• Walter (10/5): High value with only the one lower rating. That was not coveting cleaning staff that were very pleasant and seemed happy - Clean. Spacious. Good amenities. Price. Unfortunately for that area an enormous snowfall had occurred earlier. The areas roads and streets are a mess. It costs money but better clearing would have been a help.

• Merdan (9/5): Enjoyed my stay at this cozy place. - Room had everything you need for a short stay, mini refrigerator, microwave, some utensils and etc. has attached restaurant for an evening meal. Had early breakfast available, basic but sufficient and enough N/a

• Blakeley (10/5): - Staff are excellent and accomodating to requests. Clean, relaxing, and super comfortable hotel. The restaurant is not fully open for breakfast - continental only - however the coffee is very good.

The continental breakfast the best of any hotel we stayed at. Great variety, fresh, clean area and very good. I highly recommend this hotel

• Elizabeth (8/5): - King bed room was clean. The most comfortable bed and pillows ever! Good internet. Friendly and helpful staff. Maintenance issue was fixed right away. Continental breakfast was adequate but I wish they would have instructions posted about how long to heat breakfast items in the microwave. Hallway was very noisy in the late evening and again around 1 am.

• Robert (6/5): - the breakfast buffet had a good variety of choices they held our damage deposit for 3 days and when I called to ask why it was still showing on my account, they said it was up to my bank to cancel the transaction, which, of course, is false since the charge was on my credit card.

• Dvd (10/5): - Great rooms really comfortable and easy access for the area which makes it a convenience. Stop for one night or more if one was to choose.
• David (10/5): - Grill not working first day so no restaurant. Short staff Sat and Sunday so one person had to look after breakfast and front desk. Surely someone could help for first hours of day

Didn’t seem to know what an ice bucket was as this was missing from my room the whole time I was there. Business centre wasn’t working. Staff suggested I could email to them and they would print it off. Didn’t feel it was secure.

• Colin (6/5): - This was once a nice property but has fallen into disrepair (worn furniture, needs painting, some rooms musty smelling). Some of the desk staff are openly apathetic. That said, it’s the only option in within 100km that isn’t gross. For that reason alone, will repeat.

And people walking down the hallway in the morning, it literally woke both me and the hubby up at 6am cause it was so noisy

The night desk clerk said that he would deal with it and deal with Expedia. He knew I was tires after a long drive and took that burden off my shoulders. Well done.

Also, storing cleaning equipment in the lobby under the open stairwell detracted from the calibre of facility it was.

• Alex (10/5): Another satisfying stay - We had wanted a 4 night stay but weekdays were fully booked. We kept checking and managed to get a king room for 2 nights. The experience was comparable to our previous stays but there was a bonus this time - the restaurant was open for dinner. As so many people know, the Nova Manning is the best place to stay north of Peace River.

Another guest booked a suite and they did not give it To them . Another couple were given their room and when they opened the door it was already occupied.

• Corey (6/5): - Room was modern, clean and very comfortable. Internet access was free but un-usable due to connectivity issues. After dropping my connection several times in a few minutes I was forced to abandon the hotel wifi and connect through my phone. It was useless.
