- Roderick (7/5): Overall I am happy to have chosen this inn to stay for a couple of days - The location is great
The property is very clean
24x7 great service The mattress needs replacing - old and uncomfortable
- Leo (7/5): Idéale pour très court séjour pas chère - Le prix L’emplacement
- gary (8/5): -
- Milo (1/5): STAY CLEAR - DO NOT STAY HERE. EVERYTHING IS DIRTY AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU. STAFF ARE HORRIBLE ANYTHING
- Vicky (8/5): -
- Lesley (5/5): -
- Paula (1/5): Checked out after 20 minutes - Staff friendly Facilities lacking, smelt of grease and shared toilets dirty
- Segun (7/5): - Good low cost hide out Allowing people come in with sound system, play loud music and making noise till eleven pm when it's not an hotel with a lounge
- Abdul (10/5): One night in Newcastle. - Convenient location (for me anyway). Free car parking. Nothing really. But i think maybe a small fridge in the room would be good.
- Rhys (6/5): -
- Anthony (8/5): -
- Georgia (1/5): - Nothing It was a hostel no toilets in rooms was scruffy has cobwebs all over no shower in room
- emmerson (8/5): -
- Ellie (5/5): - It's not an awful hotel, its a good value for money. As it is somewhere to sleep
Staff were lovely and room was clean.
If your looking for a bed to sleep on a budget here is definitely a shout We ended up up buying an electric heater for our room as it was so cold, but after that we were fine. It was an experience but I dont think I would go back here.
- Coltman (8/5): -
- Anthony (7/5): - Great location Only 1 plug in room

- michael (10/5): -

- emmerson (8/5): - Nice clean room with free WiFi, comfortable beds, very friendly and helpful staff 10am check out
- Mrs T (2/5): - Front desk staff No sleep. Foisty. Its a contractor, portocabin with smokers foul mouthed multi lingual individuals right outside my room. I was very uneasy and scared to close eyes. Very cheap you get what you pay for but you pay for sleep and I couldn't sleep. If you're a trucker or used to camping book its a pkace and chain I will never ever use again. Choose due to last minute flight change but seriously get airport hotel. That 40 quid extra is worth it

- Luciana (9/5): -
- Black (10/5): -
- Callum (8/5): -
- Lee (7/5): Convenient but at a cost to comfort - Convenient for my journey Bed was very lumpy mattress was barely a mattress and the windows were poor at keeping the noise out
- Whitworth (1/5): No sleep - Staff were polite and very nice Bathrooms dirty and bed was dangerous with a bit of wood to hold it together which could feel under the mattress, DID NOT SLEEP WELL!

- Sethi (7/5): -
- Cerys (1/5): -
- Spencer (1/5): Terrible - Nothing much Cleanliness, uncomfortable, not visual appealing
- Sam (4/5): Other rude geusts ruined the stay - Free parking Noisy
People running around the corridors all night long from 12am till 9 am, shouting slamming doors
Beds are slightly uncomfortable
Get what you pay for
- Macdougall (7/5): -
- Amy (4/5): Was fine for a quick stop but would not return as could have had better quality for similar price - I loved the location and staff were very accommodating and lovely. There was gum stuck to the roof of our bed , we were told it was a smoking room and then when we arrived told it would be a fine if we smoked ( didn’t mind not smoking however if we pay for one thing we expect that’s it was a big factor ) room was cold even with heater on for hours
- Jack (5/5): Bed and room were clean, toilets were okay but we did however find a poop in the shower all good for the quick stay and - It was near city centre Poop in the shower…
- Tamira (1/5): -
- Robert (10/5): -
- Keira (10/5): -
- kelly (8/5): -
- malcolm (6/5): You get what you pay for. - Location is good, near shops, metro train station for access to airport and city centre. Many food establishments nearby. Toilets and shower sharing is not very good. The self cleaning pods are aged and not very good.
Also a few rooms had young men running around the corridors shouting and laughing and settling the smoke alarm off which affects all rooms. This was reported but only women staff were present and failed to act on this behaviour. The room was cold when we arrived, no pre heating.
- Ollie (1/5): -
- Vicky (10/5): Best place in Newcastle - It is great for the price and the staff are a mazing booing soon again They was nothing I didn't like
- Shaukat (5/5): -

- Grace (10/5): Lovely staff, lovely facilities! - Such lovely staff who went above and beyond to help us with any queries we asked, even washed and dried our clothing for us. The room was nice and cosy with tea and coffee facilities that could be replenished at anytime upon asking. There was also a guest kitchen where we could store and make our own food which I found was very helpful and had never seen in any other hotels.
- Jobn (1/5): I thought I was staying in a prison i didnt even stay and staff not complying with wat i told them - Nowt Nwt
- Eddie (3/5): -
- Jordan (5/5): -
- Angela (7/5): -

- kevin (2/5): -
- Marcus (8/5): Very good for the money I paid - The very welcoming friendly staff and easy parking and the tv with multiple channels that actually worked, bed was clean and very comfortable, I enjoyed my stay here would definitely book again if I was in the area. Not that important but would be good if the room was en-suite but for what I paid I was more than happy with it.
- Meikle (8/5): - Great room qwirky hotel comfy bed good artwork
Hotel difficult to find but luckily the bus driver knew where it was
No breakfast but you can buy it at the restaurant next door if needed The toilets are strange like portloos from a building site
- Vincent (5/5): Good value ,convenient location , but I am over 80 years old and need the bathroom on average 2 time - The Room was clean and good value for money Shared Bathrooms , but to be fare I knew this when I booked the room.
- Naomi (1/5): Shit hole - Nothing It was the most dirty, disgusting run down basic shit hole I have ever been to
Blood in the mattress , the bed broken, dirty sheet on the top bunk & ladder broken
Screaming and shouting with loud music being played at 11pm
We left, we stayed for 15 mins before I put the kids in the car and drove away…
Horrible place
- Febby (5/5): The place was noisy , never like shared toilets and bathrooms - Location is close to the city centre , the towels were clean , parking Other residents from other rooms were making noise , some left the toilet dirty , I didn’t like shared toilets and bathrooms ,the rooms are too small
- John (5/5): Fair value for the money, a suitable place to rest after a flight before the journey home. - Accessibility was fair, easy to get to via car from airport. Mattress was uncomfortable, could feel the springs, could use a mattresses topper or replaced. Also I didn’t really like the idea of shared toilet and shower, I wasn’t really clear on that when I booked.

- Sean (8/5): -
- Kristopher (5/5): Cheap for a reason - Cheap in a good location Uncomfortable bed. Smoke alarms beeping 24/7 asked to have it fixed as soon as I checked in. Wasn’t fixed three days later. Couldn’t sleep with it going off. Checked out a day early due to this.
