Superfreundliches Personal und ein aussergewöhnliches Zimmer mit Bett über eine Leiter erreichbar. Frühstück super. Alles in allem 10/10. Mein nächster Aufenthalt in Wien ist safe hier.🥰 ...dass ich nicht länger bleiben konnte🥰

Es war sehr ruhig von außen und auf dem Flur waren die anderen Gäste glücklicherweise ebenfalls sehr leise (man konnte aber was vom Flur hören). Lage fußläufig vom Prater, U-Bahnhof und Straßenbahn, selbst zur Messe zu Fuß möglich.

- Patrik (1/5): Never again👎 - Nothing I would cancel if I could. -Never again — not even basic amenities provided. -No fridge at all. How are you supposed to store food for your baby or pregnant wife (even upon request staff is not willing to help to store food overnight). We had to throw away food because of that. I was not aware that there are hotels without fridges in a developed country -We’re in 2026 — why a hotel still can’t provide stable WiFi is beyond me. - not even a bottle of water in the room and of course we dont even have to talk about a coffee in the room or a water cooker - At check-in, no one was around and you just wait -when you need to iron something they will give you an iron for the deposit of 50 eur. When you return it they say that you used it for longer than 1 hour and they dont want to give you the 50 euro back, but they will only tell you about this rule when you bring the iron back.

Une chambre spacieuse, calme et très confortable. Une bouilloire dans la chambre aurait été un plus, mais finalement on peut s'en passer et aller consommer au bar. C'est convivial !
- Filippo (10/5): Ottimo hotel, nuovo, posizione tranquilla e strategica per visita città e per attività congressuale - Posizione in un modernissimo quartiere affari con aziende, centri congressuali e uffici, ma molto tranquillo di giorno e silenzioso di notte, estremamente sicuro, vicinissimo a stazione Praterstern con metro U1 U2 e treno S7 per aeroporto. Nel quartiere ci sono anche vari bar ristoranti ed una farmacia. Si trova a metà strada tra il centro città ed il grande centro congressuale VIC. Si trova nei pressi del parco del Prater, con la famosa ruota, lo stadio e varie altre attrazioni. Con due o tre fermate metro (10-15 minuti) si è in centro. Albergo nuovo, pulitissimo e molto efficiente, personale giovane e (cosa che come è noto non è mai scontata a Vienna) atteggiamento cordiale. Colazione ottima e abbondante La camera era nuova e pulita, ma arredata in modo freddo e minimale. Solo 4 grucce appendiabito, niente frigo. In bagno asciugamani, un dispenser di sapone a muro al lavandino ed uno nella vasca doccia, phon e carta igienica, nient'altro. I comodini erano dei semplici box in legno. Ovviamente, niente bidet, ma non è certo una novità.

When the air conditioner was working, sometimes there was a very bad smell in the room. It smelled like sewage. I had to turn it off to get rid of the smell.

Am ersten Morgen buchten wir das Frühstück hinzu, weil Feiertag war. Wir haben es nicht bereut. Es gar Sekt und Lachs sowie andere köstliche Speisen.

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und es gab eine tolle Auswahl. Die Zimmer waren sauber und hatten eine angenehme Größe. Es sollten auf jeden Tisch Salz- und Pfefferstreuer gestellt werden. Leider gab es nur 6 Stück davon für den ganzen Frühstücksbereich und man musste sie immer suchen, oder bei Gästen fragen, ob man sie nehmen darf, das war etwas unangenehm.

Un altro punto di forza è la posizione strategica, a pochissimi minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metropolitana. Suggerisco di implementare un sistema di tagging numerato sia per i bagagli che per i proprietari. Il numero consegnato all'ospite fungerebbe da convalida necessaria al momento del ritiro, garantendo che la riconsegna avvenga solo previa verifica della corrispondenza. Inoltre, per massimizzare la tutela dei beni, l'area di deposito dovrebbe essere ad accesso esclusivo del personale, evitando che gli ospiti vi accedano in autonomia, anche se basata sulla reciproca fiducia.
