No tiene aire y solo había un ventilador de pie que tenia un cable extremadamente corto y no se podia mover. No tenian otro ventilador ni un alargue para poder acomodar el ventilador.

• Irene Fernandez (8/5): Good location to visit downtown Puebla. - The hotel Sofia is located two blocks from the Cathedral. Excellent location to walk around and find restaurants, stores, churches, markets, and artesanias. The Hotel is not a luxourious hotel, but for the price I paid, it is a good deal for the location. The room was very clean. The old old old towels. The hotel did not offer bottles of water for all the people in the room. The breakfast is only cup a coffee and a very small fruit.

• Espíndola Rodríguez (10/5): Muy cómoda y placentera - El personal muy atento aunque un poco lento me enojo que pedimos el auto y después de 20 min regreso el valet parking nos ve y nos dice ay ustedes querían su auto y perdimos casi 40 min en esperar auto pero en general amable el personal. El hotel esta en una excelente ubicación y muy céntrica te permite moverte en el centro hasta caminando y quedas con buena conectividad para otro lugares más lejanos. La habitación bien cómoda e iluminada me encanto que me toco con balcón con vista a la ciudad. La lentitud del personal
• Andrés (2/5): - La ubicación es lo único que mereció la pena Nos asignaron una habitación sin ventana, y sin ningún tipo de ventilación, en la segunda noche nos cambiaron a petición, creo que no es legal que una habitación no tenga ningún tipo de ventilación aunque fuera interior, esa noche tuvimos que dormir con la puerta de la habitación abierta. El desayuno "continental" es un fraude, ni siquiera puedes elegir bebida, ponen a todo el mundo sin preguntar una taza de café solo 4 pedazos de fruta cortados que tampoco puedes elegir, y un bollo seco, tuvimos que pedir que nos sirvieran medio vaso de leche para el café y tuvieron que pedir autorización, luego intentan venderte un desayuno normal a precio bastante caro.

• Alexander (2/5): - The location is incredible, very close to the zocalo, and the reception staff were nice. This was advertised as having a 'balcony' but only included an internal window with very little light and a lot of noise. 'Breakfast' was super disappointing, it was just one plate of fruit, sweet bread, and nothing else. The staff were also run off their feet with only 2 to serve ~30 guests. Our air conditioning also leaked all night, leaving water all over the bedside table.

Las puertas de las habitaciones tienen un cristal con una cortina que permite ver todo hacia el interior, y si bajas la persiana de la puerta para tener algo de privacidad (porque la habitación 207 está frente al elevador) hace imposible abrir la puerta, lo mismo con la ventana. Podrían poner un perchero u otro mueble para el equipaje.

• Alberto (8/5): Buena ubicación en el centro histórico. - Buena ubicación, a dos calles de catedral, muy cerca de todos los atractivos del centro histórico. Hay muchos restaurantes en la zona para conocer la gastronomía local. Mucho mejor que otros hoteles en el mismo rango de precio. Las habitaciones son un poco calurosas, la que me tocó tenía un ventilador y eso ayuda. Creo que se debe al tipo de construcción así que hay que acostumbrarse a dormir ligero.

• Stephan (8/5): Gut! Man kann zum Frühstück Omlett bestellen. Und der Tag kann beginnen! - Puebla besteht aus Atriumhäusern. Allen gemein: es gibt einen Innenhof. Sind die Gäste laut, hört man das. Das muss man wissen. Und: man bucht eher in der zweiten Etage. Die Zimmer sind sauber, der Service gut, das Personal freundlich.

• Sandra (5/5): Solicitud de revisión de actitudes del personal con gerencia de hotel Sofía - La ubicación y el servicio del personal del turno matutino es muy buen. Las porciones de alimentos es excelente Mala comunicación para la entrega de los automóviles ya que los estacionamientos con los que trabajan están en calles aledañas, tardaron más de 45 minutos en entregarme mi auto y al final tuvimos que ir a recogerlo a otro hotel en una calle paralela, por la noche pregunté si podíamos ir a la terraza para beber un café que adquirimos por fuera y nos dijeron que si y al ll gar a terraza nos indicaron que no podíamos permanecer ahí a menos que adquirieramos algo de la cafetería interna, se le informo al pero al que se había preguntado previamente justo para no violar ningún reglamento y nos dijo que la gerencia había dado esa orden y nos insinuó que nosotros actuamos de mala fé, y al solicitar hablar con gerencia nos dijeron que el horario lo impedía, que como mi reserva había sido por Booking debía esperar a que fuera el día siguiente para que alguien me diera atención y que si quería podía subir a la terraza a lo que me negué puesto que la idea no es tener privilegios y exigí nuevamente tener una solución a mi situación por el trato recibido. Situación que no ocurrió.

• Yves (7/5): Bel endroit, très bruyant. - - Lit Confortable - Salle de bain très bien - Emplacement très central - Taille de la chambre - Bel immeuble - la Fenêtre donne sur un couloir qui donne sur le patio, on n'a donc très peu d'intimité à moins de tout fermer. - Il n'y a aucune isolation sonore et comme les autres clients de l'hotel étaient particulièrement bruyants, c'était très problématique. A partir de 7h30/ 8h du matin ça parle très fort et ça résonne énormément et le soir ceux qui rentre tard font aussi beaucoup de bruits. Bref, mauvaise isolation + aucun effort pour dire de client de respecter le sommeil des autres - Petit déjeuner pas terrible

• Caroline (8/5): Excellente localisation pour découvrir la ville. - L’emplacement est parfait et le cadre de l’hôtel est très beau, dans un ancien hôtel particulier entièrement rénové avec un patio central et une terrasse sur le toit. La chambre était confortable et bien isolée. Le personnel était très aimable. La chambre n’avait pas de fenêtre sur l’extérieur. Le petit déjeuner est très basique, mieux vaut le prendre à l’extérieur.

• Camila Araceli (2/5): Terrible experience – avoid this hotel - Location This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences we have had. When we arrived, we discovered that the room we were given had no windows and no air conditioning, and the door opened directly onto the hotel’s internal patio, which is constantly used by guests and staff. It was extremely noisy, with people walking by and reception staff talking loudly late into the night. Sleeping was very difficult. The next problem came when I tried to take a shower. After waiting about five minutes there was still no hot water, so I asked at reception. I was told that I needed to leave the water running for 15–20 minutes before it would get hot. Besides being incredibly wasteful, it did not work at all. After waiting and letting the water run, there was still no hot water, so I had to take a cold shower. On top of that, the drains in both the shower and the sink barely worked, so the water would accumulate. Things got even worse during the night. At around 2:00 AM someone started knocking on our door and trying to open it. About 10 minutes later they came back and tried again. This was very disturbing and made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. Needless to say, it was very hard to fall asleep again after that. The next morning we went to the terrace for the “continental breakfast” we had reserved. What we received was honestly ridiculous: three pieces of very hard toast, a tiny packet of butter and jam for two people, some papaya, and black coffee. We were not even asked if we preferred tea instead of coffee, and we were not given water either. The breakfast was so poor that we had to leave and find another place to eat. Finally, the room itself felt very humid, the bedsheets did not look properly clean, and one of the pillowcases even had a drop of blood on it. Overall, the room felt poorly maintained, uncomfortable, and the service was extremely disappointing. With so many better options available, I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.
