Easy to find and easy to check in. Comfortable bed. The guest house has a kitchen with the balcony with beautiful view. Very helpful owner, 24/7 ready to answer any questions and help. Thank you!

- Monika (8/5): - Blisko morza, dostępny express do kawy i dobra kawka, dystrybutor do wody, system otwierania. W moim pokoju była szafa, w której brzydko pachniało. Okropne poduszki ozdobne i kapa. W kuchni nie ma możliwości ugotowania nawet jajka. Brak płyty grzewczej, tylko mikrofalowka. W lampach w kuchni są martwe owady i lampy te ledwo świecą. Trochę zbyt intensywna komunikacja z właścicielem. 7 wiadomości o konieczności zameldowania przez system w tym niektóre przychodziły co godzinę. Dodam, że nie było to dzień przed wyjazdem.

- DACE (8/5): - Telpu tīrība, uzkopj katru dienu. Varējām sarunāt atstāt somas pēc izrakstīšanās un pāris stundas nesteidzīgi baudīt pludmali. Apkārtnē daudz kafejnīcu, restorānu. Speciāli izvēlējos apartamentu ar virtuvi (virtuve kolpietošanas), bet šajā gadījumā virtuvē varēja pagatavot tikai kafiju un sviestmaizes, jo plīts nebija pieejama. Ir arū mikroviļņu krāsns. Tagad zinu, ka Mc Donaldā ir garšīga omlete.... Sezonas laikā naktī traucē āra trokšņi. Itāļi māk izklaidēties.... Tā kā šis apartaments faktiski ir liels dzīvoklis ar daudzām Istabām, var dzirdēt ienākam dzīvoklī citus kaimiņus. Kopumā ņemot apmierinoši, bez kādām lielām pretenzijām.

- Joshua (9/5): - The placement of the location was fantastic, very close to beach and restaurants. Enjoyed how big the room was and overall cleanliness of the place. Would visit again. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy in the night since it is so close to the city center but also maybe because it was a Friday night. Overall very satisfied with the room!

- Giuseppe (6/5): Soggiorno di una notte. - Struttura posizionata vicino al pontile in centro. Design semplice con tutto l’occorrente. Stanza spaziosa .La sua forza è sicuramente la posizione vicino al mare e ai lidi . Bidè presente in un bagno piccolo praticamente inutilizzabile: il lato dx è vicinissimo al muro, poco più di 10 cm e praticamente anche se sei sottopeso non riusciresti ad infilare la gamba. Assenza di un piccolo frigo. Assenza di un dispenser di sapone in bagno per lavarsi le mani. Cuscini molto scomodi. In relazione al prezzo mi aspettavo qualcosa di più!

Nous avons apprécié la propreté et la machine à café et la machine à eau mises à disposition. Les lieux commun permettent d’y manger, un frigo est à disposition. - Diana (10/5): - Desde o primeiro dia, os proprietários foram extremamente simpáticos e prestáveis. Eu estava preocupada porque o quarto era originalmente para duas pessoas, mas como éramos três, queria ter a certeza de que seria confortável para todos. Eles resolveram tudo de forma impecável: o quarto foi reservado para três e colocaram uma cama extra sem problema. O espaço era amplo, muito limpo e tinha tudo o que precisávamos, incluindo ar-condicionado — essencial, já que estava muito calor. O check-in foi feito automaticamente, de forma muito prática. Enviaram-nos todas as credenciais por mensagem, e as portas abrem-se facilmente através do telemóvel, o que facilitou bastante, sobretudo porque chegámos perto da uma da manhã ao aeroporto de Fiumicino. Os proprietários organizaram prontamente o transfer, a um preço extra, e foi um alívio ver que os quartos tinham garrafas de água disponíveis, já que a essa hora não havia onde comprar. Foram sempre disponíveis e atenciosos. Adorámos a estadia e recomendamos vivamente!
- Susan (10/5): For a comfy stay near the beach, this place is it. - This apartment is near the beach and it's easy to walk to restaurants, shops and coffee. The proprietors were very helpful from the time I booked to the time I checked out. The cleaning staff was very nice also. We caught a cab to Ostia Antica, an archaeology site not to be missed, only a short drive from the apartment.

Wynajęliśmy pokój o nazwie “petite blanche”. Składał się z dwóch pojedynczych łóżek i łazienki. W obiekcie bardzo czysto. Pani sprzątająca była obecna każdego dnia. Przepiękny widok z okna. Allessio, el anfitrión, fue muy atento con nosotros, se comunicó desde el primer dia que hicimos la reserva y el resto de los d ías para saber si estaba todo bien. La habitación era excepcional, con vista al mar, muy comoda y completa. Es excelente tener a disposición café y otras infusiones para tomar al llegar o en el momento que uno quiera. Definitivamente lo elegiriamos de vuelta en nuestro próximo viaje.
