I was able to cancel the booking I had already booked online and got a fantastic price through the hotel. He was right and I may not have had the balloon ride if not for him. He booked for us a fabulous Turkish night and ATV safari which was amazing. I'm so glad I booked this hotel. The breakfast was also 10/10. They absolutely made the trip the best ever. I loved everything

The cave suite was huge, beautifully designed and such a unique experience. The location was perfect with amazing views across Göreme, and the breakfast each morning was excellent with lots of choice. The staff truly made the stay special. Mohammed on the night team went above and beyond for us throughout our stay, helping us arrange excursions, checking in on us daily and even organising a birthday cake for my 40th birthday. Nothing was ever too much trouble and the level of service was exceptional. Nothing at all. We had a fantastic stay and would happily return.

The room was spacious, clean and full of character, and staying in a cave suite made the whole Cappadocia experience feel even more special. The staff were all incredibly welcoming and attentive from start to finish. Mohammed was especially helpful and always took the time to chat with us, offer recommendations and make sure we were enjoying our stay. The breakfast each morning was also fantastic with a great variety of food and excellent service. The hotel itself has a really warm and relaxed atmosphere and is in a great location for exploring Göreme and the surrounding areas. There was honestly very little to dislike. We really enjoyed our stay.

Huge breakfast.spread, eggs to order. We loved the patios. There were 4 of us travelling together and they made the kitchen area available anytime. One night we picked up pasta and wine and used the.micowave to warm it up. They booked all our excursions and at a better price than in town. We had booked a standard room but found it too small. No room to barely move and no storage area. They were kind enough to upgrade us. The standard rooms are too small, so be sure to book a bigger room.

- yuna55 (10/5): スタッフの皆さんが素晴しいです。 - このホテルには３日間滞在し、予約を２つに分けていたので、こちらでは別のポイント（日の出、バルーンウォッチ）でレビューします。 ホテルの裏山のビューポイントから見た雄大な景色、飛び立つバルーンの様子は素晴らしくとても印象に残りました。 このビューポイントはホテルのMohammedさんから教えてもらいました。日の出（日の出の時間はネットで調べて下さい）の５０分くらい前にホテルを出発して徒歩でゆっくり登るのが良いようです。ポイントまでは１５分くらいです。バルーンは日の出の４０分くらい前に飛び立ち始めるようです。バルーンが飛んでいる時間は日の出直後まででしたので遅れないように気をつけるのがよいと思います。最初は、Göreme view point、少し眺めたら少し右手に移動しCampa A. A.ポイント、その後、さらに右手のCopadoccia lookout - goreme mobile towerポイントに移動するのがベストだとか思います（それぞれのポイントはGoogleMapで場所が表示されますので確認して下さい）。ビューポイントとして有名な有料（３０リラ）のラヴァーズ ヒルにも行きましたが、個人的にはこちらの方が何倍も素晴しいかったです。このホテルに宿泊するか、近くの別のホテルに宿泊した場合は行かれるのがお勧めです。出発時刻を含めて丁寧に教えてくれたMohammedさん、ありがとうございました。とても素晴らしい時間を過ごせました。（Thanks,Mr. Mohammed）

- Patricia (8/5): Would come back again! - Beautiful family room! Inside a cave! Beautiful staff, they helped negotiate amazing prices for the balloons, and excellent breakfast! In terms of value for money it was 10/10. This property has so much potential. Their rooftop could be something special. It has the location, the people and the structure. It Needs a bit more of tender love and care to give it that charm that other hotels nearby have: some plants to give it more greenery, some colour in the sofas, different table cloths. A plant on each table (even a cactus gives it charm). The room was a bit hot and the air con didn’t do much, but the people were so gentle and so attentive. Breakfast was delicious, but again, just needs that extra charm to take it to a 10 in terms of how it can be presented.
- Jose Carlos (9/5): True Boutique Cappadocia! - Beautiful boutique hotel with a truly personalized touch. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and taken care of. They greeted us warmly, offered coffee and Turkish tea, and handled all of our luggage seamlessly while we got settled into the room. The level of service really stood out. When our hot air balloon ride was canceled, the team immediately stepped in and helped us reorganize our plans. They put together a customized itinerary and arranged private tours on short notice, which made a huge difference in our experience. The guide they provided was excellent very knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely engaging. He explained everything clearly and took us to some incredible spots we likely wouldn’t have found on our own. The driver was also top tier: smooth, cautious, and professional throughout. His Mercedes-Benz luxury van had a mini fridge with water and snacks at the ready, many charging spots and a table. Breakfast was another highlight. The buffet was delicious, the staff was very attentive to our requests, and there was always fresh coffee ready. On top of that, the breakfast views overlooking the caves and rock formations were absolutely beautiful. The cave room itself was exactly as advertised, clean, well maintained, warm, and kept at a perfect temperature. Great ambiance and overall vibe. The property also had a couple of very friendly and cute neighborhood cats that would come and hang out nearby while you ate. They didn’t harass or beg, just patiently waited for a treat. Very well behaved, friendly, and honestly a nice touch. They would also keep their distance if you didn’t want them around. Cats were no problem at all <3 They were also extremely flexible and helpful with everything: checkout, restaurant recommendations, tours, bookings, and even calling taxis. Quick problem solvers and genuinely great hosts. 10/10 would recommend, and I would absolutely come back Top of the hill made it difficult to walk from town if carrying things or with elder family members. BUT… views made up for it

- yuna55 (10/5): とても良い快適なホテルです。 - カッパドキアでの宿泊は初めてであり、他のホテルと比較したわけではありませんが、一般的な日本人の感覚としては、何の不満の無いとても良いレベルのホテルだと感じました。 加えて、スタッフの方は、とても親切で礼儀正しく、トータルで安心感のある快適な滞在となりました。ホテルに求める条件は、それぞれの人にそれぞれ価値観があると思いますが、不慣れな土地での滞在ですので、何より滞在期間中安心して過ごせるのが一番だと思います。その点でこのホテルはお勧めできるホテルだと感じました。 朝食は７時半からですが、時間前でも準備が整えば利用させてもらえました。時間前でもチャイはいただけるので、チャイを飲みながらテラスで過ごすのも心地よい時間となると思います。

Si vous avez besoin de quelque chose il vous le fournissent rapidement. Ils parlent également très bien l’anglais. En ce qui concerne notre chambre, nous avions pris avec une baignoire spa, elle était vraiment très propre ! Pendant notre séjour, nous avons fait trois hôtels différents dont certains plus chers, et c’est la seule baignoire Spa qui était vraiment très bien nettoyée. La douche également la grille d’évacuation était soulevée et tout avait été récuré. Des bouteilles d’eau sont mises à disposition sans compter. Merci Mohamed et son collègue dont nous n’avons pas le nom, ces deux monsieur de l’accueil ont été vraiment super ! Je recommande cet hôtel.

Breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff were great and very accommodating and attentive. It was colder than we expected so the 24/7 access to warm tea was much appreciated!

As a very experienced traveller, I can honestly say that the service at Mosaic Cave Hotel is truly differentiated and highly personalised. The owner, Mustafa, is a very serious, honest and dependable man. He is always available to help guests, even outside normal working hours, and he is tireless in finding solutions to every problem or challenge. You can immediately feel that this is a serious and honest family business, run with real care and integrity. The rooms are very comfortable, warm and impeccably clean. The breakfast is excellent, with homemade products freshly prepared at the hotel every morning. All the staff are also super friendly, welcoming and constantly trying to help and make your stay as pleasant as possible. Prices are very good for the quality of this place. With Mustafa’s help, I did not need any local agency at all. He assisted me with everything: balloon arrangements, advice on what to visit, and even recommendations for the best restaurants. His support was exceptional from start to finish. At one point, I had an issue with a balloon company, and because Mustafa had acted as the intermediary, he took responsibility for the situation and made sure that I was not negatively affected in any way. That level of customer care is rare and says everything about the kind of person he is. The location is also fantastic: peaceful and quiet, yet at the same time very close to everything on foot, which makes the whole stay extremely convenient. I will absolutely recommend Mosaic Cave Hotel to all my friends and family. Mustafa takes customer care to another level. What he has built here is something truly special. Fantastic.

Le personnel très serviable et nous a aidé à organiser toutes les activités en Cappadocia et les navettes vers l’aéroport. Le déjeuner était délicieux avec beaucoup de variété, ils nous ont même fait des sandwichs pour notre départ tôt le matin. On vous recommande cet hôtel!

- zahid (10/5): We had such a good stay at Mosaic Cave and would highly recommend to others. - We had such a good stay at Mosaic Cave and would suggest it to others. It is in a great part Göreme with a bit of everything walking distance. Mustafa and his wife + staff were amazing during our three day stay. The hotel is very nice and peaceful with a terrace overlooking the area. What stood out most was their genuine willingness to help. Whether it was arranging transportation, giving local recommendations, helping with language translation, or even assisting in our guided tours. Their kindness and professionalism were truly exceptional. We arrived early and we were able to have breakfast and check in a bit early. They helped in coordinating & planning our nightly plans with relevant local events. We booked our private guided trip with them as well and it was a huge help for maximum site seeing. Prices were accurate and matched the market. Not applicable. Can't say there was anything we didn't. Sorry to sound cliche.

Rooms are cave-like and so have little natural light coming in. Can seem small and dark at times, but it was definitely suitable!

They assisted with booking us both a group tour(red) and private(green); Turkish night, camel ride and our ride to and from the airport. It was a last minute ask and they far surpassed our expectations. The room was completely spotless! New AC/heat and was very comfortable. Would stay again! Nothing it was great!

Depuis les nombreuses terrasses de l’hôtel nous pouvons voir les montgolfières au lever du soleil. Nous sommes également très bien placés, à quelques minutes à pied du centre-ville. Le petit déjeuner est varié et bon. Tout le personnel est très agréable et de bon conseil. Je recommande vivement. Pour les personnes au sommeil léger, il peut être utile de prendre des boules quies selon la chambre dans laquelle vous séjournez.
