• Jana (10/5): - Naprosto úžasná zkušenost s ubytováním! Po cestě Via Degli Dei jsem psala majitelce, že máme zpoždění a dorazíme až okolo 20:15. Oba manželé nás vyhlíželi už venku, aby nám vzdali hold, že jsme ušli tolik km. A hned nás poslali se ubytovat s tím, že nám připraví něco na večeři - a byly tos amé dobroty!!! S paní majitelkou jsme pak prokecali půlku večera a bylo to tak rodinné, příjemné. Snídaně pak byla třešnička na dortu. Venkovní bazén jsme mimo sezónu nevyužili, ale určitě je to v létě super. Pokoj byl obrovský, s patrem, čistá koupelna, pohodlné postele. Na poslední chvíli jsme požádali o rozdělení postele a nebyl žádný problém.

• Alessia (10/5): Spettacolare! - La struttura è immersa nel verde, lontano dal traffico della città. Siamo riusciti a rilassarci completamente. I proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. Ti coccolano per bene. Accoglienza super. Colazione buonissima e variegata. Camere spaziose e confortevoli. Torneremo sicuramente! Niente!

La piscina della struttura, seppur piccolina, è un bijoux Colazione ottima Pulizia della camera, prodotti da bagno di ottima qualità Alberi da frutta a disposizione degli ospiti, nella stagione giusta Le camere non hanno aria condizionata. Normalmente non sarebbe un problema, il posto è ventilato. Purtroppo siamo capitati proprio nel pieno di un'ondata di calore.

• Gerrit (10/5): Tolle Unterkunft in schöner Kulisse mit hervorragenden Gastgebern - Wir haben die Unterkunft für eine Nacht gebucht. Die Zimmer und Möblierung sind etwas dunkel, aber sauber. Die Betten sind bequem. Das Bad war auch sehr sauber. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Es ist sehr ruhig. Der Selbstbestaltete Pool eignet sich zwar schlecht zum schwimmen von Bahnen, sorgt aber für eine schöne Abkühlung mit einem hervorragenden Blick auf die Kulisse. Das Frühstück kann man sich aus einer Art Menükarte selbst zusammenstellen. Es war sehr lecker. Besonders gut hat uns der leckere Obstsalat gefallen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und fürsorglich. Man merkt, dass sie das B&B mit viel Herzblut betreiben.

• Marco (10/5): Un weekend indimenticabile al Nido di Gabbiano, che ti accoglie, ti coccola e ti rigenera completamente - L’accoglienza e la disponibilità super cordiale di Donatella e Leonardo, il contesto bellissimo, la piscina intima e magica, la possibilità di scegliere la colazione la sera prima e di poter aggiungere qualcosa anche la mattina stessa. Il letto matrimoniale, che era fatto di due letti singoli appaiati. Il materasso era un po’ troppo duro.

• Lynn (10/5): Serenity can be found in this beautiful Tuscan country manor. - We loved being so far into the countryside that all we could hear was the chirping of birds and the buzzing of bees on the flowering trees and shrubs, yet Florence was just a twenty or so minute train-ride away. Two villages are within walking distance. The room was beautiful and spacious, the breakfast perfect, and our hosts were absolutely delightful. We hope to return.

I was even able to cook tofu with Italian seasonings which turned out great! My bedroom was large and roomy. I was given a ride to the beginning of the Via Degli Dia in the morning and also a load of laundry was washed for me which was very appreciated!! The blowdryer wasn’t very powerful.

The food was spectacular and I was given a box to take away on the trail (via degli dei) which I had for my lunch. Breakfast was delicious too - the best omelette I have ever tasted. Thank you both for an amazing stay - I will be back! :) A bit sad to hear that the pool wasn’t available to swim in but know that the weather can be temperamental

The owners Leonardo and Donatella we exceptional hosts, very helpful on getting into Florence for a part of the day. They suggested we park our car at the via Constanza (it's free) and take the tram in. Wonderful! Just absolutely relaxing and rejuvenating! Breakfast was perfect each day. Can't think of a thing.

Also the hosts are super friendly and you can feel that it is very important to them that their guests feel comfortable! The breakfast was great as you could choose from a great variety of different things and they prepare and serve everything freshly. On a night with multiple guests the hosts even cooked a great and delicious dinner. The Wifi worked well on the whole property. The room was a little dark and there were no mosquito protectors infront of the windows. You still get an anti-mosquito-vaperizer which did an ok job.

• Barbara (9/5): Great quality B&B run by lovely owners - We liked the rooms, the beds, the bathroom, they were clean. Whenever something was missing, for example a water cooker, or pool towels, we would simply ask for it and get what we wanted straight away. Our breakfast was a feast every day. The view is beautiful, on top off the hills, nice breeze, the pool is lovely. But what made our stay amazing were the super friendly owners. They are around most of the time and whenever you needs something, they will do their best to help you, all with a friendly smile. We did not like the village of Scarperia that much, this is the closest village to the B&B. It's very small, nothing interesting to see or do. There are restaurants though.
