• George (8/5): It was a very comfortable apartment in a very safe location. If you are a family with 2 kids, this would be a perfect ac - Place was comfortable, near most of the sites we visited. The hot water from the shower was not consistent. It goes hot then cool and hot and cool again. I was looking forward to a nice spa bath after a long walking day, but the tub was not well scrubbed. The place was very clean, except that the crevices in the shower stall and sink area are not well scrubbed. They can retire their tea kettle, it has hints of rusting already.

Особливого настрою додає встановлена в апартаментах bluetooth-аудіосистема. Приємний власник, який радо зустрів, дуже детально розповів все про помешкання, завжди був на зв’язку та надавав допомогу у будь-яких питаннях стосовно гарного проведення відпочинку у місті. Обов’язково повернемось неодноразово. Все було чудово.
• Kinga (9/5): Amazing staff, clean-comfy rooms and great locations. Could only recommend! - Really nice and safe neighbourhood with only 10-15 mins walk to the main attractions. Comfy rooms with shared kitchen and free coffee! Also loved the little balcony included. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. We were only missing a microwave in the kitchen and possibilities to cook something easy but that would have been only cherry on top, otherwise everything was perfect and according to description.

• michael (9/5): Comfort suite at the Blue Inn. - The outdoor terrace was perfect and the location was easy to use and close to amenities. Termini and pizza Republica are very accessible. Quiet and safe location with numerous restaurants, pizzerias and shops closed by, including an exceptional ice cream gelato shop. Staff were really helpful and instructions for access were really accurate. Loved the terrace where one could sit out and enjoy the evening sun I can easily recommend it to anyone staying in Rome for a break. Nothing really. A microwave would be handy in the kitchen.

Didn’t seem to work later at night so could only use once - lesser than intended. worked after the manager checked. The room really needs more lights - especially on the ceiling. Cupboard doors could also use handles? (That was a strange surprise)

I booked a suite for 3 people, which you'd think would mean you get a suite. Unfortunately, what we got was one room, an ensuite bathroom with an old shower that didn't work very well, and a shared kitchen with very few facilities. To the best of my knowledge, that isn't a suite. I then made a complaint to Booking.com and have received no response at all! Very frustrating.

The host provided us with great recommendations on where to eat and how to easily get to the main attractions. The shared kitchen has great coffee and is equipped with everything you may need. Overall we were pleased during our stay there. -

Наличие мини балкона большой плюс. К сожалению студия на болконе был очень грязными мы пытались их вытереть но это было просто не возможно, очень не хватало подушек для сидений на болконе , так как стулья из металла. Растроело не очень чистый кафель в душе. Но особенно растроело, после уборки грязный пол и грязные полотенца после замены . Очень нодеюсь И эти недостатки будут исправлены. И девушка которая уберает будет внимание и добросовестно делать свою работу. Потому что это очень хорошо месте

La localización muy buena, era tranquilo y bonito, muy cercano a la estación de Termini. La comunicación muy fluida y clara en todo momento, nos recomendaron lugares y sitios cercanos. Silencioso y agradecimos mucho que estuviera siempre calentito porque fuimos en invierno.

La hora del check in es solo de 15:00 a 19:00 y solo lo informan luego de uno haber reservado y pagado, eso debe informarse al viajero ante de decidir, porque no hay quien resuelva nada fuera de ese horario, es complicado porque las conexiones de aviones, trenes, buses y demás pueden impedir llegar en ese rango horario, y repito, no hay personal en recepción ni al teléfono que pueda hacer el check in, tengan eso presente.

• Michal (7/5): Great walkable location, but facility needs regular maintenance! - Host respond and flexibility, location and space. Walk in closet was great! Very walkable location to almost all main sightseeing places! Despite last minute reservation the host came on Sunday and arrange extra bed for my kid! Maintenance of facility is required- hot/cold water flow need to be controlled! Shower heads, electric kettle, washing machine need regular cleaning - stone blocking the water flow and moulded black sludge in washing machine and jacuzzi. Toilet desk was detached! Overall very clean room and kitchen but facility need attention to maintain “luxury” experience.

• Kristian (7/5): Water problems - The host is really welcoming and explained everything including how to get around the city and such. He gave really good recommendations for where to eat etc. The location is perfect for exploring the city. It felt really secure and nice. Water. Actually a lack of warm water. I see through past reviews that the problem's there for quite a bit. The host was informed about the problem and he said he checked it and it was fine, which I believe, but the thing with warm water is like roulette. The water in the hot tub is fine when you wanna fill it with the tap but when you want to use the showerhead, the water is cold. I managed to get the warm water on the showerhead only when I let the water run in the toilet but then the pressure was really poor. Warm water in the toilet is barely achievable and it keeps on going on and off. Sometimes the warm water comes after 10-20 seconds, sometimes after a minute, sometimes it doesn't come after 10 minutes. I don't usually write "bad" reviews but I think that warm water is the bare minimum in 2025 and especially when you're paying 120+ euros per night.
