- Peter (10/5): Heerlijke, ontzorgende en vriendelijke ambiance. - Het ontbijt was zeer volledig en de bediening was bijzonder vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Er waren zaken te leen zoals sleeën, kinderwagens etc. Wij reisden met z'n tweeën, maar ook voor families is dit een erg fijn hotel. Omdat het hotel op ca. 10-15 lopen vanaf de lift is biedt het hotel een shuttle service aan. Als we nog een keer in Gargellen verblijven, dan komen we hier zeker terug!

- Samantha (10/5): Alles top, gerne wieder - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Das Essen und die Lage sind auch top. Es war sauber und ordentlich, die Zimmer sind schön und gut ausgestattet. Ein Zuhause zum Wohlfühlen zwischen den Bergen. Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden.

The hotel is truly family-friendly, so if you don't like or can't, at least tolerate, bright, happy children about it might not be for you! My only slight negative was that the vegetarian option on the half pension was a little disappointing.

Small village, ski to door access though the hotel is not the closest to ski lift, bus in the morning to the lifts, quite environment. very cozy atmosphere, kids and pets are very welcomed. Very nice bar with fireplace, friendly, approachable and helpful staff. Special thank you to the cook, dinners were excellent. Dinner buffet for kids. Bottled water in the rooms would be great.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Super Familienferien - Das Hotel wie auch das Personal ist super auf Familien (auch mit Babys) engestellt. Alles war super und angenehm. Einzig, dass die Bergbahnen bereits geschlossen waren, war nicht so toll. Daher die Empfehlung, dies unbedingt vorgängig zu klären.
