Guest Reviews
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Nastiest motel ever . Disgusting shouldn't even be a motel
- Noell (2/5): Why I won't stay there again. - We only stayed long enough to basically take a $70 shower. Then the management came to inform us that our guests (my brother and sister) who had stopped by to see us while we were in town, needed to leave because it was too late in the evening yet we had been there only long enough to take a shower. Management then proceeded to threaten to call local law enforcement because we were "breaking city and state law" whatever that means. Horrible. End of story.
- Jack (2/5): - Horrible customer service horrible room’s horrible smell horrible prostitution in this place
- Jesica (8/5): Worth it. - Very polite Owners. Spacious and private rooms. Surprisingly quiet. Towels are way too small. Poor water pressure from shower. Heater works awesome! Private balcony. No bugs or icky smells. Decent parking. The curtains could use some maintenance so they clip and cover all the way across the windows. Bottom line: DEFINITELY a great deal and worth the price of a room. I would recommend this place to others. (note: this was my experience in room 13.)
- Brian (2/5): roached out and rude - they wouldnt let me check in before my girlfriend got there... had to walk around for 2 hours it made no sense and they were very rude and the place is so roached out it should be condemed
- Scott (2/5): - Was he worst hotel i have ever stayed at.
- Jerod (2/5): - Didn't even stay at the hotel. The front desk staff was so rude like immediately.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Dirty smelly disgusting! Mattress was filthy and stained. Bed cover had numorous cigarette burns. Mold on walls. Hotel as a whole is old and rundown! Staff was extremely rude. It was the absolute worse hotel I ever stayed in! Do not book a room there!
- Verified traveler (4/5): DUMP - OMG, cant believe this dump is listed with Hotels.com!
Should be closed down for health code violations.Dirty,walls,doors.
Smelled like cigarette smoke, mold in bathroom ,plywood covered back bathroom window, curtains were filthy, broken, zip ties to hold up,tape holding underside of bed up , bed had no mattress pad, didnt see bed bugs or would of left ,no way to bolt door, moved furniture in front of it.Very bad neighbor. We were too tired to start looking for a different hotel, used our hand sanitizer to wipe down toilet, knobs, light switches, etc.
Dont stay here!
- Melanie (2/5): this place need to be closed down - Very bad place and the price is to high for poor quality
- Jessica (8/5): Definitely Not the Calico Cat Anymore CLEAN&QUIET! - This used to be a hotel known for prostitution and to steer clear of but new name and im giessin new ownership and a restriction on after hours guests has made for a huge makeover and other than a bit of an overzealous staff member incorrectly trying to say my boyfriend was a guest afterhours and she really had a hard time just letting her mistake go but we all have our days and i prefer the diligence to the previous leniency it was a great stay. One little complaint in that they tried to double the price for an additional night even after her mistake and having the actual room rate written on our checkin paperwork we knew that paying through them was significantly less expensive than with the app so we decided against it and used a reward night through hotels.com snd had a splendid night at the Clarion instead!
- Verified traveler (8/5): Pacific Lodge - The floors could have been cleaner, but other than that, the room was fine. The employees working were very helpful and kind to us when my husband couldn't find his ID at check-in, but they held our room for us while we went to go get it. And they let you check in before 3pm, which is nice too.
- Josh (2/5): - Creepy heard the woman talking about me next door right as i walked in the door, had my dog with me that i payed for and had to go to office to explain i had my dog with me and the woman next door thinks im talking to her or something and i hear her tryong to convince somebody shes with to come whoop my ass or something. the people next door were up all night berrating me it was a hotel but there waas a familys set of bikes chained up right outside my door. somehow the woman next door knew my full name very creepy the state of the room was terrible. worst smelling room ive ever stayed in i didnt trust sleeping in the bed and when i turned on the sir conditioner it was the worst smell ever. and it was a heateer conditioner combo i turned on the heater as well it was even worse and i had to leave it all off. and the tv the only reason it worked was because i used my own batteries to make it work i had to use my own batteries because the remotes for the tv were completely out. and in the mnorning i checked out and was waiting for an uber which i used there wifi for and was told i had to leave the property was told ifi didnt leave theyd call the police and since i had my dog with me and this lady came up to me yelling my dog started barking at the woman yelling. i tried to go to the front of the property away from her but i had no connection for my uber i asked them if i couyld do this when i checked in if it was fine if i used the wifi in the morning to get a ride after i check
- Paul (8/5): - Very simple but clean and amazingly quiet. Cute little rooms
- Callie (10/5): The personal kindness and concern is remarkable. - Our stay here is usually amazing. But this trip... MICHELLE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND MORE THAN SHE NEEDED FROM THE KINDNESS OF HER HEART!! She knows my husband's and Is situation in which she completely more than accommodated us!! Even though we are regulars, we will NEVER forget this stay here!!
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The room was very dirty. The towels were stained. The skirt on the bed was very dirty. The shower curtain were stained. Only good thing was the water was hot.
- Callie (10/5): Michelle is the best!! - I frequently stay here. The only issue I have here is that the walls are thin. You can hear everything. Some things you don't want to hear. Other than that I don't have a problem with this place. Management is amazing and they are really understanding and helpful! They do follow the rules, exactly by the book. If that's a problem for you, don't bother to waste their time or yours. All in all, this is the perfect place to stay at for hanging out in your room and sleeping. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
- adele (2/5): - i have pictures. the property was dirty, the room was dirty, the towels were dirty, the bed probably had bed bugs, the staff wasn't helpful, i couldnt get clean towels, the guy saud they were stained, the room smelled, the bathroom window was broken and wouldn't lock and there were boards up but no curtain in the bathroom. the hot water never got hot just barely luke warm. i coukd go on and on
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Nice quite clean room with frendly staff only thing that would have made the visit better would gave been full size towels instead of hands
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The property was run down and seedy. The bathroom window had plywood over it to keep it private.
