amenities, right outside Seoul Station! I particularly enjoyed all the nearby coffee shops~ The heating system was pretty confusing and the water pressure and temperature were all over the place.

• 呂彥樺 (8/5): - 交通真的很方便 走路兩分鐘的公車站可以到弘大明洞跟東大門 對面有地鐵站 樂天超市根本是自家冰箱 需要什麼過馬路就到了 房裡廚具都有 微波爐也有 樓下有7-11星巴克還有一間轉角咖啡廳 大樓有電梯 首爾outlet 也很近 房東可以中文溝通 一樓的床墊偏軟 住的那間剛好過濾水器無法使用 需要買水來喝 但問題不大

• 瑞淇 (10/5): 下回去首爾會再繼續住宿。 - 1.住宿地點非常方便，在首爾車站的對面，樂天超市及樂天outlet在民宿的對面。 2.住宿若有問題打電話給房東，馬上可立即處理。 3.房間空間大，房間內地板有地熱很溫暖。

• Bharati (6/5): Small and compact. - It had everything but limited .It was clean .Owner had a good communication.We were told not to throw toilet paper inside the toilet but because their English is not first language he meant not too much at one time would clog the toilet.The bidet was not working but he replaced it. This is just opposite Seoul station and Lotte Mart.Inside the mall was good eating place. It is compact ,and cosy apartment bit old steps and floors.The door had a sign saying do not open door if anyone knocks so l found it bit unsafe building.Lucky we did not had any of that issue.The apartment is small it had loft which was low and you have to bend to get in and out for tall person.Also the steps are too steep had rail .The floors looked old but apartment was kept clean.Toilet was clogged once we had plunger so was okay after.I would say if one person or two staying is good but not for a family.

• Sophia (9/5): Perfect location and great apartment! - The location for us was perfect we had a upper level room with a nice view outside and Seoul Station just across the street plus a big grocerie . The accommodation was spacious ,clean and we had everything we need to be confortable . We had a normal shower with a door so no water mess . The washer was a plus and work very well . We were 3 adults and we felt very comfortable. The owner was available at all time on line and check on us during the week . For our first time in Seoul we loved the location , great accommodations. Nothing

• Chang (3/5): I do not recommended this place to anyone, and I would never come back again. It’s not the same as photos show. - It was cute, had a high ceiling, and had a nice view of the city with the big window. This is an apartment building. The place is very old and it shows through. The images show a cute room, not showing the oldness of the room. The room has a strong scent that I don’t know of and could never get used to… it was unbearable. The fridge was tilted forward and wasn’t stainless steel, as seen in the pictures. The cleanliness was not that clean. The towels were a dark blue, very sketchy. The bathroom was very scary, you had to throw away your toilet paper into the trash bin instead of flushing it in the toilet. The whole bathroom looked old too, ex. the old tiles, cracked and peeling. When I was showering I found that there were bugs on the roof. There were many of them and they could fly and they were pretty small. There bathroom was honestly sad and I wouldn’t want to stay there. They give you rubber slippers in the bathroom to wear. They instructed us to go outside to throw the trash away yourself. There is no room service or cleaning for as long as you stay. I didn’t feel safe here as there was no inner lock on the door. You unlock the door by a keypad with a password. There was a warning sign stating not to open the door when people knock and contact the owners immediately. Also, there’s a Starbucks downstairs on the first floor. This place didn’t meet my expectations at all (like from the photos) and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

• Flordeliza (10/5): We enjoyed every minute of .The stay is so wonderful. - The location is good walking distance to the Mall , down to Travel house have a Starbuck and 7 eleven .And the beautiful garden near us is a walking distance to walk.The kids love to go around love it so much. nothing actually.
• Shih-Yun (9/5): - 地點非常好！就是中央車站附近，去機場搭metro都很方便。附近要吃要逛也都算方便！住宿有問題傳訊息都第一時間回覆！很棒！空間夠大，非常適合家庭和小朋友！下次再來首爾會再來：） 洗澡水壓有點弱，冷熱水比較難調整到溫水。
• 惠璇 (10/5): - 空間不大但也不小，一家四口住還算舒適！ 洗衣機很乾淨，我們每天都有洗衣服哈哈哈，因為有地暖和暖氣，所以完全不用烘，用曬衣架曬，睡一覺起來就乾了～ 浴室是乾濕分離，水量小一點點，但可以接受，不要同時用洗衣機或廚房的水就好～ 住宿地點非常優良！有電梯！離地鐵站超級近，樓下有星巴克和7-11，每天都會去！ 服務態度也非常良好喔！！ 很推薦！CP值很高！！！

• Ralf (9/5): Schönes Apartment für 4-5 Personen in optimaler Lage. - Das Apartment befindet sich in optimaler Lage unweit der Seoul-Station. Ein sehr großer Lotte Supermarkt ist gegenüber. Tolle Aussicht aus dem 15. Stock. Der Vermieter ist per Messenger Dienst sehr gut zu erreichen

• Teresa (8/5): It was a very pleasant and cozy winter stay. - The location is great. It is close to Seoul Station, a big supermarket and many eateries. The heated toilet seat is also great to have in winter. The host is helpful and responsive to our queries and requests. 🙏 The shower water pressure and temperature are erratic. That made showering quite difficult. It is especially unpleasant during winter when the water suddenly turned icy cold in the middle of the shower!!

Zimmer hat eine super Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof und man ist super nah an einem gigantisch großen Supermarkt Bad etwas in die Jahre gekommen, könnte ein Update gebrauchen

• Jean (10/5): Great location. High ceilings. Spacious unit. - The location across from Lotte You advertise as duplex unit but we got a loft unit with no railing on the staircase and not much to do up the top of the loft except sleep. Showerhead had no water pressure.

• Shumin (10/5): Nice, cosy and convenient - The apartment has everything you need for a short stay. The bathroom is a bit small, but that is to be expected for this type of apartments. It is very close to Seoul train station, take exit 15, then just a few minutes walk from there. It is also close to a large and very busy supermarket. We were on level 12, it has a very nice view from the bed. The owner is very thoughtful to include international power plugs which is super useful considering the number of devices we carry. The toilet is easily blocked. So do listen to the instructions.

• Paula (5/5): Disappointing - It looked good online, was a good size and had floor heating. It was easy to get in and out of. The beds were very uncomfortable and bed linen was old. The loft is not suitable for adults. There was a message not to flush toilet paper as the toilet would clog and the shower head sprayed badly.
• Rizal (10/5): - The house is perfect for family of 5 and very very Clean,the people staying there are friendly and also the guard who working there helping me when my credit card can't use for parking payment.House near to lotte mart and subway.Will definitely book Travel house again when me and family holiday in korea.. Hope travel house can provide Cloth rack for drying our wash cloth.
