• Daniela (5/5): No volvería - La recepcionista y personal es bastante amable, lo bueno es que te preparan un boxlunch bien completo para los trekking El baño de mujeres compartido no tenía espacio en las duchas, las piezas son muy chicas con mala ventilación, no tienen ni perchero para colgar tus cosas y la cama estaba llena de pelos, y me tocó al frente del baño de los hombres por lo que siempre que pasaba olía mal.

• Tsveta (9/5): Great stay- lovely and kind owners, big room - I spent 1 night there (like most places in Chile as I travelled around a lot). The beds were comfy. The owner is very friendly and nice man. The room I reserved had its own bathroom and toilet. It was facing the Main Street- it has blinds. I personally like light in my room when I sleep. At night it gets cold-ish but the room was good temperature. They were very nice and had prepared a breakfast pack for me to take with me when I leave- a sandwich, coffee cup with coffee to make, and some snacks). Really kind of them. They also accept card payments (if you need to pay by card). The only reason I did not rebook for my stay back in Puerto Fatales is that I needed a kitchen. I booked a hostel with a kitchen so I can cook my own meals. I have allergies and with the hiking trips I did- I needed to bring the food with me. Cleanliness could be a bit better but you need to remember a lot of those places people sweep rooms (do not use hoovers). The bathroom just needs a bit of bleach and will be perfect.
• Maria (8/5): Good location. Friendly and helpful staff. - Quite central but in a quiet spot. Near to 2 supermarkets and various restaurants and 5 min to the central plaza. About 1,2 K from the bus terminal, walkable even at 6 am to catch the bus to Torres del Paine. A number of rooms are internal, so no outside window. Showers good. Breakfast sufficient, much better after 9 am when rolls and ayuya are (sometimes on request) available, otherwise dreadful, tasteless , cardboard white only.

• Julian (8/5): Günstig, abgewohnt, Frühstück schlecht - Hostel in guter Lage, Zimmergröße auch ok, vor allem in Relation zum Preis, Betten recht weich, Zustand des Bads etwas abgewohnt. Nicht gut war jedoch das Frühstück im Militärstil. Jeder bekommt ein Tablett mit metallischem Müslischälchen und genau zwei halbe Scheiben Käse und Schinken. Insbesondere letzter war von schlechter Qualität. Alles in allem ohne Frühstück dem Preis sehr angemessen.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Good option. - Good option for the price, clean, comfortable, good location, full breakfast is offered. My husband left his expensive binoculars and some coins and they held them for us. Husband was grateful and happy.

• Noelle (10/5): Great, Bright Rooms & Clean! - This is a great little hotel in downtown Puerto Natales, at a great price! Upstairs rooms are spacious, bright & sunny, & Wi-Fi worked really well! I skipped breakfast b/c I left early to hike in Torres del Paine, so I can’t speak about that ~ but staff was lovely & held my bags. A great stay!
