• Antoba1969 (10/5): Appartamento curato e confortevole, con metro sotto casa - Splendida accoglienza da parte dei proprietari, davvero disponibili e gentili. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario e molto curato nei dettagli. La posizione del palazzo, di fronte alla metro A, rende questa sistemazione comodissima per raggiungere tutti i luoghi iconici del centro di Roma, senza rinunciare a vivere un' atmosfera di quartiere, meno turistica e affollata. Da consigliare sicuramente! Nulla. Davvero comodo. Sicuramente ci piacerebbe tornare. Nelle vicinanze ci sono anche molti locali e negozi con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
• antioco (10/5): Esperienza sopra le aspettative - Appartamento molto carino, curato e molto pulito i proprietari ci hanno accolto di persona e sono stati molto disponibili per tutto. Posizione ottima,il portone d’ingresso praticamente davanti alla metro. Nessuna nota negativa
• Dmitrijs (10/5): - Понравилась отличная локация — рядом метро, что очень удобно для передвижения. Также рядом есть бесплатная парковка для автомобиля. Завтрак можно было взять в кафе прямо внизу здания — это большой плюс. Дружелюбная хозяйка. И было особенно приятно, что при заселении в холодильнике нас ждали холодные напитки.

• Octavian (10/5): Great, thank you - Breakfast was something light, a coffee and a bakery product enough to get you your day start at a coffee place close to the apartment. . The Metro station is 5 meter from the buildings main entrance, plenty of free parking around the area, apartment provided free coffee and some snacks. Clean, quiet. Overall great price comparing the other options. We will return here if visiting Roma again.

The breakfasts and coffee were delicious, and the room was clean and beautifully maintained. The location is very convenient, especially with the metro nearby. • Carrillo (10/5): Lovely Studio Near Metro & City Center - It’s a beautifully renovated studio in a great location, with the subway station right below the building (Line A), very convenient and only minutes away from the city center. The apartment is in a really nice and safe area, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and a grocery store nearby. The apartment is very comfortable and quiet, with a small kitchenette where you can cook and eat. The bed is very comfortable, and we had a great night’s sleep. Livia and Gabriele are really sweet and went out of their way to accommodate us. We’ll definitely book their apartment next time we visit Rome. We loved our stay.

• Antonela (10/5): - Apartman je nadmašio sva očekivanja, lokacija je idealna - stanica Colli Albani metro linije A je doslovno ispred ulaznih vrata, kvart je siguran i ima sve što vam je potrebno na par metara. Ono što nas je oduševilo je besprijekorna čistoća cijelog apartmana, zaista je rijetko da se netko toliko potrudi oko svojih gostiju. Veliki plus je i terasa na kojoj smo pili prefinu kavu koju nam je Livia ostavila (i ponekad slušali violinu iz stana prekoputa :)). Također smo dobili kupone za super doručak u obližnjem bistrou (paniniji, kroasani, kava, cijeđeni sok…). Kako kažu - svi putevi vode u Rim, a nama je drago što nas je naš doveo baš tu. Livia i Gabriel - divni ste i hvala na svemu! :)

• Emanuela (10/5): Confortevole, nuovissimo pieno di attenzioni - Accoglienza calorosa, appartamento nuovo, ben ristrutturato, comodissimo in palazzo elegante. Tutti i comfort. Situato vicino a ristoranti e supermercati, con stazione metro sotto casa e varie linee di Bus. Ci è piaciuto tutto, soprattutto le attenzioni.

• Muda (10/5): Superb - The apartment is new, very clean and in a very good location. As you go outside the apartment door, there are the stairs to the metro station and the bus stations are just 1 - 2 minutes away walking. The apartment was spacious. The kitchen had all the things you need for a stay, with free coffee, tea and water as well. The host was super helpful and kind, answering all our questions. Totally recommend this place! Nothing, everything was great.
• Zahradník (10/5): Exceptional - We had a wonderful stay at the Colli Albani apartment. The place was spotlessly clean, nicely furnished, and located in a pleasant, quiet area. The air conditioning was a big plus during the hot days. The location is perfect – right next to the metro station, which made it super easy to get around Rome. A special bonus was the amazing breakfast at the café across the street – delicious every morning! We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend this apartment to others.
