Anton (4/5): - Location, roof top swimming pool Dishwasher, washer and dryer didn’t work. They didn’t fixed it for a week. No cleaning in a room at all for 7 days they throw clean towels and blankets only once. Btw they just left everything on the table

MAURO (8/5): Goode value, but beach resort and parking added unexpected expenses to my stay - Very well equipped apartment, clean and space, with all the necessary appliances. Laundtry, micro wave, freezer, etc There's a beach resort fee of $300 for my stay and the Public Parking (same building as the hotel), was $350 for my six days stay.

ILIANA (5/5): - It’s a beautiful hotel and the pool was heated. For starters I had no idea this was a “private booking”. I don’t like private bookings which is why I go through booking.com instead of Airbnb. We got to the hotel and waited quite a bit in line for check in. Once I finally got to my room, there was someone already in that room. I had to go back to the front desk to see what was going on. They had to send security to remove the people and then we had to wait for the room to be cleaned again. We lost a few hours and were starving. We we’re planning to cook once we got to the room. We were with 2 small children and had to spend $ eating out. Once we got to the room we realized that the beds did not have any covers (3 beds). I called front desk and they said I had to contact the booking team to request. They brought 2 covers and we couldn’t get the 3rd cover until the following day. The same thing with papers towels. Also, I was not expecting to pay more fees once I checked in. I knew about the $40 a night parking fee but nowhere did I see that there was extra fees at check in. I also paid for “sea view” and when you go out the balcony. You see the street and buildings. You can see the sea from afar. If I had known, I would have chosen the cheaper room. I spent a lot of $ between the initial booking, the parking $135, and then $292 once I got to the hotel. And I’m very disappointed with the experience. We were also told that late checkout was not available. We woke up at 9 to have everything ready by 11. And advised the front desk 3 times to send a cart for our things and they never came. 1st call made at 10:13 and it was almost 11 and still no cart. We had to make multiple trips from the 5th floor all the way to the garage in order to make out on time.

Thomas (4/5): Having to deal with your staff was a terrible intro and left a bad stain the rest of the trip. - Nice looking facility. Good location. Desk staff, was very rude, and very unprofessional. 2 of the first things they teach in hotel management. While I was there I witnessed several others having issues with your desk staff as well. You have a serious issue with attitude and professionalism at your Hollywood location.
Kimberly (7/5): Rate it a 7 - Location was great. The only problem I had was that both of the beds were horrible both of them had big sink holes in the mattress. Horrible back ache. They should have took something off the bill.
Kenneth (8/5): If only the apartment view matched the location! - Convenient location, check-in and check-out were super easy except for carrying luggage up stairs to the lift lobby. The top-floor pool was lovely and usually not too crowded and had a great view. The parking was inconvenient and expensive. The additional required resort fees were expensive and access to the beach etc was separate from the resort. There was no view from the apartment and no balcony. The front of the building had a great view - but the apartment had none. Not even a glimpse. There was no on-site food availability. The washing machine was next to useless and I didn't dare try the drying cycle after the ridiculously loud thumping of the wash cycle - I strung up my own drying line between interior door handles. Having to go and collect and return resort towels was an unexpected inconvenience. I had to carry heavy bags up stairs to the lift lobby. Parking was across the road in a public facility at your own high cost and risk. If the room had been better, I'd have photos to share! If the room had a view of anything but the street below, I'd have photos to share. If there was a balcony, I'd have photos to share.
Laurel (7/5): - Great location! Great pool and hot tub. Beds were horrible and uncomfortable. Could hardly sleep. Pull out couches, only a sheet and thin blanket. Not comfortable at all!!!!! If my stay had been longer then 3 days I would of had to leave to find a place I could get sleep.

We read we needed to bring our own to, paper towels, etc. However, our owner had plenty of everything g for us! Only thing we did not have was coffee filters. We were in S216, a studio with a king bed. Beach / Broadwalk was about a block away. Would stay again.

Connelly (10/5): Nice stay - Location, close to everything. Beach, food, bars. Convenience. The Wed band at the roof top was awesome. The happy hour is nice, sushi is good. The rooftop is a perfect view of the sunset, the beach, and the bay. Nice chairs and couches. Pool and hot tub were full of kids, but to be expected. Very short walk to the beautiful beach. Clean area, felt safe. Can walk to everything. The little convenience area had towels and beach toys. Nice addition. Bed was comfortable and soft. Clean room, ample towels and toiletries. The extra fees. We had trouble getting the bikes to work and didn't get to use them until the last day. The market down the street has no prices on anything and very over proced. The rooftop bar adds 20% gratuity to all bills and doesn't tell you. Plus they don't show you your bill they just hand you the handheld card reader to pay. It feels like they prey on tourists and over charge them.
Cecilia (5/5): It was decently dirty. - I liked the pool with the restaurant and the gym. I used the gym all theee days I was here and the kids enjoyed that the pool was on the roof and the restaurant was right at the pool . The food was okay nothing to brag about. The property was good it was this specific room that was dirty. Hair everywhere the sofa pillows stained and when my husband sat down at the table to work there was dust and crumbs all over the table and seat. The floor was gross overall but we didn’t stay in the room much.

We paid for the rental of an apartment, but upon arrival and comparing it with the photos on Booking, we realized it was not the one we had booked — they gave us a different apartment. When we called to complain, the property management kept denying the mistake, insisting we were the ones who were wrong. I also sent an email explaining my dissatisfaction, but never received any response. On top of that, the cleanliness was far from ideal, and in one of the bedrooms we had to move a piece of furniture just to be able to close the door. We also spent three days without a working stove.

Il y avait trop de jeux ( ballon matelas et autre accessoires ) cela ne devrais être permis qu’ à la plage seulement . Avoir deux chaise de réserver à la plage étais très bien mais le parasol devrais être inclus .

Holly (9/5): Location! Location! Location! Great comfy stay! - Walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants I didn’t realize this wasn’t your typical hotel. Unit is privately owned and the staff on site couldn’t help with questions. (There were ways to contact the owners!) just keep this in mind when booking.
Mark (7/5): The Costa fits our needs as a large family, I will look to return. - Rooftop was amazing, place was clean, staffing was minimal, which I prefer, almost felt like a private residence. Our rooms were thru Bookings.com and Airbnb. So the disconnect to guest services was noticeable. If this feedback gets to the property owner, the kitchen could use some more equipment and basics, small appliances, utensils and provisions, (spices, condiments, etc) The $40 Resort fee is egregious, especially since we never used the beach equipment.

There were a lot of issues with our room this time, But it is privately owned. I would not stay in this actual room/condo again. Sink did not drain in bathroom Had to have security coming to make sure there wasn't a camera in our bathroom. Only one chair for the two person patio Toilet seat is not aligned wobbly Mirror was just leaning on the wall, not hinged. Had to have maintenance come and secure it to the wall. Balcony glass was disgusting we couldn't even see out of it

Alberto (3/5): LETRA CHICA Y SUCIO - La atención de la chica que entrega las toallas y el personal del bar. Principalmente que este alojamiento TIENE LETRA CHICA. Nunca antes, de los años que llevamos usando Booking, nos había pasado que el valor pagado por la reserva fuera solo una parte de lo que al final debíamos pagar. Esto provocó que tomáramos malas decisiones por falta de información. Ya que finalmente terminamos pagando muchos más por un hotel que en realidad no lo vale. Eso es bastante poco transparente, sobre todo porque en booking al momento de pagar la reserva decía Valor Total, pero al llegar al hotel tuvimos que pagar 300 dólares más, por unos servicios poco claros. El parking es muy costoso, está por sobre lo que cobran otros hoteles. Había solo una lavadora por piso. El aseo de las áreas comunes deja mucho que desear. Pisos sucios, ascensor sin limpiar. Para colmo nos dieron una habitación con puerta que conecta a otra habitación por lo que se escuchaba todo lo que hablaban al lado. La cama pésima, con sabanas que no eran para esa cama, y con el cubrecamas manchado. MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA. NO LO RECOMENDAMOS

My apartment was equipped with everything I needed for my stay. Peace and so much quietness is what I needed and what I got. The staff are amazing. I would stay here again!!!!!! All the additional fees that was attached to the property

Az ágyak tele voltak ágyi poloskákkal, összecsiptek minket, ezt jeleztük a szállásadónak, át tett minket egy másik szobába ahol az ágy elég kényelmetlen volt. Kértük hogy a szállás árát térítsék vissza, mivel a csípések miatt nem tudtunk az óceánba se bele menni mert annyira csípet. Teljesen tönkre tették a nyaralásunkat, de a megkeresésre nem is válaszoltak! Aki ide szeretne foglalni nagyon figyeljen a megadott árra, mert az nem tartalmazza a kinti adókat és az ottani managmentnek fizetendő díjat! Rögtön a becsekkolásnál közölték hogy fizessünk 650 USD-t, ami váratlanul ért! A szobát nem takarítják, szó szerint bedobták az ágyneműt az ajtón és magunknak kellett cserélni! A tartozkodásunk alatt (11 éjszaka) csak egyszer hoztak tiszta ágyneműt! Nem korrekt a hozzáállás és nem korrekt a tájékoztatás a foglalásnál! Eddig ilyen rossz és higéniátlan szálláson sosem voltunk! A fürdőszobában a mennyezeten és a falon válik a festék és a klímák alatt penészes volt a fal!
Diane (10/5): My stay was amazing! - The entire hotel you could tell prided themselves on cleanliness! Location to the beach, broad walk and restaurants was very convenient! The staff were pleasant! Only complaints are the chairs at the pool are uncomfortable and the limit of beach towels in the morning was annoying.
Anthony (6/5): - Très bel hôtel avec de superbes vues sur l’océan, un très beau cadre pour de belles vacances. La piscine est top, la mer se trouve à 300 m de l’hôtel, top. Le personnel de l’établissement est très réactif et au petit soin. Ce que nous n’avons pas aimé, je ne m’attendais pas à trouver plein de cafards dans la chambre d’hôtel, surtout pour le standing de l’hôtel. Les propriétaires ont dû faire intervenir par deux fois des équipes spécialisées pour traiter le problème et même comme ça le problème a persisté. Ça fait beaucoup pour un séjour de deux semaines. Cela a été pour nous une triste expérience.

The hotel came with a fridge, kitchen area with stove, oven and dishwasher. Was very nice and the beds and pillows were so very comfortable! They were great keeping in contact and accommodating any needs we had. Would come back in a heart beat!
Jane (3/5): I booked through booking .com . The day before, they stated resort and parking.that turned out to be $500.00 - The only thing was the roof top. But so many people in the pool . The water was cloudy Staff was rude . It turned out that I rented a private unit . Which had no towel service and if I wanted to get the room cleaned I had to pay extra. The front desk did it want to give me toilet paper because it was a Private unit . The Fees here ridiculous. I was charged $500.00 for resort fees and valet parking which were disclosed the day of the reservation . Everytime you wanted to get your car you had to tip the guys if not they would look at you funny

Serena (7/5): Beautiful . Beds was super comfy & location was great. Rooftop pool was amazing - The pool was great. The complementary chairs at the beach was such a bonus ! The apartment is contracted with the hotel and for that reason the hotel staff didn’t want to help with anything that had to do with the room.. like replacing dirty towels with clean ones. So I kinda of didn’t like that. The shower had hair on the wall before using. The bedsheet had purple staining on it & I didn’t ask for replacement because the hotel staff wanted me to do everything through my third party booking which was too much of an extra step to do .
Adam (3/5): Not very luxurious for the price - Close to the beach Additional fees... especially the parking fee.. several times the valet and concierge told me they were understaffed...we waited almost 30 minutes to receive our car from valet during checkout...we were also told that we couldn't get a luggage cart because they only had 1 bellboys working...I asked to receive the cart myself and load it but they refused...very strange amenities process...my wife asked for an extra towel and was refused as well.. there was a broken exit door on the southeast side bottom floor that wouldn't shut so just anyone could enter the building..I advised staff but in the 6 days we stayed it wasn't fixed...
