• Abdulrahman Almousawi (10/5): فندق ممتاز وهادئ وتعامل professional - دايماً أحجز في هذا الفندق، وفي كل مرة أنبهر أكثر. ومن أكثر الأشياء الإيجابية تعامل الموظفين السعوديين في الاستقبال، قمة في الرقي والاحترافية. الأستاذ هشام كان راقياً ومحترماً لأبعد الحدود، وما قصر معنا طوال فترة الإقامة. الفندق جميل جداً، والغرف تصميمها هادئ ومريح، والهدوء فعلاً سيد الموقف. وتحديداً الإضاءة الزرقاء تعطي شعور بالسعادة والطاقة الإيجابية بطريقة مميزة. ومن الأمور اللي انبهرت فيها أيضاً، أني خلال إقامتي السابقة ذكرت ملاحظة بخصوص احتياج النادي الصحي (GYM) لتحديث الأجهزة، وفوجئت باهتمام الفندق وتعاونه مع شركة ، وهي من أفضل الشركات العالمية في الأجهزة الرياضية. صحيح أن مساحة النادي الصحي صغيرة، لكنه يحتوي حالياً على أجهزة حديثة وممتازة، وأتمنى يستمر الاهتمام الدوري بالصيانة والتطوير، ومع الوقت يتم التوسع أكثر في مساحة الـ GYM وعدد الأجهزة. السلبية الوحيدة كانت ضعف ضغط المياه في الحمام، خصوصاً الشاور، وياليت يتم تحسين قوة دفع المياه مستقبلاً.
• فهد (4/5): السعر مرتفع واداوات النادي بسيطه جداً وما استفدت من حجزي الا وجبه الفطور - الموقع جميل والخدمات قريبه 1- للاسف الفرشة الارضية غير نظيفة. 2- الغرفة صغيره ولا تناسب الا شخص واحد. 3- الكارثه انه للاسف فندق جميل ويحتوي على اثاث رائع ويقع في الجبيل الصناعية عاجز جداً ان يركب مضخه دفع مياه لدورات المياه اكرمكم الله ،، الشطاف دفع الماء ضعيف والمروش ايضاً وطلبت السباك لإصلاح مفتاح الشطاف حيث كان في حاله صداء ومتصلب ولكن السباك فقط قام بتغير راس الشطاف وطلبت منه ان يقوي دفع المياه فأجابني ان قوه دفع المياه غير قابله لعدم وجود مضخه انا انصح مدير الفندق ان يقوم بصرف مبلغ مالي لتركيب مضخه مياه. 4- للاسف بسبب صغر حجم الغرفه اصبح العزل ضعيف وبامكانه سماع من يمر بالممرات . 5- من وجهه نظري اجد ان تصميم الفندق للاسف صمم لغرض الربح وتناساء الجودة للاسف خصوصا انه يعتبر يقع في الهيئه الملكيه بالجبيل. 6- مقهى الفندق للاسف لا يعمل الا 3 العصر !!! نصيحة: ارجوكم ركزوا على مضخه المياه وتجديد ادوات السباكة فهي مهمه جداً

• Mandirigma (8/5): Strategic Location in Jubail area - My wife and I drove from Riyadh to Jubail and stayed at this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. The area is pleasantly quiet and offers easy access to stunning sea views. The entire Corniche is impressively clean from the parks down to the public restrooms which really added to the overall experience. The nearby mall is متوسط in size but quite enjoyable, with a wide variety of dining options to choose from. I would highly recommend having your own car or renting one while in Jubail, as it allows you to fully explore and appreciate the city. There are also plenty of water activities available, including night boat tours, which make the visit even more memorable. We happened to visit just one day before Eid Al-Fitr, which added a special atmosphere to our trip. As for the hotel itself, our stay was very comfortable. Daily water and coffee were provided, which was a thoughtful touch. We included breakfast in our booking, and it did not disappoint there was a wide selection of food, along with a live cooking station where you can request different types of eggs prepared to your liking. A special mention goes to Chef Rabiea, who was very accommodating, and Suhail from the restaurant reception, who was energetic and exceptionally hospitable. In fact, all the staff from the front desk to housekeeping were very helpful and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for making our stay a truly memorable experience for me and my wife. The Air-conditioning is not that cold based on my preference

• waleed (7/5): - The hotel’s location is suitable for visiting Jubail Industrial City or for business purposes. The reception staff are friendly, and the check-in process is quick. I am surprised that the hotel is rated as a four-star property, as it does not meet that standard. The lobby has an unpleasant smell. The bed linens do not match the size of the mattress and are much smaller, and the pillowcases are significantly larger than the pillows. The bed is uncomfortable. Cleanliness is not good. Operationally, the hotel needs improvement. The price should not exceed SAR 250–300, as furnished apartments can be better than this hotel.
