Konaklama yerinin satıştan önce eksikliklerinin kontrol edilmesi gerekmektedir. Biz ailece 10 günlük konaklamadan memnun kaldık. İlk yerleştiğiniz apartta eksiklikler olunca hotels i arayıp sorunları dile getirdik anında çözdükleri için çok teşekkür ederiz.
- Steve (2/5): - On arrival at the Orka Club Hotel to check in they could not find the reservation so were put up in a Villa at the hotel overnight, which was very dated and stank of stale cigarettes. The reservation team eventually found the booking the next morning having been reported as a no show!, but the apartment was never available anyway!. Orka found another apartment which was available, back to the hotel to collect the cases then discovered a diamond and gold necklace was missing from the room, the housekeeping had been in. We knew where it was in the morning but it had gone when we returned, hotel insisted we had lost it, we maintain it was taken! Police informed to no avail. In all a very disappointing experience, if we had been given the accommodation which we had booked and paid for when we arrived then we would still have the jewellery now.
