The room was clean and we felt us very comfortable in it. The family, they have the hotel, was very friendly and helpful. They organized for us our days and everything going well. Our Guides from the hotel was very kindly and the tours made so much fun with them. Recommended to stay on this hotel and will have a great time. The people are very kindly. Grateful for this beautiful experience.

It was 4,500 (£22.50) for a morning jeep safari and 11,000 (£55) for a 1hr canoe ride and full day walking, including park entry fees. Surai and Som the walking guides were brilliant.

Thank you, Suraj! - The best part of the stay at the hotel was its owner, Suraj, who is extremely kind and went above and beyond to accommodate me during the stay. He picked me from the tourist bus stop and dropped me on my way back to Kathmandu as well. He even went on to help me retrieve my Apple Watch, which I left at a nearby restaurant. He also helped me book the jungle safari package at a reasonable price for my stay, which is a must-do for anyone who loves wildlife and nature. Overall, the main highlight of my stay was the generosity and kindness of the owner, Suraj, and his wife and their helper, who made me feel at home, and of course, the incredible jungle safari. Thank you, Suraj! I will definitely stay at your place next time in Sauraha. I loved everything except Suraj's dad, who was not inclined to be helpful and even found him a tad rude. I hope this does not turn off other guests at your hotel, Suraj. Also, the dining options could be better. I wish you the best in growing your family business.

- Angelo (10/5): Heerlijk verblijf in Chitwan - Mijn zoon en ik verbleven hier 2 nachten en hebben een geweldige tijd gehad. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door vader en zoon. We hadden gekozen voor een kamer zonder airco en ondanks de hitte was de plafondventilator voor ons voldoende. Via het hotel een Safari tour gepland voor een hele dag. Vooral het eerste dagdeel met de kanotocht en de wandeling door de jungle is ons het meeste bijgebleven. De 2 vriendelijke gidsen met jaren ervaring vertelden gepassioneerd en vol kennis over het Nationale park. De inbegrepen lunch was echt goed. Vooral de gebakken veggie rijst was vinger likkend goed. In de middag de jeep safari gedaan wat wel lekker was met de wind en schaduw. De mensen die in het hotel werkzaam zijn hebben ons allemaal een welkom gevoel gegeven. Van de vader en vooral de zoon ( ik ben helaas zijn naam vergeten) die hun best deden ons daar waar nodig te adviseren of vragen te beantwoorden en foto’s te delen tot de vriendelijke en beleefde jongens die er werken. We werden zelfs onverwachts opgehaald bij een stroomstoring op straat met de motor. Dat was echt tof en de volgende dag werden we naar onze bus opstapplaats gebracht. Wie naar Chitwan National park gaat en een toffe ervaring wil hebben qua verblijf zeker hier verblijven. Het avondeten alsook het ontbijt was prima. Dhanyavad 🙏🏼

From the free pickup and drop-off at the bus station to organizing all the activities, everything was very well arranged. The prices for the tours are very reasonable, and they tailor everything to your preferences. I did a 2-day tour, and it was perfect from start to finish. The hotel itself is very clean, and the food is good. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the city center, which is actually quite pleasant. What I appreciated most was the flexibility and the incredibly warm welcome.

We went on jungle walk and jeep safari with their guide surai, who has been a guide for almost 40 years - we felt very safe the entire time! I think the guide provided by the hotel was even more enthusiastic than I was. It was an unforgettable experience and for the price it was absolutely worth it. The rooms are good and you get what you pay for. I would definitely come back here again, even if it is just to say hello to my new family. We also got a free pickup and drop off at the bus stop. And we booked a really good bus to Kathmandu with the hotel! The hotel does not offer elephant safari to their guest that was also the best part of my stay. Thank you for the awesome stay!

They are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely care about every single guest. From the moment I arrived, they made sure I was taken care of at all times. It honestly feels more like staying with a family than at a hotel. They go above and beyond to help, whether it’s organizing activities in Chitwan National Park, giving advice, or simply making sure you’re comfortable. I can say without exaggeration that I have almost never experienced this level of hospitality in my life. If you’re planning to visit Chitwan National Park, I would recommend this place to anyone without hesitation. It will make your experience even more memorable.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel National Park thanks to the beautiful family that runs the place, Suraj in particular. I arrived with no plans and he helped me to fill my days here with so many incredible ways to see the national park. He organized safari trips for me with guides who are local to the area and truly speak the language of the jungle- super knowledgable, friendly, and kind people. The hotel itself has beautiful outdoor space and balconies, rooms are very clean and well kept, and there is an onsite restaurant with nice food and quick service. The biggest draw is the family-like atmosphere. I immediately felt so welcome, safe, and comfortable here. Great location walking distance to the town but far away enough that there’s plenty of peace and quiet.

- trogden (10/5): Home away from home in Chitwan - Wonderful stay at Hotel National Park. I immediately felt very welcomed and at home by Suraj and his family and staff. Everyone went out of their way to be kind and accommodating, and I felt like they always anticipated my needs before I even said anything! Suraj was super helpful in organizing multiple excursions in the National Park with really knowledgable and friendly local guides. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. There’s nice outdoor space to sit, lots of shared balcony space, and a great on site restaurant. The hotel is only a 10-15 minute walk into town which was perfect for me as it was nice to have peace and quiet but still easily access the town. Overall a great stay that I can highly recommend to anyone visiting Chitwan.
- Tzuching (10/5): - 這間住宿環境非常清幽，周圍被自然景色包圍，整體氛圍讓人感到放鬆舒適。從旅館走到主要街道大約只需要10分鐘，距離不算遠，既能享受安靜，又不會太不方便。老闆人非常熱心親切，如果想參加叢林或其他旅遊行程，也可以請他協助安排，不但介紹得很詳細，收費也相當合理，讓人感到安心。餐點方面也很符合台灣人的口味，特別推薦他們的炒飯和炒麵，味道香而不油膩，吃起來很有家的感覺。整體住宿環境也維持得相當乾淨整潔，房間舒適，讓人可以好好休息。無論是想要放鬆度假，還是安排叢林活動，都是一個值得推薦的住宿選擇。

- Romeo (10/5): They do their best to make your stay memoriable and you can book the jungle safari on arrival - Suraj and his family went above and beyond to look after me. I’m a solo traveller and he booked me into the jeep safari before I even asked because he knew there was only one seat left. I asked to borrow some insect repellant and his father literally went to the shop to pick up a whole bottle for me. The tours were incredible, the tour guides were knowledgeable and I saw loads of wildlife. Even though we all had separate rooms, I felt connected to the other travellers and it felt like a hostel. We had such a lovely stay it felt like a holiday from travelling because everything was taken care of for us! From the minute we got off the bus we were picked up and taken care of, the safari was excellent and they worked with us to find something that would fit our backpacker budget. Rooms were clean and the shower was hot! Can’t recommend it enough.

Total freundliche, höfliche, herzliche Besitzer und Personal — man fühlt sich herzlich willkommen und sehr gut aufgehoben! Im Hotel werden alle mögliche Safaris organisiert— man braucht sich um nichts zu kümmern! Man wird auch vom Busstation abgeholt und hingebracht, ich könnte kostenlos ein Fahrad benutzen , um das Gegend anzuschauen. Man fühlt sich wie Teil der Familie . Beim nächsten Sauraha Besuch definitiv das Hotel wieder!

- Judith (9/5): Eine ideale Bleibe für kleine Gruppen mit kleinerem Geldbeutel und nicht allzu hohen Ansprüchen - Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr freundlich, verbindlich und hilfsbereit. Alle sind jederzeit auf unsere Wünsche und Bedürfnisse eingegangen. Das Hotel ist am Rande von Sauraha gelegen und trotzdem in Fußnähe zum Dorf. Die ZImmer sind individuell auf nepalesische Art eingerichtet und recht gepflegt. Die vom Hotel organisierten Safaritouren haben uns besonders gut gefallen, weil wir in einer kleinen Gruppe unterwegs waren und unsere Führer Mohan und Surya sehr freundlich und kompetent waren. Ausstattung und Komfort ist gut, aber eher einfach. Dafür ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis fantastisch!

- Ashley (10/5): Highly recommend!!! - We stayed at Hotel National Park for 5 nights. We spent 4 days doing activities like Jeep safari, jungle walk, canoeing. Suraj helped us with everything from pick up and drop off to the bus station to booking all the activities, answering our questions. He was extremely flexible and responsive but the best part was his kindness. He has the best vibes as well all the other people at Hotel National Park. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. His wife makes delicious Khana sets, we ate there for almost all our meals and it was very convenient especially after a long day of exploring the National Park. We saw 14 rhinos, 2 sloth bears, tonnes of dears and birds among other things. We did our jungle walk (twice) and Jeep safari (once) with Mohan ( guide). He was very knowledgeable, friendly and he prioritized on keeping us safe at all times. We are so glad that we stayed at Hotel National Park in Chitwan. It was the highlight of our trip in Nepal.
- Satoshi (8/5): 親切なスタッフ、眺めの良いバルコニー - ホテルはとても綺麗で清潔です。バルコニーがたくさんあり、バルコニーからの景色はとても癒されます。スタッフはとても親切で困ったことがあればすぐに対応してくれます。ホテルで料理も注文でき、リーズナブルで美味しかったです。ロケーションも街の中心から歩いて15分程です。夜はやや暗い箇所があるので、20時を超える場合などはタクシーやトゥクトゥクでホテルに帰るのがいいかもしれません。サファリウォークやジープサファリなどのツアーもホテルで斡旋してくれます。時間があれば街の中心で自分でツアーを探してもいいかもしれません。時間がなければ、ホテルでツアーを斡旋してもらってもいいと思います。総じていい宿泊でした。ありがとうございました！

- Naomi (10/5): Super séjour à Chitwan - L’hotel est très bien situé dans Sauraha. C’est un hotel familial et Sauraj a tout fait pour que nous nous sentions comme à la maison. Dès notre arrivée à la bus Station, il est venu nous récupérer. Dès notre arrivée Sauraj, nous a organisé nos différents safaris. Nous n’avons rien à gérer. Juste à suivre nos deux guides : Mohan et Som. Ils sont passionnées et nous nous sommes senti en sécurité pendant nos safaris. Merci !
- Guest (9/5): Toller Aufenthalt! - Tolles Hotel und sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Der Inhaber hat sich um alles gekümmert, wir haben uns stets wohl gefühlt! Auch die Küche, in der seine Frau alles selber zubereitet, war wirklich hervorragend. Ich würde während oder kurz nach der Monsun-Zeit definitiv das nächste Mal ein Zimmer mit Klimaanlage bevorzugen (Der Besitzer hat es uns aber angeboten, also es besteht immer die Möglichkeit, die Zimmer zu tauschen, sollte es nicht ausgebucht sein).
- Emma (9/5): Allotjament molt senzill, però l'organització dels safaris és excel·lent! - El millor, el propietari, un noi jove que viu a la planta baixa amb la seva família, i és l'eficiència personalitzada. Vam arribar a les 13.30h. i a les 13.45h ja érem en un jeeep fent un safari per veure animals!!! Des de que vaig fer la reserva vaig estar en contacte amb ell per whatsapp de manera molt fluida. L'objectiu per venir era visitar el Parc Nacional de Chitwan (hi hem anat en temporada baixa i està tancat, però hem pogut fer safaris excel·lents per les zones adjacents) i ens ho ha organitzat tot només arribar de forma excel·lent i a bon preu, és un crack contractant els safaris! El preu de l'allotjament és més que excel·lent. Hem estat a l'habitació quàdruple de la planta baixa (4 llits individuals) i és molt molt senzilla, sobretot el lavabo, que és molt molt bàsic. Però, l'aire condicionat és excel·lent i l'aigua calenta de la dutxa funciona molt i molt bé. Els llits són una mica durs i no hi ha gaire espai per tenir les 4 maletes obertes. La ubicació no és molt bona perquè no hi ha restaurants a prop, però hem menjat sempre a l'hotel i ens ha anat molt bé. Sens dubte repetirem quan hi tornem en temporada alta! Brother, gràcies per tot!!

He helped me book a Canoe Tour and Jungle walking for a very good price. Mohan and Ramesh were very good guides in the National Park. Furthermore he helped me book a Jeep Safari and organized a Tuk Tuk driver for my way to the bus station. All in all he was very helpful as just genuinely a very nice human being
