• Arthur (10/5): Grandioos en Mega verzorgt. - Een super vriendelijke en toegewijde Host Barbara. Een fantastisch ontvangst. Een grandioos ingericht B&B op een bijzondere plek. Het ontbijt is om van te dromen. Je kunt hier absoluut meerdere dagen verblijven. En de lokatie is centraal voor het Como gebied. Wij gaan hier zeker weer terug komen. Omdat het zo warm was (36) mis je een airconditioning. Maar dat heeft Barbara zeer goed opgelost met een mobiele airco en vin.
• Markus (10/5): Sehr glücklich - Sowas zu finden darf als Geschenk gewertet werden. Ich wage fast zu sagen, dass in der kurzen Zeit eine Art Freundschaft entstanden ist. Alles und mehr wie erwartet und versprochen da. Eine Wohlfühl Atmosphäre, die gar nicht selbstverständlich ist und die rein durch die wundervolle Gastgeberin entstanden ist. • Armin (9/5): - Appartement spacieux, propre et bien équipé. Parking disponible devant l'appartement. Accueil très chaleureux et petit déjeuner au top. Pour le diner la propriétaire nous a réservé une table dans un resto au bord du lac, ambiance et repas fantastique, encore merci beaucoup.
• Max (9/5): - Barbara war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Hund brauchte einen Arzt und sie half uns dabei. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Der Raum ist groß und toll organisiert. Der war angenehm kühl.
• Hendrik (10/5): Barbara is een schat, en het appartement is top. - Super ontvangen door Barbara. Wat een lief mens. Helpt je waar ze maar kan. Appartementje zit alles in wat je nodig hebt. Alleen jammer dat er geen airco was met 36 graden. Maar was met een ventilator uiteindelijk goed te doen. ‘s morgens komt ze een super ontbijt brengen in een mand. Je krijgt het niet op, zo veel is het. Locatie is wat minder. Er is in de omgeving niks te doen. En het meertje waar het aan ligt is niet het schoonste water. Ik heb er zeker niet in gezwommen.

• Amalia (10/5): Amazing place! Amazing host! - Barbara was very very nice and very communicative . The apartment is very nice and very good equipped. The parking in front of the apartment entrance was very convenient. The breakfast was superb!!!!! Barbara ask us in advanced about our breakfast preferences . She also informed us about the summer festival - that was amazing!! The wifi in the bedroom wasn’t so strong.

We stayed at her apartment for 2 nights and really enjoyed eventhing that Barbara provided for us. The breakfast was very plentyful and delicious, including the frying eggs with bacon that Barbara's mom prepared by herself for us. When we checked out, Barbara even prepared a big bag to offer us to carry out the food for our travel. We realy appreciated. Beatiful and peace town and house. Kitchen is fully equipped as well various seasoning. Washing machine is very helpful. It is free parking. It is convenient to drive from there to Como Lake. Barbara also gave us very clear and helpful information and instruction to let us know how to play in Como Lake area. Everything is great and we loved to stay. She was an excellent host and I would choose her again for a next travel in this area. It was quiet, comfortable and just what we needed after our trip. It was very cold in the appartment at first, plus we couldn't make the heating work well. It took us a while to make it work. After that, it was very nice and cozy.

First - the communication of the owner before the trip was very clear nice and positive. Instructions, pictures for the way and - all perfect. English is very good and very easy to follow, not just for stay but for all different topics!!! Second - the place - it is just great - very clean, very comfy, very pleasant place - just perfect. The things (beds, stoves, kitchenware, etc.) - are all of perfect conditions. Also very calm and great for sleep - we had perfect sleeps. Breakfast -it is written a lot there, yet it is enough for the whole day and food is just delight!!! Third- very good place for pet (we had an old dog with us!!!) - all is nice and cosy for pets too!!! It is indeed plus. Perfect place overall for traveling and hiking around Como lake and the area close to Lecco. Very calming and easy for shopping and going around!!! Thank you Barbara and we very much like to return to your great place - it is like at Home feeling! It is not I do not like it, I do like it - it was very easy and clear - but in case you come with either big or long car - you may have issues with parking close to the house. With support of Barbara (again very clear and helpful communication) I could park my Combi Car with no issues (in case you have wide or extra long car - you need to park outside ca 100 m away).
• Monica (9/5): Homely, heartwarming, meticulous. Best host and apartment of all my solo travel journeys so far. - The breakfast was so well thought-out and packed that it became my lunch as well. An assortment of fresh traditional bread from the village bakery nearby, plus dessert (pudding, yoghurt etc.), tea, juice, and more if you request it. There were many flavours of croissant to choose from - if it's Barbara serving you she would ask you the day before which flavours you would like. It's very homely - Barbara is like a friend and when I said I wanted to cook, she gave me a jar of homemade tomato sauce. The kitchen was also well-stock with pasta, beer, milk and snacks, and it was even more equipped than my own kitchen - cutlery, coffee machine, oven, cooking utensils etc. Barbara reached out before the actual reservation to make sure I got to the B&B okay. I wasn't aware that it was really tricky to get there by public transport (Google Maps could only tell me so much in rural Italy). I messaged Barbara about having trouble getting there and she picked me up from the bus station and even gave me a car ride. The villa was quaint and people were friendly - it's a truly homely place. The apartment was massive and designed meticulously too - you have the whole living room, kitchen, master bedroom and toilet to yourself. Not much at all. The WiFi was unfortunately unstable halfway through a work meeting but Barbara had done everything she could to optimise the WiFi given that the B&B was in a small village. The public transport was unpredictable - apparently the bus that could get us the closest to the B&B stop running at around 5pm, so keep that in mind if you'd like to get there via public transport. However, Barbara would also help arrange taxi rides that are very reasonably priced.
• Leonardo (9/5): Superb - Very friendly and helpful staff. Immersive experience in the architecture of a small village, with really nice surroundings. Spacious, fully furnished apartment. I had issues with my mobile data connection, but it might have been related to my specific mobile operator.
