Estuvimos tres adultos y estuvimos muy bien. Maurizio nos respondio a todas las dudas perfectamente y estuvo pendiente de nosotros. Totalmente recomendable Todo estuvo bien

Assenza del bidet e soprattutto non ci è piaciuto l’ episodio di questa mattina:avevamo il check out alle ore 11:00, eravamo praticamente pronti per uscire magari con un piccolo ritardo di 10 minuti,il proprietario ha bussato ripetutamente e ha provato ad entrare in casa, con noi dentro,pur dicendogli che stavo arrivando, per aprirgli la porta.Non l’abbiamo assolutamente trovata una cosa molto carina!!!

• LINA (5/5): - Vieta pakankamai gera, keliolika min. pėstute iki Šv. Marko aikštės, šalia vietinė kepyklėlė, bariukai, netoli parduotuvė. Viešnagė šiuose apartamentuose paliko dvejopus įspūdžius. Iš pirmo žvilgsnio vieta atrodė jauki, tačiau pabuvus pasirodė, kad patalpos nėra iki galo sutvarkytos ar buvo skubotai remontuotos – sienose ir lubose matėsi plytos, patalynė turėjo dėmių, o vonios kambaryje tvyrojo drėgmės kvapas. Vidinis kiemelis pasirodė mažas ir kiek užgriozdintas, todėl nesinorėjo ten leisti vakaro. Galbūt tai vietinės autentikos dalis, bet visgi labiausiai pasigedome švaros – atrodė, kad apartamentai seniai nebuvo tinkamai išvalyti.
• Christine (5/5): Triste et Déçue - L'emplacement du logement est plutôt bien situé, dans une impasse. Il y fzit calme, ce que je recherche a chaques séjours dans Venise. Le logement est sombre, au rez-de-chaussée de chaussée mais il y sent l'humidité. Le strict minimum, un petit divan, pas de radio, pas de télé. Le lit basique, la salle de bain n'a rien a voir avec les photos... il y a de la moisissure. Avec des soucis de respiration, c'est pas top. Il y fait poussiéreux et vraiment vieux. Dommage

• Chong Han (10/5): - Centralized location, accessible to both San Macro and F.te Nove terminal. The host is very helpful and accommodating when we request early check-in and late check-out. Clean room with nice little courtyard. Thank you. Highly recommend! Lots of mosquito, but the host provides mosquito coils and net.

• Magdalena (10/5): - Mieszkanie ma świetną lokalizację, w spokojnej, klimatycznej części Wenecji, z dala od turystycznego zgiełku. Wyposażone we wszystko co potrzebne. Właściciel bardzo miły i pomocny. Mogłoby być troszkę lepiej posprzątane – w niektórych miejscach było widać zaniedbania, zwłaszcza w łazience i kuchni. Nie wpłynęło to znacząco na komfort pobytu, ale warto to poprawić.

• Aidan (8/5): Weekend break - All you need for a weekend. The apartment is in a great location, quiet , just 5 minutes walk to the boats, restaurants and bars. The bed was comfortable, warm water for showers. The host was very helpful and responsive. Not the host fault but the location on booking.com isn’t correct, it’s takes you 15 minutes walk in the wrong direction. The towels didn’t smell great.

Didn't like how cold it was in the apartment. We had issues with mosquitoes as well.

• Anonymous (7/5): The location is not perfect, but the value was great and our host was very kind and helpful! - The bang for your buck here is unbeatable in Venice. There’s no way around it: Venice is expensive. We’re not exactly budget travelers, but we’re not throwing money around like crazy either, so this was a great compromise. Additionally, despite its slightly out of the way location, we felt completely safe in the area, even walking back to the apartment late at night. The apartment is located a bit out of the way in the Castello district of Venice, a 35-40 minute walk from the train station and a 20 or so minute walk from St. Mark’s Square. If you’re willing to walk and don’t have tons of luggage to deal with (we only had carryons), that shouldn’t be a problem. The only other thing to be aware of is that it’s an old building: it’s not perfectly clean. It certainly wasn’t dirty, but I’ve stayed in cleaner places as well.

The instructions to check in and out were really simple and easy. Great experience It wasn’t really close to some important parts of Venice, but it’s good to walk a few minutes so it’s not really a bad thing.
