• Mary Lynn (7/5): - Feeling Eduardo VII is a great location right beside a Metro station. This makes for easy transport around the city and to the airport. It isn’t in the old town of Lisbon but was perfect for a one night before leaving town. It is housed in an older building so it has some charm. The staff were very friendly and had some snacks on our arrival. We weren’t able to enjoy the breakfast as we had to leave for the airport. There is no AC unit and I imagine it would be quite warm there in the summer months. We were able to open the window for some cooling night air.

• Rosa Maria (10/5): Uma estadia maravilhosa. - De tudo,mas principalmente de Beatriz,pois eu já me hospedei em vários hotéis e B&B em Portugal,e nunca vi uma pessoa tão carinhosa e atenciosa com os clientes,do hotel também é excepcional,limpíssimo,as comodidades são excelentes,a cama e travesseiros não podiam ser melhores,eles deixam o dia inteiro na sala de breakfast a nossa disposição cafe,chá ,bolo,frutas,biscoitos,enfim não podia ser melhor nossa estadia,quem não fizer questão de luxo,mas de conforto e atenção deve se hospedar no Feeling Eduardo VII,todas as vezes que voltar à Lisboa,tenho certeza que voltarei a me hospedar no Eduardo VII,parabéns também ao gerente Nuno pela direção maravilhosa ! Não tem estacionamento no prédio , mas é compreensível pois a maioria não tem.
• Laura (9/5): Muy bien ubicado y conectado, además de tener muy buenas comodidades. - Está muy bien ubicado, no solo por el metro si no porque en frente hay un Corte Inglés con supermercado, lo que hace que te salve alguna comida. Además, está en frente también de un parque enorme, dónde poder descansar, el cuál además tiene un par de museos y cafeterías. Lo único que no nos gustó es que el baño a pesar de ser muy espacioso, la ducha es algo pequeña y claustrofóbica. Sin embargo, no es nada que sea malo. La habitación, el desayuno y todo, estaba genial.

Chambre spacieuse et literie confortable . Trés bon petit déjeuner . Un grand merci à Ana et Beatriz pour leur acceuil. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié les petites douceurs ( gâteaux, fruits ...) déposées chaque jour dans la chambre.

They made us feel very welcome. Unusual premises though. If you're looking for hotel amenities...this does have any of that. But ....we really enjoyed our room, continental breakfast and its easy access to the Metro.

• Torv1k (10/5): Home away from home - 📍Location: Unbeatable location! You practically step out of the metro (Red line, Exit 6) and arrive at the front door. It’s situated in a beautifully renovated historic building. While it’s on a busy street, the windows are high-quality and soundproof, ensuring a quiet stay. 🛋️ Rooms: The atmosphere is incredibly homey and welcoming. Our room was spacious, featuring a large desk, a private fridge, and even a small balcony overlooking the street. Since it’s an older building, it can get a bit humid, but the mobile AC unit helps perfectly with dehumidifying. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was lovely. As a side note the building has a charming old manual lift (accessible after a few initial steps). Also, the toilet uses a macerator system (no paper in the bowl), but this is a minor detail compared to the overall comfort. 🍛 Food: The breakfast is a delightful continental spread with fruits, yogurts, pastries, and seeds. On top of that, they prepare excellent eggs to order and serve fresh orange juice. A wonderful bonus is that coffee and daily treats (like cakes or cookies) are available in the dining area throughout the day. Don't miss the rooftop terrace - it’s accessible from the dining room and offers a great view! 🛌🏻 Service: Truly exceptional and attentive service. We were greeted with daily surprises like Port wine or fruit, and they even prepared a small gift for my partner's birthday! The staff is flexible and direct; for instance, you can simply request cleaning when you need it. We had a small misunderstanding, but they handled it professionally and kindly. It’s not a five-star luxury hotel, but the warmth and helpfulness of the team make it feel like home. We had an amazing stay, highly recommended!

• Carla (9/5): Fijn hotel in statig pand, goed uitgangspunt voor bezoek aan Lissabon - Hotel direct gelegen bij een metro station. In de directe omgeving o.a een supermarkt. Goede ontvangst en kinder al vroeg in kamer. Heel vriendelijk personnel dat voor je klaar stone. Gratis koffie en thee met lekkere cake in de ontbijtruimte. Dagelijks een leuke verrassing op de kamer.

The hotel is in an old building and is very atmospheric. The staff person on duty, Beatriz, was outstanding and did everything she could to make me comfortable and welcome. Nothing.

• Daniel (10/5): - Die Lage ist super unweit vom Park Eduardo VII,Ubahn vor der Tür. Man kommt direkt vom Flughafen mit der Ubahn zur Unterkunft. Sehr persönliche Note durch den Staff und täglich gab es eine leckere Überraschung aufs Zimmer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.
• Alain (9/5): Excellent for short stay to visit Lisbon - Friendliness of staff. Metro right in front of door... really right in front. Large and comfortable rooms. Small "surprise" every day. You can hear people walk and talk in the hall ... typical for an older house with wooden floor. Not really an issue as there are not a lot of rooms. Just something to know. It would not prevent me from booking this hotel again.

• Lopez (10/5): En general la estancia en el hotel Feeling Eduardo VII ha sido una experiencia excelente. - Trato exquisito y detallista al máximo, la habitación muy cómoda y limpia, muy buena ubicación justo enfrente de El corte inglés, el desayuno perfecto incluso puedes tomar un té y merendar después de andar y ver sitios emblemáticos en Lisboa, porque tiene habilitado el comedor con café, te, galletas y bizcochos. En verano se echaría de menos el aire acondicionado, y aque en las habitaciones no hay, si es cierto que las habitaciones son frescas, pero nosotras viajamos en semana santa y no hacía demasiado calor. Pero en general la experiencia ha sido fantástica lo recomendamos 100%.

• Peter (10/5): Sehr schönes Hotel in Lissabon - Wir hatten ein schönes großes Zimmer mit einem sehr schönen Holzfußboden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab Kuchen und Kaffee für zwischendurch ohne Aufpreis. Das Frühstück findet in einer schönen Atmosphäre statt und das Angebot ist sehr gut. Das Hotel liegt im zweiten Stock eines sehr schönen renovierten alten Gebäudes und es gibt einen Aufzug. Vor dem Hotel gibt es direkt eine Metrostation und somit hat man eine perfekte Anbindung an die gesamte Stadt. -

Posizione top per girare a Lisbona perchè esattamente sopra la fermata della metro S. Sebastiao (stazione della linea rossa utile per l'aereoporto e la blu che ti porta direttamente alla piazza del commercio). Disponibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out così da godersi l'ultimo giorno di vacanza in serenità. Colazione buona con offerta salata e dolce. Camera e zona colazione un pò fredde (in camera c'era una stufa elettrica) ma sicuramente non sarà un problema per chi alloggerà nei mesi più caldi.

• Tiago Dias dos Santos (8/5): Excelente localização para conhecer Lisboa. - Excelente localização, tanto para andar a pé como para apanhar transportes públicos. As pessoas que lá trabalharam foram também extremamente prestáveis. Os quartos podiam estar um pouco mais bem insonorizado, o nosso ficava mesmo em frente à recepção e ouvia-se algum barulho do corredor. Apesar de simpático, o espaço também já precisava de algumas medidas de manutenção/melhoria.
• Gurkan (10/5): Nice experince for a couple, would recommend - Best location, best staff, best experience ever! Nuno and his team is doing great job to make you feel at home. It was a warm welcome to have note in our own language. Entrance of the metro is just in front of the building door, just 2 steps away. You can go to airport or city center directly, without any transfer. On the other side of the building, there’s Lidl, a supermarket that you can buy beverage and stuff. Across the street there’s a shopping mall. Breakfast was enough to start your day. There are always cookies and cakes that you can have, even in the evening. When you check in, you’re receving room key and also building key, because there’s noone staying along the night. Check-in hours are restricted because of this. If your arrival time is OK, I definitely would recommend this place. Toilet was narrow in our room, I don’t know if it is same for all. But it is not a big issue since it is just a short duration in your whole experience.
• Luiz Marcello (10/5): Hospedagem excelente, espaçosa e acolhedora, com atendimento atencioso e localização perfeita - Fiquei muito satisfeito com minha hospedagem no Feeling Eduardo VII, que superou minhas expectativas desde o primeiro momento. A acolhida na recepção pelo Sr. Nuno foi extremamente agradável — sempre prestativo, atencioso e disponível para ajudar, o que tornou a chegada leve e muito acolhedora. O apartamento me surpreendeu positivamente pela amplitude do espaço, algo que faz muita diferença para o conforto da estadia. Além disso, encontrei todas as comodidades necessárias muito bem organizadas, o que transmite cuidado e atenção aos detalhes. O café da tarde foi um agrado especial, muito bem-vindo, e que reforça a sensação de hospitalidade. A localização é excelente e atende perfeitamente às principais necessidades do viajante. Ter a linha de metrô porta facilita enormemente os deslocamentos pela cidade. O fato de o El Corte Inglés estar em frente, além da presença de supermercado Lidl nas proximidades, torna o dia a dia extremamente prático. Para quem se desloca de autocarro, a proximidade com a Rodoviária de Sete Rios é outro grande ponto positivo. No conjunto, a experiência foi extremamente positiva, unindo conforto, espaço, atendimento de qualidade e uma localização estratégica. Sem dúvida, voltaria a me hospedar no Feeling Eduardo VII e recomendo com tranquilidade. Nada me desagradou.

• Sonia (9/5): I will definitely come back with my family soon! - The property is super well located in front of El Corte Ingles and near restaurants. It’s beside the Sao Sebastiao metro station and I could come straight from the airport to this cozy hotel for the night. It’s is very clean and the manager is very friendly and helpful . The breakfast was well served with fresh and delicious bread, ham, cheese and parma ham, yogurt, cereals, juices, coffee, milk and cakes. Everything to make you feel at home. Actually this is the feeling. You keep the keys of the entrance doors and your room with private bathroom and have access to the coffee room with you have hungry for a snack. 😃
