• Manon (7/5): Rapport qualité prix idéal !! - L'emplacement est idéal, légèrement excentré ce qui permet d'être au calme. Le petit déjeuner est très bon surtout les banana pancakes ! Le personnel est aux petits soins ! En revanche petit bémol pour les nuisances continues causées par la construction d'un hôtel juste en face. Les chambres sont très rustiques. L'eau chaude de la douche ne fonctionnait pas.

Die Anlage ist sehr schön und man kann schwimmen oder sich an Pool entspannen. Das Badezimmer roch sehr muffig. Die Dusche war entweder kochend heiß oder eiskalt und manchmal kam nicht ein einziger Tropfen Wasser.

• Suphaphon (9/5): Mir hat es dort sehr gut gefallen in der Natur zu sein und ich würde sehr gerne wieder dort hin - Der Ort war sehr ruhig gelegen und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Der Weg dahin ist etwas holprig, aber fand ich nicht weiter schlimm.

El desayuno es muy justo para la relación calidad/precio. La calefacción de aire acondicionado no funcionaba muy bien, tuvimos unos días frescos por las lluvias y una noche hizo frío.

• Elizabeth (9/5): Recommended - Really nice location. Very large private room and ensuite, comfortable bed, warm shower, nice gardens and porch overlooking the river. Included breakfast was good. All the staff, especially the manager, were really accommodating and helpful. They helped me plan my time to see the things I wanted to see (including the Van Long national park). They go the extra mile for their guests. The free bikes were also great. There is some building work going on next door, but it wasn’t disruptive, there seems to be lots of building works everywhere in the region. This was a quiet spot

So peaceful, and great features such as the pontoon to sit and watch sunset over the mountains. Great Beef Pho for breakfast! Bikes are available to guests for use and they are good bikes, not shaky. I was a solo young traveller, so this property is more suited to families, couples, etc rather than socialising etc. however all I had to do was go into tam coc to meet friends so this wasn’t an issue

The staff were incredibly helpful and extremely kind, especially the receptionist Duc, who gave me a lot of tips about the country and offered really pleasant conversations about how life is in vietnam. The room was amazing, I truly recommend this hotel!

• nanci (8/5): The most beautiful property we stayed at. Wonderful experience. - Room and bathroom were spacious and beautiful and clean. Grounds were fantastic. Only place to eat is at the homestay unless you walked or biked. Duc was excellent and very helpful. We booked a tour to see 4 tourist places and it cost us $45 US dollars each. For the free breakfast you order off the menu. Lunch and dinner was on the higher side but we were happy that they served food all day. Bikes were free. We arrived late after a 6 hour bus ride and while we were checking in, they started to take the passports of the people behind us in line. I felt that was rude and asked if they could please finish checking us in before helping other, making us wait even longer. It would have been more professional if they focused on us and allowed us to walk away before they started with the next guests. Beside that, everything was excellent! Beautiful property.

• Emilia (10/5): Breath taking location and wonderful staff - My mum recommended me this property after staying here last year it’s gorgeous. Firstly the location is amazing especially at sunset. The staff particularly Duc are so helpful going above and beyond to help. We decided to come and stay out here after finding the hustle and bustle of ninh binh too much and it exceeded our expectations.

Good was authentic. Breakfast you ordered from a list of what they will serve. Duc arranged a tour for us for $45 per person to see 4 ninh Binh highlights. Restaurant on site was very attentive and food is very fresh. They will not clean your room unless you ask. We didn’t know that and our room wasn’t cleaned or refreshed with towels. They kept our luggage for us since we had a late bus pickup. Duc was more than attentive and willing to help with anything we needed. He was always around taking care of everything and never seems to sleep! Great place as we are in the most beautiful spot in Tràng an. The free bikes with locks were great except the seats were hard. You can rent a scooter for 150,000 and 30,000 for the gas. Pool was clean and usable. We had a late bus pickup and they allowed us to shower and wait for the bus. They always had a rate of 350,000 if you wanted a late check out. We had our own bungalow with fan and ac. We didn’t have to use the ac since it was cool enough. Wish there were some hooks to hang towels and a closet to hang clothes. Water and coffee was free. We were here mid October and there were a few mosquitos. Nothing to not like it was a great stay. The tours were very touristy. So many people doing the Tràng a boat ride our first day. On the second day we opted to ride bikes to the Bai Dinh, the tallest Pagoda, which was about 7 miles away. It took all day but we really enjoyed the local feel and not being with a million tourists! It was a great adventure.

Nourriture faite maison et très bonne. Petit déjeuner correct et emplacement éloigné du centre mais c’est très jolie La chambre ne correspond pas aux photos. Ce n’est pas précisé dans l’annonce. Idem pour la salle de bain. Je n’avais pas de petites lampes pour mon lit. Pas de rangement pour le sac. Peut être faire un effort pour la chambre car pour 4 personnes c’est trop petit. Le lit à mémoire de forme est enfoncée au milieu. On m’a proposait de changer de chambres mais il fallait payer plus.

The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The food in the restaurant is very tasty and vegan-friendly. I would like to come back one day!

The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The owner is super friendly, very funny, and always ready to help with anything! We also used the motorbike rental and laundry services — both excellent. The food was absolutely delicious, and all the staff were so kind, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic and relaxing experience in Trang An! 💚

• Stefan (10/5): - Auf meiner Reise durch Vietnam bin ich zufällig auf das Trang An River View Homestay gestoßen und ich muss wirklich sagen, dass es eine der besten Unterkünfte auf meiner bisherigen Reise war. Diese liegt etwas außerhalb von Ninh Binh, in einer traumhaft schönen Landschaft. Gleichzeitig ist diese dennoch sehr gut zu erreichen wenn man sich z.B. ein Grab (ca. 130.000 Dong) nimmt. Ebenfalls kann einen die Unterkunft auch im vorraus ein günstiges Taxi organisieren. Mein Aufenthalt hier war wirklich außergewöhnlich. Ich wurde herzlich empfangen und bekam sogar ein kostenloses Zimmerupgrade. Das Homestay selbst besteht aus vielen niedlichen Bungalows in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage mit großem Pool und Liegemöglichkeiten. Alle Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich, rund um die Uhr hilfsbereit und sehr gut organisiert. Ein Highlight war für mich die große Terrasse mit Blick auf den Fluss und die Berge, was vor allem Abends wunderschön war. Ich empfehle euch einen Roller direkt in der Unterkunft zu mieten (150.000 Dong), somit kann man von da aus alles super bequem und recht schnell erreichen. Ein Fahrrad würde ich eher nicht empfehlen, da die Straßen manchmal doch etwas holprig sind, da kommt man mit dem Roller besser und schneller vorwärts. Über eine Handynummer ist das Homestay bei Problemen jederzeit erreichbar (z.B. WhatsApp) und bietet sofortige Hilfe an. Ansonsten können über die Unterkunft auch sämtliche Aktivitäten der Region organisiert werden, wenn man es benötigt. Mein Bungalow war großzügig mit einem bequemen Bett, einem sehr sauberen Bad (inkl. Warmwasser), Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Klimaanlage. Obwohl ich am Anfang skeptisch war, da die Unterkunft etwas außerhalb liegt, war ich am Ende sehr glücklich über meine Entscheidung hier gebucht zu haben. Ich war Ende September hier, somit hab es noch nicht so viele Touristen und ich konnte sehr gut die Ruhe genießen. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder hierher, wenn ich in der Region bin :).

After a 3-hour bike ride from Hanoi in foggy, rainy, and cold weather, it was such a relief to arrive and find our room ready early with the boiler already turned on. The lady at reception even made ginger tea with honey for my boyfriend to help prevent a cough. Every day, they kindly assisted us and provided everything we asked for. Such a wonderful attitude! We are very grateful. The location is incredibly quiet and tranquil, surrounded by stunning mountains and lakes. It’s just a 5-minute by motorbike to the main boat station, so you can skip the queues and sleep in a little longer. Plus, it’s perfectly situated between two directions, making it easy to reach various attractions. The food was tasty, and breakfast was included. The room was spacious, cleaned daily, and featured a shower separate from the sink and toilet—which is quite uncommon in the region :D I highly recommend this place as great value for money and a chance to experience harmony with the breathtaking nature of the region. I personally didn’t enjoy the stir-fried squid, but the other dishes were good. It’s nice that there was a mosquito repellent plug-in in the room, or at least the option to buy some at the homestay, since there are a few mosquitoes in the evening.

In the territory is a lot of places where to rest and relax. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Closest restaurants is around 2km away, but the place has its own kitchen so it is no problem.
• Hermann (9/5): Lovely home stay! - Lovely place, we stayed in a comfortable small cabin, very helpful staff who gave us lots of suggestions for our time there, booked our onward bus trip and even gave us a little goodie bag with water and snacks for the trip! Very nice! Free bicycles to use, motorbikes for rent for a reasonable price. The deck by the lake is a wonderful spot for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. Food in the restaurant is fine. There is a huge construction site next door with working hours from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Extremely loud. If you are an early riser and gone all day, you’ll be fine. Otherwise it’s a big annoyance.

All of the staff were kind and always really enthusiastic to help, especially with booking onward travel. The location was also beautiful and peaceful but it was still easy to cycle or get a Grab to other areas.

• Michela (10/5): Lovely homestay in Trang An! - The bungalow situated in a nice courtyard was big and new, we had plenty of space and the bed was comfortable. The food was really good and the family running the place lovely! In addition to this, wide service offering: great laundry service, fair price for motorbike rental and also for private transfer to the airport. We liked everything! The bathroom could be improved with a shower curtain, and some hooks to hang towels.

• Michael (9/5): Good value and good food, we would stay there again. - We loved the overall property as well as our room. We ate there for dinner and had the included breakfast. Both meals were very satisfying. The staff was outgoing and very eager to please. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. No complaints. We liked the location. It was a bit remote and the Grab drivers we used had a bit of trouble finding us, but the helpful staff assisted us.
• Kathryn (9/5): Quiet location, great accommodation. - Stayed in a bungalow below the tall limestone rocks. The bungalow was spacious, clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and the shower good. It got a bit damp while we were there (quite humid weather) but this was remedied by switching on the efficient air con. We ate here too and the food was always tasty and well presented. The owners were really nice and helpful. They had bicycles that we could borrow and were able to explore the local area. (About 15mins to get to Trang An for the boat trip) A lovely place to stay, quiet and amidst the fantastic scenery. The property was great, the weather was a bit damp!
