Guest Reviews
- Celjan (10/5): A stunning villa with unbeatable views and all the comforts of home - Our favourite stay during our three-week trip through Italy — a spacious, beautifully equipped villa with a fantastic kitchen, stunning backyard views, and a perfect location near restaurants, shops, and the bus to Amalfi and Positano. The only minor downsides were the tight parking for larger vehicles and a slightly tricky key handoff due to limited network connectivity in the area (though Wi-Fi in the villa worked perfectly).
- Geordie (8/5): - Everything was perfect except for the beds ! The beds were very stiff
- Pui (8/5): A charming escape nestled in a picturesque Italian town. - Beautiful Italian home, spacious and accommodating. The shower was cold in the mornings, only hot water in the evening. 1 working hair dryer for a 3 room villa.

- Daniel (10/5): A beautiful house in a great location, a quieter option than Positano or Amalfi, Domenico supplied loads of useful local - Location was great, a lot less busy than neighbouring towns/cities, lovely views and garden area, handy to bus stops and shops, very clean and well equipped. The pictures do not do the property justice, it was even better than pictured. Domenico was always available and responsive to any questions and had loads of useful local advice and information
- Sean (10/5): Exceptional - location, vista y and spacious home
- Karen (9/5): Superb -
- Kellyann (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nicola (10/5): beautiful villa in a gorgeous location. - the property is stunning and the view is second to none. we really enjoyed our stay. It’s good to know you need to use buses to get out of the village if you don’t have a car.
- Byllie (10/5): Casa Michara is the perfect base for a large group/family to explore Praiano and the Amalfi Coast. - The house - fantastic facility with modern, clean bathrooms and a chef's kitchen. The bedrooms were large and included plenty of storage. Two of the bedrooms included balconies, and while the third was an interior room it had natural light and worked well for our needs. The bathrooms were large and recently renovated. The terrace was amazing, and provided views of the sea, Amalfi Coast, and Capri in the distance. There was a large outdoor dining table and lounge seating. The full southern sun also made it easy to dry laundry on the terrace. The terrace was almost completely private except for one other apartment that could overlook it. Other than that, we hardly felt like we had neighbors. The kitchen had everything we could need, including several coffee making options, a microwave, gas stove/oven, and dishwasher. There were plenty of dishes and cooking and serving utensils and pots and pans. If you plan to cook for yourself, you can't get a better kitchen than this one. Also, Praiano ended up being the perfect spot to explore the coast without as many tourists nearby. There were many great restaurants within a 5 minute walk. One of us has mobility issues and the location right on the main road made it easy for us to get around without having to navigate many stairs. There were some challenges with the heat (it was cold much later this year than most) and hot water. But the host Domenico was very responsive and made sure to get everything working again quickly. We will absolutely return to this property when visiting the Amalfi Coast.
