• Bruno (8/5): Logement pratique et agréable pour un séjour touristique à Naples. - Nous avons apprécié la situation de ce logement au 7ème étage d'un immeuble au-dessus du quartier des Espagnols et sa belle vue sur la baie de Naples. Petit-déjeuner très varié et copieux disponible à partir de 8h. Possibilité de cuisiner simplement. Accès très sécurisé mais un peu compliqué surtout à notre arrivée sans personnel d'accueil.

• Piotr (7/5): Apartament z pięknym widokiem, położony wysoko - Widok z okna na Neapol był rewelacyjny. Śniadania ok. 7 piętro ale jest winda. Można było w dzień wyjazdu zostawić walizki w pokoju. Właściciel nie przesłał danych o dostępie pomimo kontaktów. Nie odebrał telefonu w dzień kiedy przyjechaliśmy mimo licznych prób kontaktu telefonicznego i whatsapp. Finalnie czekaliśmy pół godziny przed wejściem z walizkami przed bramą.to zepsuło nasze odczucia na starcie.

Although at the top of the hill it was only 15 walk max to town. Naples is very steep be warn! Breakfast was lovely and had all you needed with a great view! The lift looks old. B and B on 7th floor so you really need to use it. Always worked and a least they had a lift as not all do.

Potom ďalej bol na raňajky Čajík Džúsy Voda Celozrnný chlebík A suchariky A cereálne tyčinky A ešte aj koláčiky (croissant,a ich miestne koláče ktoré sú výborné Takže veľká spokojnosť Naozaj úplne skvelé raňajky Každý deň vám tam aj upracú A je tam aj výťah na koľko bývate na 7 poschodí což je super pre nádherný výhľad. Na začiatok ubytovať sa bolo zložitejšie jazyková bariéra plus komunikácia telefonovaním keď nerozumie ani jedna strana ani druhá je také trošku stresujúce. Lepšie by bolo skôr už keď tak textové správy kde si to obe strany mohli preložiť napríklad cez whatsup Žiadne označenie ,že sa jedná o ubytovanie je to bytovka kde nebolo nič označené. A čo sa týka lokality Keby si neobjednáme transfer s letiska a ,že ideme teda autobusom tak nás dovezie pri mólo Beverlo a odtiaľ je to 1.6 km na ubytovanie. Ísť pešo hore do kopcov aj s kufrom je náročnejšie a taxi nás tiež nedoviezol priamo pred ubytovanie museli sme prejsť cez také schody ktorých je asi 50. No a keď sme išli domov tak sme to absolvovali pešo na mólo beverlo kde chodí Ali Autobus ktorý je transfer z letiska na to spomínané mólo je to v prístave a odtiaľ ide ten autobus na letisko.Chodí každú chvíľu a za cenu 5 eur . Keď idete už dole kopcami dá sa to zvládnuť. Trošku nezvyčajný Check in ale keď sa pochopíte tak je to v pohode bolo to tak ,že mi pani cez WhatsApp odfotila kde sú kľúče a že ktorý kľúč je od čoho a už sme sa potom ubytovali. Tak toto bolo jediné také ale ostatné všetko v poriadku

• Márk (10/5): Szuper helyen, barátságos környezetben egy nagyszerű szállás. - A reggeli szuper volt, kedves és barátságos volt a személyzet is. A panoráma, a kilátás gyönyörű a szobából is és az étkezőből is. Modern a légkondi, és érezhetően új/felújított a szállás. Szerencsére ez annyiból régimódi szállás, hogy rendes hagyományos kulccsal, nem pedig kártyákkal kellett jönni menni. A közelben vannak boltok, a sikló, éttermek és a via Chiaia sétáló utca is pár perc gyalog. A takarító minden nap jött, amikor otthon voltunk kérdezte, hogy kérünk-e takarítást. Ha nem kértünk, akkor ment tovább. Én azt hittem, hogy a szobában lesz egy kis konyhasarok is, de nem volt. Nem hiányzott, mert közös konyha volt, és ez bőven elég volt a kis esti tevékenységeinkre, de odaérve pici csalódás volt, de nyilván én értettem félre a leírást. Persze, voltak apróbb hiányosságok, de egyik sem említésreméltó.

• Emanuela (10/5): Nel cuore di Napoli - Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in una struttura meravigliosa nel cuore di Napoli: un elegante B&B situato al settimo piano di un affascinante palazzo storico, servito da ascensore. Fin dal primo istante sono stata colpita dall’atmosfera accogliente e dalla vista mozzafiato: tutte le finestre si affacciano sullo spettacolare Golfo di Napoli, uno dei panorami più belli del mondo. Le camere sono pulitissime, arredate con semplicità, gusto e grande cura dei dettagli. La colazione è stata una vera coccola: curata nei minimi particolari, ricca e deliziosa. Ottima anche la posizione, a poca distanza da diversi punti di interesse della città. Un soggiorno che sa di casa, con il tocco speciale dell’ospitalità napoletana. Consigliatissimo!

• Andriana (7/5): Für einen Kurztrip vollkommen ok. 👍🏻 - Die Lage war okay. Das besondere Highlight des Zimmers ist einfach der Blick vom Bett auf den Vesuv. Unbeschreiblich. Der Inhaber war nicht vor Ort, aber zu jeder Zeit per WhatsApp erreichbar und Victoria, die gute Seele fürs leibliche Wohl, einfach ein absoluter Schatz. Wir kommen gern wieder. Eigentlich nur Kleinigkeiten. Im Bad hingen zwei Halter lose von der Wand, die sollte man einfach abschrauben.

The sight of the lighthouse sweeping the harbour at night was magical. Alex the owner was very friendly and helpful as were the staff on the premises at breakfast and the cleaners too. The air conditioning was a real blessing! I cannot recommend this place enough.

The staff (Victoria) went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction at breakfast. The clean accommodations and exceptional gulf of Naples view from the room balcony, made my stay truly Magical and Sparkle. The Fireworks display on my birthday really enhanced my stay even more. Last and not least, the hotel’s prime location made exploring the city a breeze. Highly recommended!”
• Verified traveler (8/5): - This gated property needed 4 different access codes to enter into the property from the main gate to the room which we did not receive from the owner and we were stranded outside the main gate for a long time. We are senior citizens and the owner was not willing to come but finally we found a lady on the street who helped to contact him to get directions to enter the property and to our room. But Other guests were given the access codes before they checked in.

The b&b is on the top floor of an apartment building. The AC in our unit did not work, was blowing warm air. The air dryer was also broken. We asked to switch rooms but could not as it was booked up. The staff was not helpful - did not do anything about AC or broken hairdryer while we were there. The b&b itself is really nice and the view was absolutely amazing. If our AC had worked, we had a hair dryer, and check in had gone smoothly, I would have been happy with this place.
• gina (10/5): - We loved our stay at Santa Caterina BnB! The host Alex was so friendly and made check in super easy. From check in to the lovely little breakfast they served, our stay was great - oh and don’t forget about the views! Down the hill, and all around, are restaurants, convenience stores, cafes, and more. Location was fantastic for a true Naples experience. Just note the property is at the top of the hill - we got dropped by our taxi at the bottom and had to lug our suitcase up (which was our fault). I recommend making sure you have the WhatsApp downloaded ahead of time - that’s where Alex will send you clearly outlined instructions for check in! Thank you again, Alex and Anna for a wonderful time!
• michaln545 (10/5): Fantastic view, very helpful service - Great locatiom, stunning view on the whole city, sea and Vesuvius. Alessandro was always prompt and willing to assist with any request. Room were clean, breakfast nice. Make sure you ask for a room with the nice view. I recommend to couples, especially young ones.
• IrishExplorer22 (8/5): Great Views of the City - The views of the city are amazing and the host Alex was super nice and did his best to assist with any needs we had. Only 2 downsides about staying here. Firstly, it says on website we booked through parking is available. However, we were told we couldn't park in the commune and ended up having to pay €60 for 2 nights in a private garage elsewhere. It was a rental so didn't want to leave it on the street. Also finding the BnB even with Google maps was tough as there was no advertising. Worth it for the views though.
• B2370ZUcharlesb (10/5): Amazing view, great host - The view over all of Naples is simply amazing. So yes, you have to climb uphill when coming back from the sea front, but it is totally worth it. Very nice and clean rooms with balconies (and the view of course!! ). Alessandro was a great host giving us tips and advice. We enjoyed the sweet breakfast, would definitely come back.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Points forts : superbe établissement au 7ème et dernier étage d'un hôtel particulier en plein centre de Naples tout près de la place Plébiscitons et des rues commerçantes. Chambre 3 couchages très propre et joliment décorée et vue imprenable sur la ville, la baie et le Vésuve. Points à améliorer : Petit dèjeuner servi entre 8h00 et 10h00 un peu tard pour partir en excursion. Quand la personne arrivait à l'heure ce qui n'a pas été souvent le cas : nous sommes partis en excursion plusieurs fois sans attendre ! Car le proprio n'habite pas sur place et vu la circulation dèmente dans Naples difficile d'être ponctuel. Linge de toilette changé qu'une seule fois en 7 jours et consommables pas au top : il manquait du gel douche à notre arrivée et avons dû demander du papier toilette dans la semaine car pas renouvelé. Panne chauffe-eau le jour de notre arrivée. Insonorisation des chambres insuffisantes : on entendait distinctement les discussions de nos voisins ... Enfin, mais ça n'est pas lié à cette propriété, il est quasiment impossible de se garer en voiture : pas de parking dans la résidence pour les touristes si ce n'est aller dans un des nombreux parkings privés aux alentours souvent saturés et très chers : de 25€ à 35€ la nuit à la "tête du client". Si vous n'êtes pas habitués à la conduite "sportive" en agglomération dense NE LOUEZ PAS de voiture ! Je roule professionnellement tous les jours depuis plus de 40 ans et je n'ai jamais vu ça même en Asie : c'est la jungle
• Peter (8/5): - Wat een heerlijk uitzicht heeft deze B&B! Het was even zoeken naar de ingang, maar gelukkig waren de Italianen behulpzaam om ons de weg te wijzen! Ontbijt is prima. Niet veel keus, maar er werd een heerlijke espresso en cappuccino gemaakt! Alessandro is behulpzaam om te helpen bij vragen! We hebben een prima verblijf gehad.
