Von der Ausstattung, der tollen Lage u dem traumhaften Flussblick war alles fantastisch und wir sibd dankbar für die schöne Zeit dort. Das Frühstück war so liebevoll zusammen gestellt und sehr reichhaltig. Die Kommunikation mit der Rezeption toll und sehr schnell. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und begeistert. Vielen Dank Nur ein kleiner Tipp: Haken für die Garderobe u Haken für Handtücher im Bad könnten angebracht werden.

• Christine (10/5): Outstanding Apartment with Views - Andreia greeted us and made us feel welcome, she was so nice, and helpful even the cleaning lady was nice. Views were outstanding being right on the water. Location is walking distance to most places and tram/bus stops at the end of the street. The apartment was beautifully presented and even complementary port and coffee pods were there on our arrival Fridge/freezer, dish washer, microwave, toaster all you need with cutlery and dishes. Highly recommend and if ever back in Porto we will book again. Nothing

Spacious and amenities were spot on, location was absolutely perfect and check in/out was smooth with a place to store our bags. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodated adding a special touch of Porto and chocolates for the room as it was my boyfriend’s birthday trip. • Kristina (9/5): Perfect location with amazing views. A Porto gem! - Amazing location with a beautiful terrace. Kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. Elevator was a nice bonus with all the bags we had to carry up. The beds were fairly comfy. The upstairs loft bedroom has amazing views but the stairs are tricky and the ceiling is low. WE bumped our heads a few times so just be aware that it's not a space for older or limited mobility folks. The main level bedroom and bath are great for them though!

The location was great for us, but would not really be suitable for people with limited mobility. There was no one at reception when we arrived, and my first call went unanswered. The face that we had to go to reception 3 blocks away from our room up a steep hill on cobblestone sidewalks was not communicated to us very well. Only 2 coffee pods were provided for 2 people for 2 nights, and no instructions on how to use the coffee maker.

We were met on arrival by Helder who was very friendly. The property is comfortable and well equipped. The bathroom is clean but could do with a refit. The pigeon poo on the balance area isn’t great, but I don’t know what more they could do about that.

Felt like we were slowly being poisoned from fumes & every time we woke up we felt sick for the entire following day. Was such a relief to check out & get away from the godforsaken place! Every time i spoke to customer service they just responded with generic nonsense response, absolutely useless! Seriously would never recommend this place! Disgusting from start to finish!
• Sameer (9/5): A pleasant Stay near Ribeira - 1. Very convenient location, right off Praça da Ribeira. There are plenty of restaurants and bars around. With a few steps, you are on Cais da Ribeira. 2. The view of the river from the apartment is spectacular. 3. The building has elevator, which is great. The apartment is modern and very well maintained. There is a lot of light inside the apartment due to large ceiling to floor windows. 4. Adequate amenities in the kitchen. 5. The customer service is very friendly and pleasant. They made us feel welcome. Thank you to Antonio and Rui G. 1. The bathroom feels a little outdated. The shower stall is small and the water pressure was really weak.

• Anu (10/5): A perfect stay in the heart of Porto with warm hospitality, stunning views, and exceptional comfort. - We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Porto. Nicaulus was incredibly welcoming. Heeven met us at the end of the street where our taxi dropped us off, since the apartment is on a pedestrian only streete. He walked us through the apartment, shared helpful local tips and recommendations, and was very quick to help us when we needed a couple of umbrellas for the rainy forecast. The apartment itself is in a fantastic location right in the center of the city, with easy access thanks to the elevator. It was very spacious, and the penthouse balcony was a real highlight. The views of the riverfront and the famous Luís Bridge were absolutely stunning. Since our train was later in the day, the office accommodated a slightly late checkout and allowed us to store our luggage, which made our day so much easier. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Porto! NA

• Storm (10/5): Best downtown apartent possible. - Central location, stunning apartment & very well appointed with appliances and accessories. Easy access with the lift entrance right next to the front door. Loved the high ceilings and beautiful views out across Porto, and the river is 3 minutes walk away. The floor above had people moving around at 4am and they were noisy.
