- Ayaha (10/5): - 女の1人旅行で2泊しました。レビューでモーテルと書いていたので少し心配でしたが余計な心配でした。 まず建物自体は築年数を感じるもののお部屋は綺麗に保たれており、駅近でホテルの近くにコンビニが2つ、最寄駅にはロッテマート、手軽に安く泊まる場所として私としては最適だと感じました。 1番感動したのはスタッフの方々の対応です。ペダル民族でご飯を注文した際に、間違えてデリバリーではなく現地受け取りにしてしまったのですが、状況のわからない私に対して翻訳アプリを通して教えてくれ、最終的に店舗へ車で受け取りに行ってくださいました。 これはホテルのサービスというよりかは、スタッフの方々の人柄によるものだったと思っています(皆さんずっと笑顔で話しかけやすかったです)。また韓国へ1人旅行をする際には泊まらせていただきたいなと思うほど温かい対応でした。韓国大好き！！
- NAOMI (6/5): - 駅から近く、MOTELのようなホテルで、建物は古いですが、掃除はきちんとされてました。夜中の2時に到着しましたが、対応も良かったです。最初にスキンケアセットを受付でくれます。タオル交換は毎回受付で新しいタオルをもらいました。冷蔵庫にジュースと水が用意されてました。寝泊まりするだけなら、安くていいと思います。
- Russell (10/5): - Staff always welcoming, very understanding with arrival from incheon airport. The non-smoking room is nice and clean, AC works great especially during hot seasons, it's relatively quiet from the background noise outside such as the trains passing by. There isn't much of a view from the window but if that doesn't bother you its a solid option to stay. The location of the hotel is near the station and underground subway so it is very accessible. There are plenty of nearby convenient store, cafe and restaurant in the area and there's also the lotte department store which is at the station. Would recommend as a budget traveller.
- Brianna Mae (8/5): - 31 Page is in a convenient location for getting to other areas in Seoul. The room was clean and comfortable. It is next to the train lines, but I wasn't particularly bothered by noise. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place to sleep with cool decor.
- TUTOMU (2/5): - 思っているよりとても狭いです。寝るしか出来ません。2日滞在でアメニティは1日分しか貰えず僕も確認しなかったのが悪かったのですが一泊料金が倍になっていたので予約の際は必ず料金を確認した方がいいです。東大門区からも遠いのでその周辺を目当ての方なら他にした方がいいです。
- Aung Thu (4/5): - The room is smaller than I expected and there weren’t two large towers for two people and the bathtub looks awful.Also there is no daily cleaning service for free and they said that you have to pay for it for cleaning.The room is not soundproof and you can hear noises from outside. The only positive thing is you can access Netflix.

- Charlene (10/5): - The small hotel is charming - I enjoyed the back garden area and the soft music, and the hot water in the lobby. It's a 3 minute walk to Cheongnyangni station, and from there you can get almost everywhere within 1/2 hour. My room was compact but had everything I needed and was Extra hangers were provided on request. I like the area, very walkable. There are cafes, bakeries and convenience stores every block, on both sides of the boulevard. And the staff were SO nice - friendly and helpful! Basic English was understood and spoken by a few, and for the few that didn't, a translation app worked fine. I'd definitely recommend!

- KAI CHEN (8/5): 地點方便的旅店～價格實惠 - 離火車站非常近，對於要坐火車去江原道的很方便～ 旅館需要17:00才可以check in這一點有點怪異！房間服務人員都算友善 房間大小設備都還可以，不過廁所設計很怪，先淋浴才到馬桶～非常奇怪設計！暖氣需要跟櫃檯拿小台暖氣，當時遇到寒流很需要 價格非常實惠地點很好，不過火車經過都會聽到明顯聲音

- AYAKO (8/5): 立地は抜群 - 清涼里駅が近く立地は抜群です。ホテルは清潔ですが、タオルの交換やゴミの回収などは頼まないとしてもらえません。フロントに行けば、いつでもタオルを貰えるので、それほど不便は感じませんでした。

- ｙｈ (6/5): - テレビ・電気など、すべてが一定の時間を過ぎると消えてしまう点や、お部屋の掃除がフロントに申し出ないとやって頂けない事を知らされていなかったので、結果滞在中は1度だけの清掃をして頂いた事、ラブホテルなのを知らされていなかったことなどが、残念でした。ただ、フロントの方々は、全員が素晴らしく親切で丁寧で、人の面では最高でした。
- Verified traveler (2/5): - 駅に近いと表記してあったが、遠かった。2人部屋なのに部屋がかなり狭く、スーツケースが広げられない。電車の音がうるさい（耳栓の貸し出しがある）。クローゼットがない。バスマットがない。ベットはマットレスがコンクリートの床に敷いてあって汚い。その上、板のように固い。エアコンの操作がテレビのリモコンと同じリモコンで、全て韓国語表記のため操作が全く分からず暖房が入れられなかった。日本人には不向き。
- ok gyu (6/5): 편리한교통과깔끔한 침구 - 위치상 교통은 아주 편리합니다. 방은 깨끗한 편이었습니다. 침구류는 잘 건조된 기분좋은 냄새가 났습니다. 침대는 단단한편이었지만 불편하지는 않았습니다. 단 한가지 마음에 걸리는것은 바퀴벌레 그림이 그려진 에프킬라가 있는것뿐이었습니다. 나타날수도 있으니 직접 잡으라고 하는 의미일까요? 그전에 세스코라도 부르는것이 어떨런지요. 작은방치고는 세로로 기다란 창문이 있어서 답답함이 덜했습니다. 그리고 간간히 기차소리가 들리기는 합니다.

- Yuko (8/5): 電車好きにオススメの宿 - 部屋の窓が大きくそこから見えるのは線路。そしてその窓の横にドーンとバスタブがあります。大きな駅のすぐ近くで、路線が沢山あるので次々電車が入って来るのを眺めながらお風呂に浸かってマッコリを一杯！(真似をしないで下さい！)ただベットのマットが硬すぎて私には合わなかった… ちょっと寝不足。スタッフはいつ何時も笑顔でした。ありがとうございました。
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The staff were nice, free bottled water and beverages, a free bag of snacks and free amendities. My room was so dark!! I couldn’t even read a book during the day or night. It’s just extremely dark. The washroom smells, but that’s what I’ve noticed about a lot of the washrooms in Korea. I think it’s the design of the drainage. Anyway, the window was broken and there was a bloody mosquito hanging on the ceiling. Again, it’s probably too dark in there for the cleaners to clean the room probably. Anyway, It’s a good property, just make sure you ask for a bright room. Lots of food options in the area and very close to the MRT station.
