• Sam (7/5): Good short stay - Only stayed for one night, friendly staff and room was spacious with everything you needed. Only bad thing was a massive dead cockroach under a chair in the corner

Owner speaks good English and is very nice and helpful. --> Good value for money. Blankets come without covers, but owner mentioned they are washed after every guest...
• Virginia (7/5): Comfy and well located - The family was really nice, I don’t remember his name but he was really helpful in everything. The room is big and really comfy, the bathroom was good too, we had the problem that the floor broke down so we had to move to another room on the next floor but was nice too. We asked for a kettle and the room already had a fridge and a TV so you have everything you need. It was really cold and we wanted to turn on the AC but it never worked, it was a really shame because the room had everything. We’re in the 4th floor with no elevator and then we moved to the 5th so it was a bit uncomfortable to get there but it wasn’t the big issue.
• Joshua (9/5): A Lovely Family Run Guesthouse - Very comfortable little place for a cheap price, options to rent bicycles and scooter. The owners are very welcoming and helpful, the room is quite large albeit simple with two beds. Owner even offered to drive me to the train station for free. Great family business.
• Diane (9/5): Superb - Great spot. Very close to night market walking area. Guest house was very comfortable and reasonably clean. We were there in winter and we got cold. We didn't realise it was going to be cold at the time, but asking for an extra blanket is ok. Staff very helpful and friendly, speaking English very well. Nothing.

• Brandon (10/5): Amazing service. - This hotel was so accommodating. We ended up only being in Ninh Binh for one day and didn’t even stay at the property overnight. The service was amazing. Our luggage was safe, we rented a reliable motorbike on site, and had a nice shower after a day in the sun. The staff even helped us with a last minute VIP sleeper bus. Highly recommend.

• Alessandra (8/5): Very good - The owner is very friendly and helpful, he arranged our bus to Hue, and when our scooter stopped working in the middle of the city, he came to assist us. We also had laundry done for a fair price. The location was good. My friend and I had meetings in the morning, and the owner moved us to the top floor so we could have a quieter room for the meetings, but unfortunately, the internet didn't work, so we had to cancel them. We've got very upset about it.

• Leonard (8/5): Good stay! - Very good location with a super kind host! Hotel was cheap and everything was as expected. Perfect location as well. The bathroom was not very clean. We found some hairs on our pillows.

• Arnaud (10/5): A really nice place to stay! - Everything! The owner speaks good English and can help you to find your way, rent a bike, a motorbike or a car at a fair price. There is a supermarket almost in front of the hotel and many good and genuin restaurants near by and for me, maybe the most important is that your are not living in a tourist area, but among real people! The room is big, super clean and has both french ans English speaking channels.

That was a huge bonus. It's in central Ninh Binh in a quiet neighbourhood. The rooms were simple and clean. Perfect for a quick rest after a long night bus! Also really helpful arranging a taxi to Tam Coc at a very fair price. N/A
